Holy smokes. I left a very positive review several years ago but I must say that Heartview is NOTHING like it used to be. The staff is the worst. I have never made such a sincere and honest effort to try getting help before my life spiraled out of control and at every turn they have thrown up a road block. I can't imagine if this was sleeping I didn't want! I absolutely would NOT NOT recommend. WE NEED BETTER OPTIONS NORTH DAKOTA!

Love Pure Dakota health. Their rewards/loyalty program make purchasing through them even more worth it; makes the prices much lower and the rewards are great. The quality is good and the staff are great in helping you find what’s right for you, if necessary.
We live in such a rural state, that I actually shop at all 3 locations, as I travel often for medical appointments. Williston is closest to me and the ONLY dispensary on this side of the state. For majority, we have to travel to pick up our medicinal items. Now that Williston has changed their hours to 6pm and closed on weekends, it’s made it almost impossible to stay on a consistent medical routine, due to the hours and distance. We really need access to the same hours as other locations. Some patients aren’t able to drive or have caregivers that need to go get the purchase, for those people, hours are a significant factor as majority work, so after work hours is when those individuals are going to be able to go to the store. Please please consider a way to help the patients in this corner of the state have more access to the Pure Dakota Health dispensary in Williston. Even going back to closing at 8pm would be so so helpful!

I walked in the emergency room yesterday feeling vulnerable and at my worst staff there was so kind to me offered me a warm blanket and pillows because I couldn’t sit or stand for too long. They were absolutely amazing at one point I was laying on the bed in so much pain. I didn’t say anything because I thought I didn’t want to be a burden and this one nurse walked in and she said are you OK and I said yes and she said I’m going to ask you again are you OK? Are you in pain? Is there anything I can do And I just started crying she brought me pillows. She brought me a warm blanket. She made sure I was OK thank you and Nurse Whitney thank you so much. it just shows me that there are people in this world that actually still cares about people your well-being.
