I was there multiple times it was great in my experience the staff were nice and supportive, the food was good um beds are alright yes there was codes called however you got remember that people are there for a reason and thing will happen but the staff made sure everyone was alright and safe in the hospital I made good friends I was in the girls until and i do recommend it

This hospital's greatest strength is its comforting, chapel-like atmosphere. Beyond the medical team, the genuine consideration shown by the staff truly stands out. This high level of service made me feel more like a guest at a luxury hotel than a patient. The most memorable moment of kindness came from an employee taking out the trash, who greeted me with an incredibly warm and gentle smile.
However, I was disappointed to see people smoking in the outdoor areas, such as while waiting for valet or walking to the parking lot, with no one intervening.

I came to Cornerstone Medical Arts Center after hitting rock bottom in my active addiction with one thing in mind and that was to get clean and take charge of my life.

You know, seeing a 4.4 star rating on anything to do with addiction, is a flat out miracle. Addicts are some of the whiniest, hardest people to please. So the rating itself should be a testament. I’ve been in this program for a few years now, even commuting from white plains. That’s how much I love it. They are so wonderful here and I truly feel that treatment was so therapeutic. They have wonderful groups and DBT and make sure your needs are met and accounted for. They were super flexible to grant me time to celebrate my mom's birthday! Shout out to all especially to Melissa, Rena, and Romesa for their help. Dr. Darly along with Dr. Mehta and Dr Preethi were so amazing. Charge nurse Gitu is amazing and make sure we take our meds to get well. Shout out to Allison, Alyssa, Cris and the most amzazing Mojadas.We can't forget the maintenance crew, along with kitchen staff and mojadas. They deserve a raise. I have had an amazing experience with Avenues! James and the whole team do a great job at fostering a positive recovery community. While living at Avenues I transitioned from “being clean because I had to” into “being clean because I want to.” They are not here to force you to stay clean or go to meetings. What they do instead is show you the benefits of being clean and give you the tools to do so. This creates an internal desire to stay clean (which is ultimately stronger than any outside force). I was a client at Avenues from March 2020 through December 2020. Having experienced other sober living environments in the past, I came in skeptical — but Avenues exceeded every expectation.
From day one, James, Jack, and Josh made the experience feel safe, structured, and genuinely supportive. Their leadership and compassion played a major role in making Avenues a place I was not only comfortable living in but one I truly valued.
I built friendships during my time there that I still maintain to this day, and more importantly, I built a foundation for my sobriety that remains strong even now. Without Avenues, I honestly don’t think that would have been possible.
The staff is top-tier — caring, consistent, and truly invested in the success of every individual who walks through the door. Even after I completed my time there, I’ve returned multiple times and have always been welcomed back with open arms. Avenues remains a safe, reliable space for me.
