Getting off substances can be really daunting, but the Ohana addiction treatment center was there for me every step of the way. I arrived in a pretty dark spot, lacking self-love and struggling, but the staff showered me with kindness and made me feel at ease and secure throughout the whole journey. I am a recent alumni of The Honu House. I came from Maui, recovering from serious medical issues, a broken spirit, and a desperation for change. I am now just over 8 Months sober! The Honu House team gave me the genuine care and love I wasn't even aware that I needed. Everything they offer has been a crucial part of my recovery. I was homeless and addicted on the streets of Honolulu for more than a year and a half. I did not successfully complete the entire program. I am so grateful for the opportunity I was given there. I will take with me everything I learned there. The staff is incredible. There is not a better treatment out there I think which sounds biast though that's how I feel. I learned so much in the short time I was there. Forever they have left a mark on my soul. The teachers ( what I call them ) and my counselor were brutal and honest and I couldn't have asked for better people.

I have two family members who have attended WHEA and they loved learning at this school. The teachers treat the students with respect and encourage self-directed learning, although the teachers remain available to help. The curriculum is exciting and allows for the students to do exploration in the natural environment.

Came from out of state to guest dose here and the process was seamless and easy. Very nice people and a great island all the way around to visit. Loved the whole island all the way around. And usually I dont post reviews but I had planned a trip previously to Tennessee which is where my sister lives. And I was guaranteed through my drs and the drs in Tennessee they everything was approved to go smoothly. Except when I got there nurses said they spoke to nurses who lied and said they didnt and they whole entire mess ruined the trip. So I wanted to make sure I gave this clinic a sparkling ✨️ review because when you're in a program that you depend on and you check all the boxes and do everything you should then things should go as promised. This clinic helped make the trip happen the way that it should. And I commend the nurses, drs, and staff members that help people like me every single day. 😊

First off Erin the front desk receptionist should be the poster girl of every business employee ……. Welcomed me with a big pleasant smile and helped me fulfill my membership professionally from beginning to the end ……. She deserves a raise!
As far as the amenities I was blown away and was pleasantly surprised on all of the equipment at my disposal kinda like a kid in a candy store. Today (November 1st) I had to edit this review because of two ongoing things ……. One there is ZERO dust under the equipment machines! Unlike other gyms this one is spotless (props to Mark head of maintenance)! And secondly and more importantly Erin is still smiling nearly two months later! She treats me and others with the most kindest respect each and every time ……. Simply remarkable in a human being let alone an employee!
Definitely recommend anyone to be a member there hands down a NO brainer!

I had a great experience with Ku Aloha. I was on the clinic for almost 5 years. I even stopped smoking cigarettes when I was on the clinic.We had to attend group sessions and one on one counseling sessions.i decided to attend their tobacco cessation program. They gave me patches and gum to help with the cravings and honestly I wouldn't have been able to stop without them. Patches and gum are expensive at Longs . They really helped my Well Being in every aspect. With the individual counseling and the group sessions , I was really able to feel good about myself again. Thank you to all the counselors and doctors and nurses and staff that helped me there .

I would honestly recommend this place to people because while I’m here you don’t realize it but it’s so much better then real life it’s much more chill and I honestly kinda miss it but through it you learn skills through the “dumb” groups going in I said it wouldn’t change me but it really did change me for the better I ain’t gonna forget the staff there or the people and if y’all want follow my ig @itzameelii but that’s pretty much all -CM

My wife and I were on vacation for her birthday when, on the last day, I had a sudden sharp stomach pain. I thought I could tough it out and wait until we flew home to get checked, but we decided to go to the hospital because the pain kept getting worse. I’m so glad we did.
From the moment we arrived, everything moved quickly and efficiently. They got me in right away, ran tests, did a CT scan, diagnosed the problem, and put together a clear treatment plan. Every step was explained so I understood what was going on, and they did everything possible to avoid surgery.
The doctors were amazing, and the nurses were truly incredible. Their care, professionalism, and compassion made all the difference. I honestly feel like they saved me. Thank you so much.This was the best hospital I have been to.

Went to the ER after experiencing severe pain in my side. I received excellent care and discovered I had a kidney stone. Dr was compassionate and explained everything very well. Entire staff was kind and professional. I don’t recommend having a kidney stone, but if you need emergency care, this is a wonderful place.
