I love this place! Literally the best mental health help I ve ever had inpatient! Nobody batted an eye at how many times I ve been inpatient, and I was treated with respect the whole time. Yes the stay is long, but that s policy for most mental hospitals. Jen was rude, but the rest of the staff were lovely, especially Michelle the activities director.

Ofc wasn't happy about going and having had one other impatient stay at north coast I was terrified and honestly was very surprised. Going from a state run facility to one private insurance paid for was a step up. The fact you get to move about the building (meals, gym, etc) versus being solely stuck to your unit was nice, the food was better than typical hospital food. My only complaint is the night time snacks. There would be times people wouldn't get anything or any extra would be preyed upon quickly even with a diabetic on the unit. I think maybe a fridge or snack basket behind nurses station where they have to come up and ask and prevent people from going without. Overall good experience and to a certain extent it's more our responsibility as patients to help ourselves as much or more than our healthcare team. We can only be helped as much as we let ourselves be helped. If I have a crisis again (hopefully not) I have my support people prepared to take me to HS.

Brightview in Wilmington, Ohio has truly been a lifesaver for me. The staff there is truly compassionate and caring. I was an emotional mess when I first stopped there. I didn t even have an appointment, but I knew I had to get help right away. I ll be forever grateful to the nurse, Linda, who came to my aid. She welcomed me and my tears with open arms. All of the other staff are truly amazing as well. My Dr. Don truly has a heart of gold and my counselor Lisa is Heaven Sent! I ve never felt judged or uncomfortable in any way. Everyone that works there is amazing! My thanks goes out to Paula, Lola, Amanda and ALL the staff that have been there to help me through the struggles life has thrown at me this last year. I went to Highland County Hospital due to pain from a fall I had. Upon getting my x-ray's the staff immediately placed me in trauma care and treated me for a collapsed right lung and tubercle left shoulder fracture. This staff went above and beyond to help restore the air pocket in my right lung, saving my life. The doctors and staff exceeded my expectations. My experience with this place has been pretty great! My son has ADHD and he has always gotten good counseling and they've even listened to my issues to a certain extent also as a way to help my son. Also, the doctor that my son sees is very good with him and very careful not to over-medicate. Occasional trouble getting in touch with someone there would be my only issue.

Got sent into FWR by the judge.. unwillingly, angry, and wanting to run so badly it kept me up at night for weeks. Somehow I got lucky enough to get the perfect counselor.. and she kept me sane. Fayette Womens Residential saved me.....I was able to go in and actually tell people who I had never seen before my whole life. I was one who had to stay there twice and hada long journey of a prison stay before I was able to go home and live a life. I grew very close to the councelors there...I even wrote them from prison and let them know my progress and what I was doing that they taught me to be sober. Even after leaving prison and going home I knew that life would not be easy. I had to prepair myself for the fact I would never see my father again. I lost him in prison to an overdose to the evil drug that tore me down. I knew that I would never use heroin again! Today still 3 and a half years off heroin its a struggle. Ladies its not am easy road. Hard work has to be put in to remain sober! I just wanted to share a little about my experience there. Thanks so much all of you for helping me. I'm sure you know who I am! Thanks!

Stop researching treatment centers because this one is hands down the best!! I've been to several treatment centers and The Ridge is in a league of their own- for all the good reasons! Yes, it is a beautiful home like atmosphere with a lot of luxuries and outstanding food but the main reason I found The Ridge so helpful to me was the loving and supportive staff and amazing program. And the support doesn't stop when you leave! I enrolled in IOP and am plugged into the many alumni events they host. My recovery community is filled today with Ridge Alum and I owe my recovery to the tools I learned at The Ridge and all the continue support I get from them.

The Ridge is an incredible place to go to for treatment. They keep you plenty busy with group therapy sessions as well as 1 on 1 sessions with a councilor, and there are lots of things to do during recreation time. I’m grateful I was able to find a treatment center with staff that truly care about me and work to foster a friendly environment among all patients. If you’re looking for help I can think of no better place to go to than the Ridge for residential treatment.

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

AppleGate is a safe friendly environment to begin your treatment process. Some recovery center her in Dayton do not have your best interest in mind, just in the recovery business for the money, but here at AppleGate it s a small family oriented staff who are in the recovery business for the right reasons. Some of the staff have been through recovery themselves and can relate to your situation without prejudice or a feeling of being judged. They are here willing to help you pull through this storm and take back you life that you deserve. Love yourself enough to get help, even if you feel no one else dose. Before coming to Lumiere Healing Centers I had been to other rehabs, not had a great experience, and was not willing to go back. Fortunately my family found this facility for me, and with a loving nudge, I reluctantly checked myself into detox. It was the best decision I've ever made in my life! I was in detox for 10 days followed by a 30 day residential program. From the nursing staff, to the counselors and case managers, I couldn't have been treated with more grace. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and I'm not kidding, I would have paid good money for some of the dinners I enjoyed at Lumiere. The rooms are kept clean, there's a TV and private bath in each of them, and the entire property overlooks one of the most beautiful golf courses in southern Ohio. Without Lumiere I don't know if I'd still be here today, but with them, I'm sober, working my steps, and living a happy wonderful life for the first time in decades. One of the better rehabs I have ever been do. Chef Lora deserves all the praise, a legitimate CHEF. Tvs in the rooms, it can get quite boring but you're able to go outside whenever you want, basketball was a great way to kill time. The food is absolutely terrific I can't say that enough. Nursing staff and doctors do try and meet your needs. They offer snacks like PB&J fruit, cereal whenever you want it. Juice dispenser. I've been to some places where you can't even get suitable drinking water. Just be sure to not bring any meds with you they will throw them away, also if you drive yourself, they will tow your car. Cedar Oaks Wellness was an absolute life changer for me. The campus and staff were both vital in my recovery. I cannot give enough thanks to AJ, one of the group facilitators. Her methods of teaching are unlike any other I have ever experienced, and absolutely changed my perspective on many aspects of my life for the better. She taught me how to cultivate true meaning and how to give myself grace that I lacked for most of my life. My counselor Carmela taught me how to be present in the moment and to avoid the constant worry of the future. The discharge coordinator Ben was also a huge help in keeping me on the right track and presenting me with options of continued treatment with honesty. The nursing staff and resident assistants were very professional and personable, as well as Jeff and Betsy in the kitchen. Beyond the hot meals they served, the genuine care they showed created a comfortable atmosphere. The receptionists are very courteous. Drs Dowdy and Cole are very professional and have assisted with my treatment for many years. I've had a traumatic year which would've ended with me being inpatient even 5 years ago! But with their skills training and the stabilizing medications I was able to cope without going inpatient. My experience with Jasmine D. the therapist was one of the best sessions I've experience in my recovery journey. Jasmine recognized my patterns and was helpful in coming up with solutions to some personal issues. I left the session feeling heard and seen. I would recommend Brightview to any addict struggling. The staff was empathetic, professional and extremely attentive to my needs. I'm excited to interact more within the program. It's comforting to know I'm a client and I'm finally on the right path!!!

I love this place! The people there make it feel like home. There is absolutely NO JUDGMENT! I am able to take the meds i need for my brain to heal while I go to therapy and work to be a better person each day. I am thankful for recovery. My decision to enter treatment actually cost me my marriage but it was so worth it. Sometimes people need help- and that's totally OKAY!

Hotel California by The Sea is the foundation in which my life of addiction stopped. I am extremely grateful for the staff and lifelong friends that I made during my stay there. Without a doubt would recommend this facility to anyone serious about wanting a change. The three things that have kept me sober and grounded to this day are patience, open mindedness, and willingness and these principles were suggested by my daily reflection, meditations, and group sessions that I had there.

Going to Hotel California by the Sea in Ohio changed my entire life.It's hard to find quality treatment near me. Hotel being located in Ohio made it so much easier to get the help that I needed while still being near my home. Their staff are so friendly and kind, they made me feel safe my entire stay. Their homes were super cozy and nice- better than any hotel I've ever stayed in!I'm so grateful to the staff and doctors who worked with me throughout my time at Hotel. This is the longest I've ever stayed sober outside of treatment, and I can't thank them enough for that.
