I walked in the emergency room yesterday feeling vulnerable and at my worst staff there was so kind to me offered me a warm blanket and pillows because I couldn’t sit or stand for too long. They were absolutely amazing at one point I was laying on the bed in so much pain. I didn’t say anything because I thought I didn’t want to be a burden and this one nurse walked in and she said are you OK and I said yes and she said I’m going to ask you again are you OK? Are you in pain? Is there anything I can do And I just started crying she brought me pillows. She brought me a warm blanket. She made sure I was OK thank you and Nurse Whitney thank you so much. it just shows me that there are people in this world that actually still cares about people your well-being. Holy smokes. I left a very positive review several years ago but I must say that Heartview is NOTHING like it used to be. The staff is the worst. I have never made such a sincere and honest effort to try getting help before my life spiraled out of control and at every turn they have thrown up a road block. I can't imagine if this was sleeping I didn't want! I absolutely would NOT NOT recommend. WE NEED BETTER OPTIONS NORTH DAKOTA!
