Los guardias deberían monitoriar los parking porque el parking tiene flujo grande de personas y hay quienes se estacionan en dos parking. Deben trabajar en eso ya que es un estacionamiento que siempre está lleno y no lo veo justo.
También los ascensores no se cuanto llevan solo funcionando solamente uno. Deberían arreglar eso! Es un lugar donde va demasiado gente a diario.

I change my opinion because I was there a week ago. I had a good time. They treated me like a prince. The treatment was very different from the last time. They treated me with 10 stars. That's like a hotel. If you know, seeing it like that and it helps you fix your mind while you are calm without the pressures of the family. Yes, some people hit them and tie them up, but they arrive in a different way, like I arrived the first time, viral and spoiled.

Muy lamentable.

My first experience with hospitals in PR. Broke ankle and after being seen in 2 other hospitals, HURRA took my case. So glad I ended there. Their staff and nurses were great. On surgery day, got there by 6 am, and was home by 2. They made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. My only gripe, they need more wheelchairs. And as someone else mentioned they can use some TLC aesthetically speaking. Other than that, very happy with my treatment and amazing orthopedic doctor.
Note-gave DPA. They made sure copies were made and noted on paperwork. Really respected my decision.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star, my mom was admitted as an inpatient they loaded her up with drugs and had her nearly in a medically induced coma. She lost a lot of weight, stopped eating, unbathed with dirty oily hair, these nurses and doctors in the Psych ward in 5k need to be fired. There is a man who screams on that ward day and night and they ignore him because they are useless and incompetent. The nurses think they are superior when they are nobodies. They do not deserve respect and they don’t deserve to have their jobs either. These are uneducated and uncivilized people who hate their jobs.
