I have been to so many dentists over the years and I hate going. I started going to signature health dental office when they opened and everyone that works in there from the gentleman checking you in to the lady cleaning your teeth the dental assistant are amazing. And the dentists her self is kind and sweet and made a very painful last few months liveable. Teeth most dentists would just pulled she has saved. Now I'm taking my daughters there. My oldest has a bilateral clef pallet and lip. And my 6 year old first time at the dentists she's not scared and wants to go back. Thank you so much all of you are a blessing.

I have been going to signature health for a year now and I love it. The people are really nice. They make me feel comfortable. And they understand me. I really don't see why people are being negative. They try so hard to get patience in ASAP. And I love my therapist. He's really funny,nice,and caring.

My experience with the signature health care specifically doctor chaffee has been top tier. I trust my doctor enough to take my kids to see her now. I've never had a doctor that has made me feel seen heard and appreciated. She takes her time and gets to know who you are and how your illnesses affect your daily life. I trust her enough to take my elderly mother to see her. Thank you doctor Chaffee, you are a goddess among mortals.

They treat all veterans with respect and dignity. Everyone from the receptionists, nurses, doctors and on down are very professional.

Today I had a great experience. There's been some problems in the past. But today was an outstanding experience. I was down in CT today Dr Alessandro, I think. And her crew we're very awesome to work with. I got to give them two thumbs up. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. God bless!

I have been treating myself here for many years, its professionals are very friendly and very dedicated to helping people. My counselor and therapist is Max Cortes, a very kind and caring person. I love this place.

I have TMS with Sara and she is one of the most wonderful, caring people I have ever met. I'm so glad I came there. She made sure all insurance and paperwork was done. I didn't have to do anything! It has changed my life and had helped my depression so much

I love this place. The begining was rocky but they are the best treatment I have received.

Staff are great and take good care of you however, Dr Ranjan insists on his patients using his pharmacy and I wasn't very happy about that for quite awhile however since they're willing to deliver my meds to me, I can't complain about it!

I just have to say that man working at the front desk named John was absolutely amazing and gets a five-star review for customer care and service. He made me and my boyfriend feel very comfortable on our first trip in to register ourselves as patients. Thank you so much John and you deserve a promotion!

Great people that treated me great when i was at my lowest. They gave me the sobriety and tools to keep it when I could barely function. I can t say enough good things-amazing staff, great treatment plan. I hope everyone has the amazing experience and success I got.

Help is what I needed I was so against the help that I knew I needed or I was going to die. I surrendered to Asurgent Health on April the 11th distressed and irritated because I allowed my life to become completely out of control from my crack cocaine addiction. My journey through recovery was not easy many days I was irritated and did not want to listen nor did I want to participate but my counselor got to the core bottom of my addiction when I tell you it was traumatic it hurt but is the destination that GOD wanted me to go and that was deep into my soul to get away from my thoughts for 28plus years I gave cocaine and crack cocaine my undivided attention my life all of my money I destroyed my living situation with my mom almost killing her so my thought during my journey was if I could give all that time to getting my drug of choice give this time to become well aware of my problems 114 days I was in treatment through many peaks and valleys but I stayed the coarse many distractions but I stayed the coarse see you have to stay Ella way from the noise I had two choices I either live or die and my choice was to live the staff at Asurgent health has to be done if the most caring people I have ever met in my entire life all of them I owe my life to them they made me feel comfortable see YOU HAVE TO GET COMFORTABLE IN THE UNCOMFORTABLE and boy did I. See I m gay and to feel the love from all of them no matter what path my life was in made me feel incredibly loved and not judged because their entire focus was to keep me alive Katie has to be one of the most angelic humans I have ever met Jason and Mrs.Rochelle my counselors people listen woo they took me through the valley of the shadow of death and back Tayneisha made me realize that life is full of noise that the majority of that noise needs to be cancelled my case manager Mrs. Shareen looked me straight in my eyes and said baby get your life together so with this being said if you want the most dedicated help come here and please relax and just let them do their jobs they will never let you falter. Thank you Aaron for your unwavering support the staff you have should be saluted and cherished GOD BLESS YOU is all I can say now as I embark to my next level IOP with Asurgent and moving into the IOP house may this next chapter be as challenging as my previous see you guys Monday morning and again Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!
