Top 10 Rehab In Ojai
Evolve Treatment Centers for Teens has been providing substance abuse and psychiatry related mental health services throughout California, including in Ojai, since 2014. Their Quail Oaks Drive location in Ojai offers residential treatment in a traditional 3500 square foot home and accepts most major insurance providers, even advocating for families
My son had a great experience here. The team is stellar and treated him like he was their own family. We had a few rough days and they were amazing with keeping me in the loop and making sure to carry out my wishes. He was diagnosed within the first month of what his mental health issues were and they treated him according to what they thought was best for him. They gave us a lot of materials for us to educate us about his disorder, and educated him on what it meant and how to move forward.

Narconon Ojai changed my life. Before I came here, I was struggling for years. I never really understood the depths of my issues until I confronted them while I was in treatment. Although I was high functioning prior to coming here, my life was starting to spiral out of control. Narconon gave me the tools I needed to take back control. The staff here supported me through every step of the way; through the good days and the bad. The program tackles mental health issues and addiction using a holistic approach. When you leave Narconon you come out a better version of yourself. The sauna program detoxifies your body. The objectives will help you with communication and real life skills you can apply to every aspect of your life. The food is healthy and organic. The vitamins and supplements are also an essential part of the program. You leave here with a sparkle in your eye and a new pep in your step. You won t be the same person you were before Narconon. You will be an improved version of yourself!

I came to get help to Narconon Ojai back in August 2024 because I had problems with alcohol. The program is very complete and they helped me to understand why people keep on coming back to the drugs and alcohol even if they have not being using or drinking for some time! The staff was very knowledgeable specially the Executive Director Fabian Padro. He explained to me how the drugs stay in your fatty tissue of the body for years even if you had stopped drinking and using for some time! and how the detox program helps to clean your body and dispose of the residues. This place is amazing, it is located right on the very top of the Ojai mountains and has a 270 degree view of all the mountains and the near by cities around. Please visit their website www.narcononojai.orgThe rooms for the students are huge and they have their own chef to cook your three meal of the day seven days a week!Very friendly people and they are always ready to assist you and to get the most benefit of the program they deliver here! The best place to handle your problems with drugs and/or alcohol.G.R.

This place changed and saved my life. I owe the staff and owners everything. They took a dead man walking and gave me hope through God and the 12 steps of Narcotics Anonymous. If you need a way out I recommend you give this program a chance. It is above and beyond a different take on rehabilitation. The staff really care, the groups are small and even the owners really support recovery. It's a blessing from God or whatever your higher power may be. May you find him today...

I completed my treatment at Enlight Treatment Center a year ago, and it was a truly transformative experience. When I first arrived, I was dealing with the aftermath of a broken jaw and the emotional scars from being tortured at a fake detox center, which left me terrified to trust anyone. The staff at Enlight went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, ensuring I received the best care possible.Understanding my dietary restrictions due to the injury, the chef prepared special meals that were easy for me to consume, allowing me to focus on healing without worrying about nutrition. This attention to detail and compassion made a significant difference in my recovery journey. The comprehensive care I received included a tailored treatment plan addressing both my substance use issues and the emotional challenges I faced. The staff's genuine compassion and understanding helped me slowly rebuild trust and feel safe in my environment. Their dual-diagnosis approach was instrumental in helping me manage co-occurring mental health conditions and regain control over my life.I am especially thankful for their expertise in helping me get clean off Suboxone, which was a significant milestone in my recovery journey. The caring environment at Enlight made all the difference, providing me with the support and encouragement I needed to overcome my fears and embrace a new chapter in life.Reflecting on the past year, I am incredibly grateful for the foundation Enlight Treatment Center provided, enabling me to overcome not only my addiction but also the physical and emotional hurdles I faced upon arrival. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking compassionate and comprehensive care.-Nik

Passages changed my life. It is not easy - in fact it s really, really hard. If you re committed to doing it the right way - you are going to wind up dealing with a lot of painful issues and hurts - and all without your substance of choice to numb the pain. But - you will be supported every step of the way. The staff is WONDERFUL and so genuinely happy for the progress you make. The other clients become your closest friends and there is nothing you can say there that will shock anyone. There is zero judgment, just support and kindness and encouragement. Even post discharge they have weekly in person and online alumni groups which are fantastic and the facilitators of those groups genuinely care. Other than becoming a mom, Passages is the best thing that ever happened to me. I m forever grateful.

There is a very diverse clientele at Pure Recovery. While the clients are mainly athletes, there are also clients that are in recovery for addiction, I being one of them. I enjoyed the group sessions, and they were very healing. My therapist, Pia, is a true gift, and I would recommend her for anyone healing from addiction. The staff was more like a family and they treated me very well. From the owner Deb to the administration, techs, and nursing staff, everybody was very accommodating to me. A shout out to the chefs, while being there almost thirty five days, every meal was delightful every time. I only wish I could stay longer, thank you Pure Recovery for My Success, I am well.

I have been a recovery advocate for former professional athletes for many years . Part of that job requires me to select treatment programs that are well suited for their often complex needs. Finding good programs that truly understand addiction/dual diagnosis issues that are often complicated by cognition and brain trauma issues was a nearly impossible. Then the NFL Alumni connected me to Pure Recovery California. The Pure Recovery programs , which are for everyone not just athletes are remarkable. Their approach to treating addiction as a brain disease and their advanced neuroscience programs are real game changers. The facility is beautiful and the expert medical team is outstanding. The results for the athletes that I personally know and work with that have been through the program are just amazing , life changing and lifesaving. I will continue to recommend Pure Recovery California and their outstanding programs to athletes and others who are in need of recovery programs.

Genesis has played a pivotal role in creating a safe and supportive environment for my sister to get the help she needed. It is through this program that I have witnessed her true core values start to realign and her willingness to rededicate herself in discovering her true and authentic self without the use of substances. From the friendly front desk coordinator, to the empathetic counselors, and staff I can't say enough good things about this program. The psycho-educational groups, family nights, and other counseling services that were provided held her accountable and increased her insight into something she has been struggling with for a long time.Thank you Athena and team for helping my sister. I will be recommending your services to others. It is great to have a program like this in our community.

Genesis is a great option for individuals who need an outpatient program to integrate into after residential treatment, if you re struggling with alcohol/drug misuse, or you are substance dependent and would benefit from structure and accountability.Their program uses best based practices and they do a great job at tailoring treatment plans to an individuals own unique and personal needs. The individual and group counseling were always super helpful and the staff truly want to see you succeed. They offer a friends and family night which was very critical in re establishing trust and ongoing support from those close to you in your life.In addition, they have a strong after care community in which you are encouraged to be apart of after completing treatment. If you have the pleasure of conversing with the owner Athena, be sure to pick her brain as she is very knowledgeable in the field of treatment and addiction. It is from my experience she is attentive and does an appreciable job at reflecting meaning within her conversations. Her superb counseling skills and expertise in the field really motivate her clients to find it within themselves to make positive steps towards change. She has helped me overcome a variety of struggles in life and has been instrumental in my ongoing journey.Through out my time at Genesis, it is clear that Athena and her team are people who truly care about the individuals and families they serve and are dedicated to making the community a healthier and safer place.I would highly recommend Genesis!

I am not one of those who ever stops enough in life to post a review. I am stopping now. As a father of a 24 year old son who struggled hard to find the balance to effectively treat his depression, Tribe was heaven sent. He arrived quiet, withdrawn and not wanting to see the value in life. He left Tribe full of life, ready to take on the world. Nancy's kind, caring, compassionate, steady, strong and vibrant therapy styles in the operation of her Tribe IOP, along with her sober living Orchard House for men, evolved my son to be effectively treated into being happy, smiling, joking and enjoying life again. I am so ever grateful for the manner in which she welcomed him into her loving fold. While I may not be that religious, I thank God for Nancy and Tribe.

In short, I honestly believe that Tribe saved my daughter's life. She has struggled with addiction and bi-polar/borderline disorders for most of her life, been in and out of treatment facilities that seemed to do little or no good. It wasn't until she arrived at Tribe that I finally felt she was with people who truly understood her and her situation. Nancy and the staff helped take huge strides in a positive direction, something I had never seen happen in any other program. And she now is truly part of a "Tribe" as they continue to be there for her even though she has left the program. I cannot recommend this program enough.

I have been a patient at tribe for the last 3 months and I can honestly say without exaggerating that they saved my life. I came to them desperate and hopeless and looking for the quick way out, and they immediately opened their doors without question and proceeded to do everything and more to see exactly what I needed and tailor a treatment to help my needs and get me the help, tools and hope that I needed. I will always be incredibly grateful to this program and the incredibly dedicated and caring people who run it for giving me what I needed to live the wonderful life I have now.

I know this review is a bit late but here it is anyways. I was a patient at this facility twice. Once when I was about six or seven years old for about a year, and again when I was around the age of 14 for about two years. i ve spent my whole childhood from the age of five to the age of 19 in facilities, similar to this one if not more extreme care environments. I am now 23 years old, and I am a full functioning independent adult in society with my own apartment and path in school, And I can say with complete honesty that this facility looking back has been one of the best facilities I have been to. As a child, I had extreme behavioral issues along with lots of mental health struggles. Most of the facilities I lived in, were not able to properly handle my struggles, and therefore left me with more trauma, but this place, Casa Pacifica, I feel is one of the best facilities I ve ever lived in. This was one of the few places where I felt like normal a kid. The staff were very caring and nice and also patient. They were great at their job and you did not get the feeling as a patient that they are just there to collect a paycheck. At this facility I felt cared for not just physically but also mentally, which is extremely important for children that I think is something, that is really under looked when it comes to child care. This facility also hosted many activities and incentives to have the kids always have something to look forward to. There was never a day where kids just sat around and did nothing all day. The daily routine always gave us fun things to do to keep us busy and active and healthy while also giving us enough free time to be able to enjoy being a kid. Also, when the staff members were confronting clients on bad behavior, as a client, I did not feel like they confronted it from a textbook routine method of, do this to keep patient physically safe, and then follow through with this consequence, like most facilities. Instead, I felt like the staff members there would truly try and help you work through your emotions and try to understand why you re feeling this way and why you re acting this way to try and help reduce not just physical bad behaviors, but also the mental emotions causing the behaviors And that key thing is what made me feel genuinely cared for, and as a growing child with nobody in their life, except for the staff members that were caring for me, has made me realize how crucial The small things and the way they re handled can affect how a child develops into a person. So to basically summarize this whole review is to basically say that I think this is one of the best facilities that a child could receive help from.( Also, I would not use this review to explain how the facility is currently because it has been multiple years since I ve lived there. This review is just to explain that while I was living there it was a great place.)Today s date is 11/6/2024

Since moving to Oxnard in 2006 I have always received the best care from the staff here. Today they were over the top in ensuring I received the TDap vaccine that I needed before the delivery of my Grand-daughter Noodle . I hope that all the staff here know that this Vet appreciates everything you do!

After reading the many horrendous reviews for this CBOC, I was pretty nervous. But after seeing a community physician and being soundly disappointed, I decided to brave it anyway. What a happy surprise it was! I was treated with dignity and respect by every staff member I encountered, and although I did have to wait a fair bit for the doc (because he takes the extra time with patients, which I consider good, thank you), the place stayed open for me, and any of the staff still needed stayed as well. The only reason for knocking off a star is the difficulty in reaching the CBOC by phone and returning calls.. they are still being routed through the Greater LA VA Hospital call center, which is at least improving by not having a robot say that they are having high call volume and hanging up on you. Now they will offer to call you back if you choose. Still hinky, but better than a brick wall of robots!

What an amazing center. The brotherhood here is so supportive. I was in a different facility before Khepera, and it didn't put me in a good place. Coming to Khepera has changed my way of thinking, grown my ability to find a higher power, and made me a better person. What a change in my life. Thank you Khepera House and all of the staff, for being there for me through the hardest time in my life.

I would like everyone to know how amazing I think Khepera house is. I have personally seen so many people who go into the program struggling with addiction and alcoholism. Through Khepera house they have come out and have had beautiful successful lives. I personally want to extend my gratitude to Khepera House. They do our community a great service and I am eternally grateful for the opportunities they have created for those struggling with addiction. I am also excited to hear that they have expanded their outreach to include a women s program. I can t wait to see the success stories that come out of this program.

I highly recommend this program to any woman seeking a serious recovery - sober living home for support. I was blessed to have been there for a few weeks. I had hit bottom & become extremely depressed. I feel extremely grateful for Anne B.(director owner,of the home,&her managers). They provided me with lots of services for an affordable price. Anne truly was my guardian angel,&helped me tremedously. Before I went into her sober living she let call her everyday from detox and kept assuring me there was hope for me too. Once i arrived at her sober living I was pleased her sober living home is bright, and clean. They helped me with my medications, took me to meetings, store for groceries, provided a structed environment where we all pitch in to keep it clean. Also free Internet too,and computer for us to use as well. This sober living home is totally legit, safe, and run by people with integrity.
