Clean date, 7/27/2017. This program worked for me after three attempts in other inpatient programs. If you're ready for recovery this is a great program that teaches you how to live life on a daily basis clean and sober after discharge.

CRC is an outstanding rehab I highly recommend. The compassionate staff and serene location, just two blocks from the ocean, provide an ideal setting for recovery. Let me be perfectly honest with this place. It’s the most beautiful and amazing place to get sober. I came here from 5Bath. My experience came in twofold first I was shunned by a bunch of patients who came in together. I didn’t care because about their issues. They were kicked out because of drugs. This place has saved my life with the most knowledgeable and caring staff. So don’t listen to people who were kicked out for not keeping this place safe. Please trust in what I am telling you. The nurses are very helpful, kind and work hard. The doctors also do their job. I felt pampered and safe. The new medicine’s dosis is been helping me a lot.

Went here for 5 days 13 years ago. The treatment is good. It does the job. But if you want to stay sober you might benefit from doing some type of service or work helping others. That may keep you sober.

Mission Harbor was there for me when I needed the most help. I have healed mentally, grown emotionally & spiritually, realized my strength and areas for growth. I recommend "taking what you like and leaving the rest". It seems like people have a wide range of experiences here... I was not there for substance abuse. I found some groups very insightful while others were not for me. While I hate to say it, I found myself caught off guard in a community group setting. I think all of the staffs' intentions are honest and good, but like anything there will be politics and uncomfortable dynamics. You will grow here and find at least one person to be a support system while you work through the difficult parts.

They are so kind and helpful. They don’t let you slip through the cracks or go unnoticed. They support you all through the week and even on the weekends. They have the nicest most supportive staff. Could not say enough good things about mission harbor and their staff.

This house saved my life. I paroled from a 6 year prison sentence with nothing but the cloths on my back. Newhouse gave me a scholarship, and the tools put myself in a position to succeed. I would definitely recommend!

Great organization. The director Scott Snowbarger has been a counselor for many years, is a professional and just generally a good human being. The houses are well appointed, nice and I especially like their large meeting spaces. One of the property's has a nice orchard with a large avacado Tree. Us girls try and pillfer their avacados when we go to the open meetings there. The structure of the program and the vibe is good!

Pretty much saved my life. I moved to Santa Barbara from Bakersfield looking for a sober living house and to be closer to my sponsor. I Googled and visited about 4 sober living places and after visiting several, New House 2 was the choice I was and still am happy I chose. It's a 12 step House where the really focus on sobriety. Working a program and getting a sponsor is something very important here. The food is great and the brotherhood is great as well. I've met alot after guys here that really make this alot easier then I thought. Don't get me wrong. I was a little nervous making the transition. But after a day or so, I'm very much pleased to say. New House 2 is my home.

I walked into this place of sobriety in January of 1995 and I heard the message of hope and love and care and sobriety and I felt like I was was home!

I live here and find that it’s a great place to live and have been clean and sober for 6 1/2 years now. All the staff are great and I enjoy being apart of the community here. This picture is when they brought a therapy mini micro horse named little star to the park near our residence.

A incredible, first class mental health Hospital ! Nestled in the foothills of West Ventura, a million dollar view of the Pacific & the Channel Islands. A herd deer wander near the grounds, incrediblely serene place. I spent 2 months with a incredibly Professional Nursing staff,same quality mental health Therapist who epitomizes patience & compassion!! As well as Case management specialist who radiate class & competence !! I erased 7 years of a brutal, toxic relationship, decades of baggage acquired in extreme environments. I honed my people skills with a entire new understanding of kindness & compassion words not even in my vocabulary prior to my stay... Even left a non smoker ! My hats off,2 thumbs up, and a heartfelt thank you to the staff . I made a few friends I plan to stay in touch with,compared to none the past 7 years. I arrived with a out of control temper, complete alcohol & drug relapse from a 7 month downward spiral. Unpredictable moods. All completely gone, and on track to succeed, realize my dreams. Their placement assistance is second to none. Thank you all very much !!!

Good place to get sober!

What an amazing center. The brotherhood here is so supportive. I was in a different facility before Khepera, and it didn't put me in a good place. Coming to Khepera has changed my way of thinking, grown my ability to find a higher power, and made me a better person. What a change in my life. Thank you Khepera House and all of the staff, for being there for me through the hardest time in my life.

I would like everyone to know how amazing I think Khepera house is. I have personally seen so many people who go into the program struggling with addiction and alcoholism. Through Khepera house they have come out and have had beautiful successful lives. I personally want to extend my gratitude to Khepera House. They do our community a great service and I am eternally grateful for the opportunities they have created for those struggling with addiction. I am also excited to hear that they have expanded their outreach to include a women’s program. I can’t wait to see the success stories that come out of this program.
