I recommend this place. The Community Laiason helped us so much with the admission. She answered any questions and was available whenever we needed her. She gave us peace in a troubled time and we felt like she genuinely cared about our whole family. The Counselor and nursing staff worked with us to help our child. I have been very pleased with the care I have gotten at the BCMC Family Clinic. I see Kristen Harvey as my provider. I wasn't sure if it would be worth the drive for me, because it is an hour from where I live, but I will continue to commute to this clinic for my care. Kristen and her staff are always so kind and efficient. One thing that I love about them is that I do not feel rushed when I am there for an appointment. They are very thorough and take their time. Also, when they say that they will follow up with results, they actually do. Based on past experiences at other clinics where no one ever follows up with test results, calling in prescriptions, etc., this goes a long way with me. Definitely feel like I get top care from Kristen and will continue to see her.
