Best Cleveland Heights, OH Drug Rehab Centers

I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I just wanted to express my gratitude to that staff!

Professional Doctors and Therapists. I have not visited Dental or Primary Care.

I have been treating myself here for many years, its professionals are very friendly and very dedicated to helping people. My counselor and therapist is Max Cortes, a very kind and caring person. I love this place.

This place changed my life!

Ive came tbrough midwest detox a few times. Three years ago I would of recommended this place to anyone who was struggling with addiction. Ive never AMA before until this last stay a week ago. I dont know what happened to this place if they switched owners or management, but this place has went to hell. The techs stood in the office and kicked it the whole time...I was litterally able to walk around the building and get into my car and hit my weed pen nightly without them even knowing because they just dont pay attention, dont care, and are extremely lazy. Its a facility that takes primarily welfare people. Broken people ..people who need help the most. The techs would pay clients in cigarettes to do their job for them. Almost every employee at that facility are bottom of the barrel...probably wouldn't even make a good walmart greeter . They dont pay their people a decent wage so they get the worst. My first night there they was taking me to my room and the guy next door was laying in bed puking all over the bed and himself and the tech brought him a trash can with no trash bag in it. The guy had puke everywhere and the techs did NOTHING. They let this poor man lay in his OWN VOMIT!! They recently made it a men's detox and residential in one building and down the street its women's. The food there is trash. It seems like they put an 8 yr old in charge of meal planning ...rubbery Mac n cheese and a breadstick for dinner ...yummy ....Kennedy yall forgot what its like to go through it huh? Because someone have you a little authority over people who need help the most. Where does the money go? Im lucky enough to have private insurance...I know how much you get daily...and breadsticks and Mac n cheese for dinner??? This place is scary and the people who run it shouldn't be trusted with the responsibilities they are trusted with. Incompetent ....the staff...owners...management...greedy incompetent with no heart it desire to help people...they are simply there to collect a check. Ive never felt so humiliated, so judged and so unsafe in a facility ever...not from the clients but from staff. I brought in clothes, stopped at a Walmart on the way and grabbed new underwear and socks. I packed a bottle of cologne just in case I could use it. Upon leaving they made me sit outside and wait for them to get my belongings. I was never given an inventory sheet to sign off on ...nothing so I started going tbrough my belongings outside and wouldn't you know....brand new underwear and cologne...expensive cologne...that was in their possession is now missing...I know i wont get it back and I know they won't do anything about it but what they dont know is im local...and ive been around this community for years...and I known most of em...I even know who took my things 😉. You guys rely on the fact that most of your clients dont have the means or funds to fight for themselves against predators like the idiots you employ. You think you can get away with what your doing here to these people who are coming to you for HELP! someone is stealing money from this place because it is trash....and im not one to complain or make waves. You people are terrible and to the few decent ones I met im sure you wont last long...and im sorry you have to work for them...probably an addict in recovery yourself and are just blind to the politics still. Who would work for a place like this making the income you make and have to deal with what you do when you can go to McDonald's and make the same?....because your giving back right?🙄 no because your predators. They allow you to steal and get paid a laughable wage to sit around and kick it with your fellow employees and pay clients in cheap cigarettes to do your job, thats why most of yall look really really really healthy lol😉. This place should be investigated and audited. The medical staff are rude and midwest outsources them from a different agency...every one of them hate their job and you can tell. If you dont have private insurance I would HIGHLY recommend going to another facility.

Med treatment Centers, Morgantown is the most welcoming, positive clinic for replacement therapy that you'll ever find with outstanding staff and is the quickest daily dose, Methadone/Suboxone treatment clinic one could ever imagine. Discreet and non-judgemental, you'll never beat Med Mark's service and if you call today you'll most likely be scheduled for an intake within a day or two and you will start your first 30 mg dose the same day. They accept must insurance and also accept medicaid/Medicare for their Methadone Maintenance program (Not yet for Suboxone/Buprenorphine treatment; unfortunately). I just have to say that man working at the front desk named John was absolutely amazing and gets a five-star review for customer care and service. He made me and my boyfriend feel very comfortable on our first trip in to register ourselves as patients. Thank you so much John and you deserve a promotion!

9.5 years ive heen there.... i wouldbt continue to seek service's if this place couldnt provide them

Great staff and support from the company

Signature has always taken care of my needs!! They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is good with me. All of my health care, mental health needs, dietary needs, check ups, rides to my appointments, Signature Health does it all! The staff had always been helpful and welcoming also. I don't want any other providers besides them.

maureen Is one of the best counselors that I had before I was sketchy Because I seen a lot of different counselors But as she understand me and did not judge me in this, been there for me Going to my problems that I have I am so happy that I chose signature health and they gave me somebody like Maureen All I’m saying is for anybody that need a good counselor I need to request for Maureen
