Recently have had to get multiple scans in the radiology department at FCMC. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I recently had to use their ER and outpatient surgical services. My ER visit was GREAT. I have been to several ER’s and hospitals and none of them moved like this. They moved like a dream team. I went due having a gallbladder attack. I was pulled back within a minute of being checked in, immediately saw the NP once in room. After 2-3 minutes of her leaving the room, I was being taken back for a CT scan. When I arrived back into my room they had ultrasound, the nurse, and labs waiting for me. I have never seen a ER move that fast. They were quick, attentive, and cared. I will now always use FCMC ER if needed. The outpatient surgery services were quick to get me scheduled. The day of surgery they were very thorough in Pre-Op. My pre-op nurse was fabulous and I can’t say enough great things about the team. Post-Op I was never left alone and constantly monitored. Anything I needed water, medicine for nausea, etc was given within a minute. Everyone there seemed to love and be passionate about their work, if they’re not they didn’t show it! FCMC has improved tremendously and Eastern Arkansas is extremely lucky to have them.

My overall experience with Tuenin Point and next step was exslant. Each and everyone of the staff members were awesome. Then knowledgeable and skills I learns through out the time I spent there, are so very helpful. The 12 step program is such a great tool to follow. I love the Doctor who runs it and talks with you. He really does care. But they have a very high turnover rate. They always have new counselors and dosing nurses. From what I understand, they offer no insurance for their employees and the pay isn’t very good.

I called 4 help with alcohol and I got a wonderful lady name Lana in support center. She gave some number, to try to help, but 2 of the. Numbers where not working. The last number I tried was working. But the person on other end was rude. But anyways, the support center is a great place to get advice. Thank ms. Lana in support center.

Rachel is the best!!!! Only thing I hate about AHS is you have to go through readmission after either spiraling or postpartum.....where you'll be needing your meds IMMEDIATELY. 😒

I went to Harbor House and it's been 11 months since I finished the program and I'm still sober. Thanks to the help I received in this place I was able to reorganize my life again.
