I feel the need to leave a new review. this week I am moving from one state to another. top of the list for concerns; how do I continue with my MAT? how about there is a Brightview clinic less than 10 mi from my new home? another concern; how do I continue with my treatment until I can get my insurance transferred from one state to the other, how about Brightview will continue seeing me in the new state until my insurance is transferred and then they will bill them. in other words, there is absolutely no excuse to give up my sobriety because I am moving to a different state. if you have any questions or concerns the staff at every Brightview clinic have the answers! if you are really ready to leave your addiction in the past (where it belongs) moving is no excuse to let it take hold of you. love yourself, care for yourself, find a Brightview clinic and let them help you get on the road to the rest of your life. it is there for you to grab and move on. when you hear the words trust the process, you can really trust it with Brightview! i have been in so many recovery centers, and consider myself an "old timer". From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for by the entire staff. The nursing support staff was absolutely incredible — compassionate, empathetic, attentive, and always willing to listen. They made a difficult process feel much more manageable, and their kindness truly stood out. The BHT staff was equally wonderful: friendly, engaging, supportive, and always encouraging throughout my stay. The group sessions were one of the most impactful parts of the program. They provided deep personal insight, practical tools for long-term success, and created a strong sense of connection and support among peers. I left with a much greater sense of self-awareness and confidence moving forward in recovery. The environment itself was peaceful and healing. The facility sits on 112 acres of beautiful wooded surroundings that created a serene, calm, and tranquil atmosphere perfect for recovery and reflection. The activities offered were thoughtful, relaxing, and helped promote both mental and emotional wellness. The accommodations were comfortable, with adequate living space, private bathrooms, and comfortable beds that made the stay feel safe and relaxing. The food was another unexpected highlight — meals prepared by the executive chefs were consistently amazing and far exceeded expectations. Overall, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking help with recovery. I have been using this facility for a year now and its been nothing but a positive experience. Staff and doctors have been helpful, understanding, and have provided top notch care. This facility provides care for everything possible and if they cant fit you in they will refer you out to community care. Only negative thing I can say is after the new system was in place messaging has become a little less effective. Hopefully that will get better after everyone gets better using it. This place is genuinely lifesaving. The PHP/IOP programs are group therapy in a class-like setting where you learn coping/emotional regulation skills. As long as you're willing to put in the effort then this place can really make a positive change. Most of the staff are very caring, and Madi in particular is genuinely one of the best people they could have had for the job here. We went through six therapists in six months at the Xenia location, because they shuffled us from one to another regardless of the fact that my daughter was there for help with separation anxiety. I've participated in their IOP, PHP, After-care, individual therapy, and psychiatric programs. I've received medical help including the Vivitrol shot. The counselors are great (I've had at least seven different ones) and care about their clients. They are able to refer to higher levels of care if needed. They accept Caresource.
