This treatment will reduce withdrawal symptoms and help with cravings even after reaching sobriety. For alcohol addiction, patients will undergo behavior modification sessions, data monitoring, and other therapy treatments modeled after the Sinclair Method. For severe cases of alcohol addiction, the patient may be medicated with Vivitrol injections.
