There are no words to describe the gratitude I have for this place, not only did they help my kids father get sober but I owe this place my life for saving me when I saw no way out of a hopeless state of mind I walked into VRC a broken lost and scared girl & I completed the program a woman who can hold her head up with integrity and dignity, the staff not only loved me until I could love myself again but they held my hand through many situations I didn’t think I could face, if your looking for real sobriety, amazing care, and to feel like your home this is your place, it wasn’t always easy and fun but what I learned here is that I never have to face life alone again, and god forbid I had to go back to rehab I would come back here with out a doubt!! "I cannot recommend Ventura Recovery Center enough for anyone seeking a truly comprehensive path to recovery. From the very start, the detox team made a difficult process feel safe and manageable. What sets this place apart is how they balance professional clinical care with holistic wellness. My therapist and case manager were incredible advocates who tailored everything to my needs, while the group facilitators and technicians provided a consistent, supportive environment daily. They even incorporate practices like sound baths, a local gym, yoga and equine therapy which added a much-needed layer of peace and healing. It’s a place that treats the whole person, not just the symptoms."

I’m going to review the detox program and removed a star for the residential program because I found it far too overwhelming as an adjustment but I think that the structure is just to keep you busy and learn how to do hard things. The detox program is exceptional. TVs in each room. Hot water. Bath tubs. The staff is top notch, they call themselves top gun and they’ve earned it. Jade, cat, Tonia, Lindsey, Shawn, Kristy, night staff. I’m sure I’m forgetting some names. I had a court date on zoom and freaked out and cat personally sat with me for the entire 30 mins, made me a stress ball out of a towel, and held my hand. I went back here 3 times and they never judged me or made me feel weak. I kept going back because it was the place that I knew would help me. Catered food (it’s alright - hit or miss) and an endless supply of Gatorade lol. You can request certain groceries as well. The residential program includes a full day of programming, up at 630am, meetings every evening, forced gym or park after ~6 hours of programming. It’s a lot if you’re dealing with fatigue or depression like I was. The director did her best to try to accommodate me but at the end of the day I needed something more calm and I went to a place called EleMental in Thousand Oaks. Anyways, I’m always grateful to the team here.

Ive been to several outpatient programs before and, with that frame of reference, I can confidently recommend Omnia to any struggling with addiction or mental health dilemmas. The facility itself is clean, creatively designed, and spacious. There wasn't a member of the staff that wasn't a pleasure to engage with and my therapist was very intuitive and kind, helping me establish some clarity to my situation(s).

I was diagnosed with PTSD and upon recommendation from my Doctor, found my way over to this wonderful place. The clinical staff, both their kindness and their knowledge, was extremely impressive. The facility itself was really clean, really calming, a very tranquil place overall. I spent about 4 months in their day program and would do it again in a heartbeat. It's been 6 months since I left CFD Thousand Oaks and all I can say is how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to learn and grow here. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews yet im glad I did not let that stop me from going. I was in the program here for a little over 3 months and thanks to the staff and my amazing therapist Stephanie, I was not only able to overcome my eating disorder but also discover more about myself! The program is very clear and straightforward about what to expect and how the day by day is handled. They even give you a booklet for the duration of your stay to use on the daily. The operations manager, Makayla, made me feel more comfortable my first week there and is so sweet. She really went above and beyond for the patients my entire stay. Erin, the Nurse Admin, would take time to teach and explain why physical symptoms would arise and even gave classes on how our bodies are impacted by eating disorders. The nurses and diet technicians really heard and understood my neurodivergent needs too! I feel like the approach to meals and food were very gentle even if the intergration process felt overwheming at times. I am grateful to my dietician Kylie, for being supportive and understanding when it came to eating. I learned how to eat alongside my sensitivies/sensory needs and not against it! At the end I felt well equipped to grocery shop for myself and maintain my newly developed eating habits. Some general counselors were amazing, others disappointed me. I want to say thank you to Kevin for being a shoulder to lean on and Gerald for the wonderful morning walks and enthusiasm. Juliet, who made the weekends bearable and Zaida who puts her whole heart into her work. The program on paper seemed easy for me. In reality, this was probably one of the hardest things I have ever done. I had to face myself. All my trauma, doubts, beliefs, and values. Things I believed to be true my whole life and having to accept that it was making me sick. I cried a lot, i laughed and smiled a lot too. I was angry, definitely wanted to leave at times, had panic attacks, felt like my world was ending, disagreed with staff, heck even screamed/sobbed and it was all worth it. I always felt supported, even in the most difficult of moments. I was heard and accepted here. At times, the groups felt redundant or i felt like I had too much free time. I later realized the more I worked the program the more I learned and even helped my peers by just participating in discussions. I also learned a lot from other women opening up in the groups and created bonds that exceed my time there. The group "Life Worth Living" was probably my favorite and still helps me to this day. Thank you therapist Bernice for hosting that group. I love how the program is structured to slowly give more agency and even deal with triggers/situations in a more controlled setting. Having therapy multiple times a week helped me process these exposures. Being able to see a physician and psychiatrist weekly were also very helpful to my recovery. I was helped in creating an exit plan for when I stepped down from residential and had a safety plan created in the event I needed extra support. I left with hope and excitement for what was in store next for me! Now there have been ups and downs. Recovery isnt linear nor pefect. At times, I continue to struggle with intrusive thoughts and the urge to use maldaptive coping skills. Despite that, I am able to use what skills ive learned at CFD Thousand Oaks and continue building my life worth living ❤️ Thank you Danisha, Cas, Stephanie, Bernice, Juliet, Kevin, Rob, Makayla, and Erin!!!

Eamon and his team have proven to be reliable, available, knowledgeable and effective in their treatment approach with our 20 year old son. Wildwood is Definitely Top Tier in Recovery! The Staff is excellent, the activities range from Meditation, Breath Work, Equine Therapy, Personal and Group Therapy, Music Therapy, Book Study etc.... Outside activities every Friday such as Movies, Bowling, Shopping. Doctor's in Person Individual Visits. Spacious living quarters with a 6 person limit. I would Highly Recommend Wildwood Recovery for anyone who has a issue with Alcoholism or Addiction.

Arrive is an amazing IOP!! They helped me with placement, with my dogs needs, okay with having my dog there as well, because a lot of places aren’t okay with dogs being there. All the staff are friendly and always willing to help out no matter what. Plus let’s not forget FREE Starbucks on fridays!! Can’t beat that!! And they always uber me to the office which is really convenient. I love Arrrive and wouldn’t want to be or go to another IOP. This is the ONE!! 🙌🏽💯

One of the best rehabs available. Everyone was very personable, respectful, kind, and patient. Just over 365 days sober thanks to Rise. Allison saved me, and I cannot thank her enough. If you’re in deep and hopeless, take her word, do what she recommends, let her guide the process. She is a godsend. Trust her. Ron, Sharie, Dr. Mark, Nam, Cat, Dr. Raskin (who is very kind, don’t let other reviews fool you) and everyone else, thank you as well. My daughter has her dad back thanks to y'all. Also special shout out to Cesar for our trip out to West Hollywood to check out sober livings. Fun adventure and one of the easiest people to talk to one on one. Go to Rise. I’m telling you now if you have the opportunity, do not pass it up.

The first phone call i had was an intake with Allison. She is the one who convinced me to come to Rise. She is amazing. She is there from the beginning to the end if you need anything. The first person I met at rise was Nam. He is the man he’s there for you all the time he works 20 hours a day. The man is amazing. Next, I met Zac the nurse he’s such a cool dude and listens to you and takes whatever concerns you have and it gets it fixed for you. As far as nurses Daisy, David and Nina were great. If you have real medical issues, I would not go there Dr.Raskin is a first class clown. The first time I met him, he spoke to me in the kitchen for 30 seconds and ran away. The next time I saw him was on Zoom for about 60 seconds and he got off. I had a lot of medical issues and he was not there for me. I was very disappointed in that. I refuse to see him after that that’s one of the few bad things about Rise is the doctor. If he was my employee he’d be fired. I complained about him a lot. The counselor Michael, Josh And Beth were great they listen to you and make you feel like they are helping you out. A special shout out to Cat My hippie dippy friend she is the one who does yoga and meditation. I never did that in my life before I’m an older man and she was amazing. I’m from the East Coast. The food was not that great. I was disappointed in that they have a private chef. James was the best chef That’s the only thing I could say about the food. Very disappointing. That being said, I would definitely go to Rise. They save my marriage and they save my life. Thank you to the team if I left anybody out, I’m sorry.

It was my first time going into treatment and I was scared to fly to California. I'm happy I made the decision to trust Enlight with my safety and wellbeing. These people really know how to change lives, speaking from experience. I was battling with alcohol, drugs and mental health issues that I was never able to address. I was scared that my job was going to penalize me but the team worked well with my employer so that I can really take my time and focus on my recovery. This was the best decision I have ever made. As I sit here, dead of winter in Upstate New York. I appreciate the time I spent at Enlight Treatment center. This is usually the time I would look for something to lift my mood. Depression gets the best of me and I spiral. I was able to really open up there. I was able to unload and place a lot of my unresolved feelings aside. They really have wonderful people there. If you're serious about getting rid of whatever it is you need to get rid of.. I would absolutely go! The food wasn't too bad either😘

I just discharged from this program a couple days ago. To anyone thinking or considering coming here, let this be your confirmation to start packing TODAY. This program has literally changed my life in more ways than just becoming sober. I was on heroin and meth before I admitted into detox and it's been 73 days now and the transformation is something I thought wasnt even possible for me. If you're from out of state and worried about starting over, don't be. They got you. But it starts with you deciding to make a change, and having an open mind to give them the chance to help. After your 28days, They have a badass PHP, IOP program, the facilitators are mostly recovering addicts themselves or educated drug counselors or both. These people are so freaking awesome and they genuinely care and you'll notice it immediately. I seriously can't stress enough to anyone considering coming here, if you're uncertain or hesitant about making the call...which I feel like is something every addict goes through beforehand, DO NOT LET ANYTHING OR ANYONE STOP YOU FROM THIS OPPORTUNITY. You can always go home if you want to but you can't always experience recovery like this. Shoutouts (sorry if I misspelled anyone); Steven,Sabrina, Fran, Matt, Graham, Blake, Marlene, Elijah, Shawn, Jeff, Natalie. From the very first call I made James and the rest of the team at Wish Recovery did everything they could to make me feel welcome, safe, respected, and cared for. I had reached out to Wish after being assaulted by a staff member at another program ( not affiliated with Wish) within 20 minutes of my call James had sent a uber to pick me up. Then between James and Fran they made sure my medications and the rest of my property were picked up. I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience and my concerns were addressed without hesitation. All of the documentation needed to support my leave from work was completed promptly and sent to the necessary departments. The therapists are amazing and the center is beautiful, clean, and staffed with courteous professionals. My house manager Matt is caring and respectful. The sober living house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean. I have truly felt welcome from the very beginning.

Golden Road is a great place for you or your loved one to get well. Compared to many treatment options, Golden Road is small and intimate and allows for time, space attention and care to support your sobriety. Staff is supportive, many have first hand experience of addiction, and there are plenty of opportunities to get in nature. Great care is taken to include family in treatment with weekly opportunities to meet for pyschoeducstional sessions. Food is top notch. My name is Steven Garcia, I’ve never written a review about anything but this place changed my entire life and future. I was 17 when I went to hillcrest treatment facility and heavily addicted to substances. As soon as I stepped inside I was welcome in with open arms. We had fresh meals made daily, fitness, and as well as other activities to get my natural dopamine back up, I made lifelong friendships and lifelong heart touching memories. It was the best time of my life and I stayed sober ever since then and I am 20 now, I bought my own car and I will be moving out into my own apartment soon. The caregivers and therapists and everyone involved was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wasn’t able to keep in contact with them due to rules but I think about the caregivers, therapists and my experience that I had there every single day, it was so touching that every day I strive to do better because I think about all the people that helped me at hillcrest, eventually if possible I would even like to get a job there to help kids like I was helped. It was the most amazing heart warming experience I’ve had in my entire life and I would recommend this place a million times to anyone. If anyone from hillcrest that remembers me sees this, thank you for changing my life I truly wouldn’t be in the position I’m in if I never met all of you.

I am so grateful for this program, it’s saved my life. This treatment is highly misunderstood and undervalued. Methadone maintenance gave my children a mother, my parents; a daughter and my employer; a trusted employee. I transferred over to Aegis from another “local” clinic- the difference between the two is (sadly) unbelievable. *If only every company was managed like Aegis… I am forever grateful to have access to this amazing service.
