I spent about three months in their IOP program, and it made a huge difference for me! Raj Iyer is a fantastic therapist, and the group facilitators do a great job at making the lessons engaging and relatable. As a college student, I was part of the young adult group, where my peers were welcoming and supportive. No matter what you’re struggling with, this is a program that’s worth trying.

Embark is genuinely the best place to get treatment. I looked so different leaving the program than when I came in. The staff are so kind, considerate, they provide such helpful skills to help with mental health and urges. Ja’Monica, Susan, Myron, Loren, Jimmy, Terri, David, Maddie, Mona, Vessena, De’Ja, Sade, and Dr. Hooper yall are genuinely so precious to me and yall will always have a place in my heart. Ja’Monica was my personal therapist and I learned so much from her and her EMDR amongst all her other methods of therapy. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They’re also really good with security on a real note, they always make sure we as the clients are protected in every way shape or form. Susan will push you past your limits in the best way possible. If you get mad at what she says that’s in your best interest, you’ll know it’s what you need to work on 😂 THANK YOU EMBARK 💖💖💖

I really appreciate the workers at this hospital. They are kind, accomodating and respectful. I didn't feel condescended to, nor treated like less of a human being. I felt that the workers set a tone of respect and dignity and support on the unit. The groups were awesome and very well facilitated. I felt like they weren't just there for a paycheck, that they actually cared about doing a good job. I would definitely go back there if I ever need mental health inpatient care.

It was a safe place during my most suicidal years. I really appreciated the ability to isolate in my room, unlike other facilities that lock the rooms during the day. That was a necessity for me as an autistic person, in order to prevent overwhelm and truly feel safe. Therapy groups could be stressful, but I wasn't forced to attend which I really appreciate. When life feels so out of control, small things like that can go a long way

I came to this center after a traumatic experience. These people made me whole again. I cannot say how much this place meant to me the 4 months I was there. Caring nurses, wonderful doctors and a cook who knew how to make hospital food palatable. I cannot recommend this place more!

Hope Harbor. I know what I am capable of, and I am resilient, strong. But I wasn't. I lacked the tools to cope with everyday life. I had merely survived for so long, but Hope Harbor was there, when I needed them most. I was holding a job, a roof over my head and my world was chaos, I was chaos. I was fighting to keep my head above water and they tossed me the lifeline to meet me where I was. Unlike any other help I could find of it's kind, they offered a fully remote intensive outpatient program. As overwhelming as life seemed, I was able to fully participate, find support and build the skills and tools that helped me cope and recover. I am so grateful. They worked with me on costs, and I found myself looking forward to every group meeting and my on on one therapy sessions. I graduated their program a much healthier, happier, and confident person with a much better outlook on life. I was a little sad at the end, but I had to face it. It was not the end, but a beautiful, new beginning. And, to top it off - it isn't over. They have Alumni night, where those who have graduated are encouraged to come and reconnect, and keep up the connection to recovery. Bless them, and everyone who works there.

After 4 or 5 failed attempts to stop abusing alcohol I wound up at MARR. The day after my 50th birthday. I was extremely upset and disappointed with myself. But something told me that I belonged there. And I made the best decision of my life. To stay there. I stayed for the mandatory 3 months and then an extra four more. Not only did I learn to stop drinking and live life without alcohol, but I leather be an adult. To ask for help. And most importantly I learned that I was not alone in my life or my journey. Wonderful place with great staff. You may not know it or believe it but this place is the BEST chance you have at getting sober and learning how to live a good life. Period.

MARR has been a wonderful experience for me. The entire staff is great. Always felt loved and supported. Learned a lot about myself and was provided the tools I need to live a happy healthy life. Very grateful for MARR and everything they do.

My time at MARR has fundamentally changed my life. I have a strong foundation in sobriety, many coping tools in my toolbox and a large network of sober men and women who I will forever call friends. Georgia Addiction Center played a huge role in helping me turn things around. From the beginning, I felt supported by staff who were both compassionate and straightforward, which I needed. Group sessions could be challenging at times, but they ended up being some of the most impactful parts of my experience. I had an amazing experience there! Shaq was amazing, Mac was amazing, and and Cody was amazing!! Also, the therapists that I had there was amazing!!! I still went thru issues after I left there because of my own choices, but I have over a year clean now!!! I even work in treatment now myself!! Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them. Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt. Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight. Eric knew and did everything he could. I Showed Up Skeptical. Willingway Had Other Plans. Professional hazard: after enough years around addiction treatment, you stop believing the brochures. Every facility promises "compassionate, individualized care." Most deliver a hallway, a handbook, and a staff member who calls you by the wrong name twice before lunch. So I came to Willingway with my arms crossed. They uncrossed them. Annoyingly fast. Here's what Willingway understands that a lot of programs miss: people don't walk into treatment on their best day. They walk in exhausted, ashamed, and half-convinced they don't deserve help. Willingway greets that person with a place that feels like home, and in this work, that's not décor. It's strategy. When someone feels safe, they stop bracing for the next blow and start doing the actual work of recovery. The staff deserve their own paragraph, so here it is. They treat every client with a kindness that never feels scripted, which in this industry is practically a superpower. Addiction convinces people they're beyond saving. I have had the best experience with New Season. They really changed my life!!!!! Mrs. Poole was always there and would listen to any concerns I had and she really made me feel important. Even when I relapsed she didn’t make me feel like a bad person she continued to support me and has always made sure my relationship was good and open with my therapist. I absolutely love New Seasons and would recommend ANYONE to them for the help you need.

I HAD A TREMENDOUS TEAM AT ADC, THAT TEAM IS NO LONGER THERE, SO YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT READ ANYTHING POSTED BEFORE NOVEMBER OF 2026 BECAUSE HONESTLY IT'S A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FACILITY NOW* I can’t put into words how incredible this facility is. From the therapist, nurses, doctors, and all staff. I could type 10 paragraphs about my experience here. Raven, O.G. and John specifically helped me tremendously with medication, and breathing exercises, and OG was incredible in every way. They deserve to be paid 6 figures. Also Patrick and Chris helped a TON behind the scenes coordinating travel, calls, and updates to my family. Honestly I feel like I’ve gained a new family with the people I was in this rehab with. I would recommend this facility to everyone. I’ve been to 3 other treatment centers, but they don’t compare to ADC in anyway. This is top notch healthcare. Atlanta Detox Center is incredible. This was my first time going to a detox center and walking in I was Ashamed and guilt ridden and scared and anxious as to what to expect. Although the education is outstanding, what really made the difference for me were the people and staff. From the beginning everyone is referred to as a client and not a patient. From the time you walk in the door, you are greeted by friendly smiling faces that make your time hear very comfortable. Additionally, the majority of the staff are also in recovery, so they have walked in our shoes and their stories are extremely motivating and inspiring. Generally speaking the facility is cold, so I’d recommend that you bring cloths that are layered if there are variations in temperature. The facility itself exceeded my expectations. It is extremely clean, and comfortable. They have a Theatre room, activity areas with tv’s and a full time chef. The food is very good and they keep the refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks are available 24 per day. Coming to ADC has changed my life and they have provided the tools and skills needed to remain sober.

If you have an addiction this is where you want to be! This place saved my life!.

The staff are beautiful inside and outside and the most caring therapists and nurses and they are genuine. This treatment center was way more personable than any place I’ve been before. Lane and Allison are enough reason to consider the Bluff, they have changed my life and helped with my recovery and marriage.

Purple is a special place. I know the typical men’s facility where you go for 30 days, hopefully retain some good recovery, and go home without returning or keeping in touch with the people you have met along the way. This is not the case with Purple. I have never heard of or experienced a facility where coming back is not only recommended but highly encouraged. My time at purple has been and still is the most important and rewarding experience in my recovery journey. The staff are one of a kind and truly care about you more than you even care about yourself most of the time. The fact that they strongly work on the mental health aspect of addiction rather than just the abstinence of substances and the use of the 12 steps is key to the proven success of their clients. My therapist was Phil and oh man. I got more done with Phil than I have In years and years of therapy with countless others who I did both feel TRULY cared. The rest of the staff are beyond phenomenal such as Austin the program director, Nick who is the day to day technician and truly has a way with managing the clients on a personal level, and all the rest who dedicate their time and their hearts to helping you become the man you are meant to be. Purple has completely changed my life far past my stay on-site as well. I still show up every week multiple days to remain a part of the community and attempt to give back what was so freely given to me. The wonderful group of alumni who are consistently returning to be a part of this big family as well have become my closest friends. I’ve never felt so a part of something great as I have and do at Purple.
