Ms. Michelle was/is a natural leader and mediator. Darren, " black counselor", and Mr. Fletcher remained level headed and firm with staff and clients. Mr. Marvin is very considerate and calming on your way to and from rayville. Oan: hope I never need to return (unless it's to take Darren's job😅😁😀) oh, and Ms. Karon is one of the most leveled headed, straight forward, counselors there. I enjoyed her group (even with the coffee restrictions she abides by😌😉)

I cannot say enough about this place. Everything was great. The counselors were awesome!!!! I give a big shout out to Mrs. Holly. She was the only one that got me to break. Love her little bubbly self. If my insurance would've let me stay more than 28 days I would still be there. I am confident that I will stay sober. If you or someone you know is trying to get clean, this is the place to go.

The Centers is a great small facility that has helped my kid. The staff and counselors are great and very understanding. I like him going here compared to bigger facilities. This is the place to send your kid when they need the help we as parents can't give.

I recommend this place. The Community Laiason helped us so much with the admission. She answered any questions and was available whenever we needed her. She gave us peace in a troubled time and we felt like she genuinely cared about our whole family. The Counselor and nursing staff worked with us to help our child. The Centers at Monticello showed us they cared by their actions.

I feel it ever so appropriate to send a HUGE shout to the amazing staff at North Sunflower Medical Center and its affiliates. Over the past few months, I had been experiencing something that just wasn’t quite right in my chest and upper body. My sister Leigh Ann, spoke with Dr. Ryan Gary, cardiologist, and was able to get me in as a new patient. After my evaluation, Dr. Gary decided it best to conduct cardiac testing. Once he reviewed the results, he gave me a call. Not his nurse, or his staff, him, the doctor, to give me the results. The Jackson Heart Clinic-Ruleville, is amazing.
The day following the communication of the results, I was having chest pains again, so I decided to go to Sunflower Rural Health Clinic. I saw Dr. Rothin Reddy. His staff performed tests and discovered that I was actually having a heart attack (He found very elevated levels of cardiac enzymes). Dr. Reddy then sent me over the North Sunflower Medical Center Emergency Room. Dr. Lamberto Cosue and his staff, including Ruth Ann Luciano, wasted no time attending to my needs. They were nothing short of amazing. They made me feel very calm even though the situation was pretty serious and they all knew I was pretty nervous. Dr. Cosue was able to get my vitals stabilized and wasted no time sending me by ambulance to St. Dominic’s in Jackson. This isn’t my opinion, this is a fact when I say North Sunflower Medical Center is top notch, I am living proof. I am forever grateful to everyone that came to my aid. Bless all of you and keep doing what you’re doing.
If I left any names out I apologize, but everyone there was simply amazing and honestly, they probably saved my life.

My son, after over 20 years of being in addiction is FINALLY sober and doing AMAZING!! They have done a miracle for my son in many ways. Of course, my first praise is to GOD but my second is to New Day Recovery. I appreciate them and the fact they truly care and got him on the correct meds so he no longer has to self medicate, or feel as if he had to. They have made a huge difference in his life!! I had previously went for the suboxone treatment a long time ago in the past. Sadly it's wasn't a choice I made for myself.
Now that I'm currently taking the treatment again and this time because I personally hit my rock bottom, I go to my therapy sessions anytime I can and listen as well as talk and those sessions have greatly helped me deal with my problems I have that pertains to my addiction. The Dr. Is always been kind and respectful and helpful towards me.
I can say that every person that works there has a heart of gold because they don't have to care about any of us, yet they choose to. That shows amd tells me it's more that just a job to them it's actually a calling to be there for us. I have to update my review just to say I can honestly say I feel better about life, myself, belief in myself and many other stones that gor in my way for so many years . The staff here in eldorado wants you to succeed and believes in you than I did myself in the beginning I'm sure others k ow where I'm coming from. I know there is still work to be done and always will be work that needs to be done.

I have been very pleased with the care I have gotten at the BCMC Family Clinic. I see Kristen Harvey as my provider. I wasn't sure if it would be worth the drive for me, because it is an hour from where I live, but I will continue to commute to this clinic for my care. Kristen and her staff are always so kind and efficient. One thing that I love about them is that I do not feel rushed when I am there for an appointment. They are very thorough and take their time. Also, when they say that they will follow up with results, they actually do. Based on past experiences at other clinics where no one ever follows up with test results, calling in prescriptions, etc., this goes a long way with me. Definitely feel like I get top care from Kristen and will continue to see her.

they treated staff very poorly. everyone in the building was related and nothing was ever done fairly. Human resources never addressed any of the problems brought to them about staff. The CEO herself wasn't pleasurable either. I wouldn't refer anyone to work and take their loved ones there

I have been going there for over ten years. I thought they were great for about eight of those years. The past two years, they became a source of my problems instead of a help. It spiral downhill fast. I was having ride problems and Dr Gonzales approved me for phone app. But after the first one, they gave me app to appear in person. I tried but sometimes rides I scheduled didn't happen. The horrible reception demanded proof my rides didn't show up. Plus their solution was that when I missed an app. They wanted me to attend a meeting to discus how important it was to not miss an app so was an extra ride I had to struggle with. So they dropped me and Said I requested to stop going. I never dud request that. They lied. I am on some powerful drugs for the past ten years. A bi-polar one, two depression ones, anxiety one, sleep one, meds they said are dangerous to just stop taking suddenly. But they cut me off suddenly after tens years of taking them. They must think all of a sudden, I'm completely cured and not in need of them anymore. I'm worried how that will go. I wouldn't want to send my dog there now. That's just evil and not concerned about my welfare.

I have been a professional interventionist since 2010. I was introduced to this program in 2012. I have been referring there since then. My clients have always had a positive experience and the clinical and support staff are the most responsive and knowledgeable. They want what’s best for the client and the family and have long term options. They do very well young adult males and most recently I referred a 69 year old man first time treatment. It was a family member and he’s doing very well and committed to 90 days of treatment. I can’t thank the clinical staff and administrators enough for the program they have created. Dr. Anderson was amazing. This has been the best experience in psychiatry that I’ve ever had. He doesn’t simply push medication on you, he works with the mind, body and spirit to create a treatment plan that has longevity. His conservative manner of medication prescription makes me feel safe and the professionalism is top notch. His bedside manner and ability to listen to my thoughts and opinions is amazing. He literally asked me before I left the office if I felt seen, heard and understood. Who does that? I’m a patient for life.
