I called what is supposed to be the BAART Boyle Heights location and I got a very strange feeling about who I was actually speaking with. I was trying to call to see if I could get through to someone there at the Boyle Heights location and the person is asking me for my name and date of birth so I asked who exactly was I speaking with and the guy on the phone hung up quickly. I just want to know if a fake page is intercepting the real page and can someone check that issue out!

Since coming to this program almost 8 years ago coming this September 2025, I've been very much involved with my sobriety. I've asked my counselor Henry for lots of help. In making myself stronger internally, mentally and spiritually. I have become a much better person. My relationships with my daughter and grandchildren, also co-workers & just friends in general have really grown for the better. The BAART PROGRAM has really helped me.I can go on and on. I'm just so very glad that I stuck it out. Didn't give up. And let the program take its course. Couldn't ask for more.

Needing a reset in life, I attended Inneractions IOP program where I found exceptional Process Group facilitators who provided me with knowledge, insight & the scaffolding to generate a new outlook, perspective & attitude about life and my role in the world. I would absolutely recommend without a doubt to utilize their services. I is truly the best investment of my life.

I went to Inneractions last July and it was one if the worst experiences I've ever had. Upon my arrival I was met by Nicole who immediately violated my privacy and HIPPA rights by openly discussing my private medical and personal life while we waited for the elevator in the public lobby of the building their offices are in. I was mortified. There were at least 7 -10 people right next to us who heard everything. When I mentioned it to other staff members I was completely dismissed. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to move past it but my gut was already telling me that this wasnt the place for me 3 minutes in. But, I made a commitment so I honored it and I stayed. Going forward the experiences I endured with their group leader Michael Ian Flesher (Mike) were so incredibly disturbing that it prompted me to independently search his name and what I discovered immediately gave me the validation for the warning bells, more like sirens that were SCREAMING at me. Either Inneractions isn't vetting their staff or they simply don't care who they hire. Either way not disclosing this person's verifiable past and allowing him to council women who may be surviving the very thing he was convicted of seems intentionally deceitful to me. How I managed not to out him in front of the group he was leading while he was berating me is a miracle. The only reason why I didn't do it is because I didn't want to shatter the women in the room who had put their trust into the program but I was so uncomfortable every time I had to interact with him. He was so awful to me. I went to Inneractions with the expectation that I'd be in a safe environment. It wasn't. I feel violated by them and because of this I had no choice to leave. My experience there could have seriously affected my progress and if it weren't for my determination and my support system it very well could have. Its been over a year and I still have a very strong and uncomfortable reaction when I think about that place and I dont think it will ever go away. Thats what they did for me.... nothing else. Inneractions seems to have helped alot if people and yes, there are some nice staff there but it wasn't for me and the situation with Michael Flesher should be disclosed to patients. I'd also like to note that they don't have any connections or services to accommodate the LGBTQ+ community. This has been a lesson to me to always research and vette any place and it's entire staff before putting my trust in them, especially with something as delicate as recovery and trauma. Please research their staff before you commit to Inneractions. Make an informed decision before putting your recovery in their hands. I see Inneractions posted a response that says had I brought up my concerns they would have addressed it. Well, I did. Sevsrsl times in fact. have been nice had they addressed my concerns at least one of the SEVERAL times in fact. 3 times in person. Twice in group. Another time in a meeting with the therapist. Once by phone and once by text. Each time I was ignored or dismissed. They also said they "thoroughly vette their staff by way of background checks" so that answers the question of whether they know or not about Mike Flesher's behavior and arrests and they still hired him to council women without disclosing it!

My experience at maple moon can not be described in a few sentences. This is a great place to grow as an individual and get all sorts of help ranging from. Mental help to drug addition.they really played a major role in putting my life back on the right track

Maple moon has been a God send! Can’t express my gratitude for the care and compassion they’ve given me. Came into this Austin with so much resistance and they made my stay feel like home. From the food to the staff everything was Top Tier. If they had more stars I would give them 10. If you out a loved one is looking for a recovery center with integrity and a high degree of care, you’ve found the right place.

I had the privilege of coming here for detox and couldn't be more appreciative of the staff and accommodations here. I stayed for 2 weeks and was constantly catered to by all of the staff. Truly a 5 star experience while going through the worst time of my life. The people here truly treat you like their own family. I don't know how they manage to deal with several emotional people all day every day and still manage to give everybody specialized individual attention but they do. I came in there like a wrecking ball and they still took great care of me. Even the chefs cater to everybody's personal needs. I'll be 200 days sober in 2 days and probably wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for this place. A very delayed review, but anybody questioning if they should stay here or not should have no question about it and choose Maple Moon for their recovery.

Best recovery center. Incredibly caring staff. Everyone there is goal oriented with your health and recovery being top priority. Frans been so incredibly helpful throughout the process.

I want to get into y'alls sober living...So you only get four stars until you make that happen!

The counseling staff particularly Chris having been the best counselor I’ve had at the clinic and anywhere for that matter. He is very personable and actually relates to patients by sharing his past and how it’s affected his life in relation to each patient and their own needs. Rather than past counselors who are just by the book, ie(this is what I read so this is how you should react to this, say to that …etc.) Chris has a way of making a negative situation positive even when you don’t think it is possible or fair. Chris is a huge asset to Aegis and they would be at a major disadvantage if they were to lose him. Ginger and Jim are very well trained friendly and understanding nurses who are fast and accurate at dealing with many patients daily. Faith, Cindy, Brooke, Cami, and Jeff are also amazing staff members who have made a difference in my life. They go above and beyond to help patients in personal ways showing they actually care about each patient as a person not just completing the bare minimum requirements to keep their job. All these staff member’s are what make Aegis more family like, not just a Dr office setting. Each one of them has made a personal difference in my life and I am grateful to each one of them for what they have done to make my life better.

I dose in San Luis Obispo so this review is more for them that office is AMAZING AND BROOKE behind the desk on Fridays is always a pleasure she no joke can multi task like no bodies business she's always so pleasent and kind and makes me always feel really welcomed , Brian Atwood behind the dosing window is also a sweetheart .and my Counciler Cyndi is AMAZING .. I owe these guys my life I 100% recommend aegis I have the BEST COUNSILER IN THE WORLD SHE HAS HELPED ME IN WAYS I NEVER THOUGHT WERE POSSIBLE , I GOT LUCKY THAT I WAS GIVEN CYNDI C . SHE IS THE BEST EVER I REALLY DO OWE THESE GUYS MY LIFE THABK YOU FOR MAKING RECOVERY POSSIBLE !!!

I go to the Atascadero location. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and I believe really do care. Very nice they take Medi-cal insurance. I've been able to make significant improvements in my life while receiving treatment here. I recommend going here if you are struggling with addiction. I love my counseling sessions with Sjana, she's very understanding and relatable. Thank you everyone!

I help young teens get into treatment, BNI and Joey Chait have done a phenomenal job with teens I have worked with. I am always very impressed by them and how thorough they are.

my daughter came to BNI when she was 17 but before arriving, she had struggled so hard. I can’t even put into words just how much my daughter was struggling with losing her dad, drugs and alcohol. her mental health was completely awful to the point she was self harming and attempting suicide. we had been to the mental health hospital in town MANY MANY times and tried another different residential treatment center for years before evening knowing about BNI. a different treatment center in Northern california that my daughter was at suggested that addison’s needed intensive treatment and care, a higher quality of care and brought BNI to my attention. i wish we would have known about BNI years ago because it truly changed our lives. if you would have told me a year ago that my daughter would be amazing now, i’d laugh in your face (and then cry praying to god for it to come true) addison’s spent 7 months at BNI. we would facetime everyday and had family counseling every friday with a great therapist named Steve. not only did steve treat my daughter as a person and not just a patient or client, the nurses and staff did as well. almost to a point where they seemed like family. not only was BNI a sit down and let’s talk about feelings and but they offered horse therapy, pet therapy, surf therapy and painting class. they also listened to what medication was working and not working and they got her meds right. took time but Dr.A and they staff nailed it. we will forever be grateful for BNI and the staff who became family. o adore them for taking such great care of my daughter and giving her her smile back xoxo

Stayed there back in 2022, the staff at the time was okay. Loved some of them while others were rude and tried to argue with us when we were literally kids and they were the adults. The pictures are outdated and look nothing compared to how the houses truly looked.

I came to Safe Haven to get help. I really enjoyed my time while I was there. The hospitality and wonderful nature of the staff is stellar.
