It was very hard to get myself to reach out for help for a long time. The moment I did, it went nothing but up from there. Recovery and Wellness has been nothing but nice and empathetic. Just over a month and a half, I have felt a positive difference with my mood, motivation, relationships, happiness, and my body. My therapist and I connect via video chat on the weekends which makes it very convenient for my busy teenage life! Not only was I recommended by a friend, I have continued to recommend people I know when they mention they are struggling. Not only that, I found a lovely place that took my insurance (which not many places do) and it is in the same building where my pediatrician used to be, which gives lots of comfort and familiarity. This place has done nothing but benefit me and I’m so thankful :)

This is a great place for those that are transitioning from a correctional institute back into society. The staff is friendly, firm and helpful.

Reentry program for returned citizens. Provides loads of help, housing, and programs. Services are very similar to a prison. No one goes here because they simply want to. But, all in all, some staff are educated, understanding, and wonderfully helpful, and some staff get hired and fired in short order! Halfway between the MonDay program, and a homeless shelter in more ways than geographical!

I’m going to make a different kind of review for PC because I personally don’t go there but I know several people who have been in the program for many years & some who are still in the program. Through those people I feel I can make a review especially since I’ve been familiar with it for over 15 years . I have personally gotten to know people myself due to me knowing people going there awhile . I know some of these friendships outside of the program . Some of the same People ride to PC together every morning on the days they go & this to has become a routine . They call to make sure each other is up & ready . They have even become friends with their driver who picks them up. They acknowledge Birthdays , Christmas & sometimes even exchange small gifts because it’s “ the thought that counts.” With the building closing on Daruma Pkwy , Clients have to chose between 2 other locations to go to which means people will not get to see their usual friends or the people they are use to seeing on a daily basis. I seriously feel bad for everyone having to make that decision. I believe part of rehabilitation is having someone to talk to, having a social life & being around others that you have known for years. Not everyone will be able to go to the same location so it’s sad that they have to split up like they are . I thought the bldg on Daruma was a great location & near the bus line as well. Wishing everyone going through this change Good Luck .

If you decide to do IOP group I highly recommend Terrance. He is the best and makes group enjoyable.

A week ago today I came in the hospital with strong chest pains after my blood was quickly drawn I was told I was have a heart attack I was immediately taken to the cath lab where the nurses lacey, Michelle and the others got right to work with prepping more for a heart stent I am so grateful for them.And to my day nurse Cassandra your care for me was beyond amazing thank you, And to my night nurse sy Ron you are amazingly unbelievable your care for me Was you were caring for a family member Thank you.. And I nominated both of yall for a daisy award

Very impressed with the attention and excellent personal care my 89 yr old father received in the ER. This was our first Grandview ER experience and I felt very confident in the delivery of all the care and explanation of care we received. Thank you to all the team October 30th and 31st 2025

Could have been a5 except my 3rd shift nurse was slacking. Now first I want you to know that I don't want to see anyone lose their job but I believe people need to know when there is room for improvement. Second, at shift change i informed Dominique that I wished to stay ahead of my pain by trying to get my pain pill as close to my 4 hours as possible after total hip replacement. I had to ask for my pain pill at 9 and got it about 920 with my pain going from a1 to a4,that was after having her assistant remind her at around 830. Then I didn't see her again at 1 either after I had her assistant remind her at midnight so I called again at 110am then I called again at 235 my pain level at a7 now. Finally got it at 245. Needless to say I couldn't sleep most of the night due to pain. I also though that I was supposed to receive my night time meds that I take at home. Didn't get them

This place helped me soooooo much especially this one therapist there who fought for me when I didn't want to fight for myself. I had her for almost four years and she is the reason I'm still alive.

If you are truly ready for help and actually trying these people are amazing. Got me through some really hard issues.

Our family is forever grateful for the care we received at Dayton Children’s NICU. Having a newborn admitted was one of the hardest experiences of my life, but the nurses—especially Erica, Embrissa, and Lisa—made all the difference. They went above and beyond in every way. Not only were they skilled and attentive in caring for my son, but they were also incredibly friendly, compassionate, and nurturing during a time when I needed it most. They made me feel like my baby was truly cared for and safe, and that gave me so much comfort and peace of mind. Thanks to their dedication and support, we were able to bring our son home again. I will always cherish what they did for us, and I cannot thank them enough for the love and care they showed our family.

I have had the pleasure of meeting staff and board members - So let me tell you this: They are a robust group of mental health experts and advocates. They are dedicated to serving the city of Springfield, OH and do so with a delicate diligence. If you or someone you know needs support, crisis intervention or wants to become more rounded with their mental health, give them a try! It is a blessing they accept Medicaid clients and those that choose to pay out-of-pocket. Lots of great improvements are heading the Wellspring way, so hang on tight and be prepared for positive transformations 🫶🏼

The people at Talbert House in Franklin helped me change my life for the better. From the first day to current day I’ve had help along the way to a whole year now clean of substance abuse. My mental health is the best it’s ever been. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Thank you for everything Talbert House Franklin.

The staff are so great there. Pam makes you feel so welcomed dr. Thomas is amazing and his nurse Brooke is amazing as well they take there time with you they answer all of your questions and treat you with so much respect! It's a great place all together.

staff is very good at their job and make you feel welcome! very friendly,understanding,caring.. I have seen several therapist in the past that made me feel like they were judging me by my mental issues which always has a negative effect.. talbert house is awesome i absolutely love them... 100% recommend them
