This is one of the best facilities , I have ever been to. My eyes have been open to reality. They have helped me get back on track , and my head on right . They truly care and they have an amazing staff . I really appreciate all of them here. Thank you Promises you make Gods promise look possible for me .

This place is no good. None what so ever. It’s unsafe, unprofessional and uncoordinated. It needs to be investigated on how to conduct the facility in a legal manner. Patients vehicles being used to their advantage then lying about it. Nursing over medicating. People having sexual relations in the gym. Avoidance of taking accountability for any of this is just down right sad. Tsk tsk. Shame on you Promises.

This place and the people here have truly changed and saved my life. The staff has individually showed their love and care for each and everyone of us everyday and showed me through their experience strength and hope that this life of sobriety may not be easy but it is in fact obtainable. I can't wait to be apart of alumni for the rest of my life.

They just don’t protect the female residents/victim’s enough from male abuse and that makes me sad. I have a lot of newfound trauma now
