About Narconon Ojai
Addiction-related levels of care offered at Narconon Ojai include mental health assessments, counseling, detox, residential inpatient rehab, and an alumni program.
Assessments evaluate the client’s mental health to create an individualized treatment plan, which may include individual, group, and/or family counseling.
Support staff assist clients to safely and comfortably detox from drugs and alcohol, under close medical supervision. Following detox, participants are referred to a residential or outpatient addiction treatment program.
Narconon Ojai’s residential program is a luxury treatment facility that relies on evidence-based interventions. Treatment includes a comprehensive assessment, detox and stabilization, psychoeducation, counseling, and skill development.
Prior to completion of the residential program, participants work with their therapist to develop a personalized aftercare plan, which contains relapse prevention strategies, recovery activities, and membership to an alumni program for ongoing support.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.
