About 4 Seasons Detox and Recovery House

4 Seasons Detox and Recovery House is a luxury live-in alcohol and drug rehab for adults in Simi Valley, California. You’ll stay in a beautiful home that provides a safe, supportive environment for healing, surrounded by the Santa Susana Mountains and Simi Hills. They focus on your recovery as a whole person, physically, mentally and emotionally. If you’ve been struggling with addiction-related mental health challenges, they provide counseling for those as well.

You’ll get detox, counseling and therapy, as well as different holistic treatment options such as physical exercise. I noticed that they’re open around the clock with experienced staff on duty to help those who walk in looking for help. Their personalized treatment plan considers your lifestyle, the substances you’ve been using and matches you with the best type of recovery method.

Recovery Supported by Addiction Medication in Small-Town Simi

As you go through detox and settle into long term recovery, you may find it helpful to make use of addiction medications such as methadone or buprenorphine. They make recovery simpler by taking away uncomfortable and dangerous withdrawal symptoms. They can also control cravings, which frees up your energy and mental capacity to focus on learning sober living skills.

Faith-Based Recovery in Ventura County

I noticed that they offer a Christian recovery track that includes faith-based counseling and Christian recovery support groups. Those who opt for this program will have church services on Sundays and get together for Bible study, prayer, and meditation. They place value on the spiritual aspect of recovery and believe that it can greatly benefit those who live by those ideals.

After many of drinking 4 seasons gave me all the tools needed for long journey of sobriety. Alcohol and drug abuse classes, mental health issues, even marriage counseling. I had the greatest staff I could ever want, and the clients were pretty chill also. If I ever had to do it again, this is were I'm going.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.
sober-living iconSober Living Homes
Sober living homes in California offers an intermediate sober environment that has less structure than inpatient rehab but more than typical home environments. This makes it a good option for those who have concerns about transitioning back to the "real world" after treatment. Residents can typically live at the halfway house as long as they want, if they are willing to follow house rules. These may include a curfew, chores, and maintaining a job.
partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a short-term form of intensive rehab, usually for those with acute symptoms that are hard to manage but don’t require 24-hour care. PHPs have structured programming (i.e. individual and/or group therapy), and usually meet 3-5 days a week for around 6 hours (i.e. 9am-3m). Some PHPs are residential (patients sleep on site) and some are not, so patients sleep at home. PHPs can last from 1-6 months, and some offer transportation and meals.
24-hour icon24-Hour Clinical Care
During the first phase of recovery – detox – it is crucial to have 24-hour clinical care in California. This care provides constant monitoring in order to ensure your safely and comfort as you progress through the withdrawal process for drug or alcohol addiction. Licensed professionals prescribe medications to treat withdrawal symptoms and provide frequent monitoring to ensure your safely as addictive toxins leave your system.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one’s body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

equine-therapy iconEquine Therapy

During group therapy, men and women learn to express their emotions openly in a non judgmental setting. This helps you process your feelings and reduces feelings of social isolation that are often associated with addiction.

Individual therapy for drug addiction includes a customized treatment plan that considers your history and life circumstances. During your therapy sessions, the therapist helps you uncover underlying issues and triggers for addictive behavior that support a holistic approach to recovery.

For clients who are struggling with ambivalence toward change, motivational interviewing in California can help strengthen their commitment to change. Using a conversational method, the therapist helps you explore your motivations and empowers you to make the changes you desire.

Recreational therapy is included in alcohol and drug addiction treatment to focus on engaging you in healthy activities that reduce your cravings and improve your overall health and well being. When you participate in group sports, art, or nature walks, you develop new interests and find a meaningful way to spend your time and reduce your cravings.

Place is a scam told me I failed a UA and told me to challenge it and Stay there longer so they could bleed my insurance out of as much money as possible. Then discharged me when I graduated and was supposed to start a iop program. They tried flying me back only I wasn't done with the program. Instead of taking me to the iop they literally kicked me out dropped me off at a hospital and I hope they still fly me back when I am done with my program. Stay tuned I'll let you know it I get a plane ticket. They charged my insurance over $50,000. So far I believe they are just in it for the money and they set me up for failure. BTW I passed the ua with flying colors. They lied...

I came here seeking treatment for addiction. The owners are amazing and so helpful, along with the staff. They’re all very experienced in dealing with addicts and super comforting along the way. They help with medication, individual therapy, and group therapy. You actually get to see the nurse and therapist weekly, so they are very knowledgeable about what you need medically and mentally. It is a magnificent facility with a lot of activities to do, and also the ability to go out and do fun activities outside of the facility. The staff and management make you feel at home and are always there if you need something. It’s a very comfortable environment to live in and it feels like you’re at home. I’m very grateful I was able to find this place, because I wouldn’t have wanted to stay in treatment anywhere else. I would give it more stars if it were possible!
