My experience at Palmetto was really good. The counselors and staff were amazing—so caring, supportive, and always willing to help whenever I needed it. They truly care about your recovery and make you feel comfortable and understood.
What I really liked is that it’s not like you’re confined. You have freedom and responsibility—they take you to the store, you do your own shopping and cooking, and you live in a cabin with other females. It really feels more like a community than a program. If there’s ever an issue between clients or if someone feels uncomfortable, the staff is great about rearranging cabins so everyone feels safe and supported.
Overall, Palmetto is a great place that helps you grow, learn, and get the support you need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s ready to make a positive change in their life.

Ms. Michelle was/is a natural leader and mediator. Darren, " black counselor", and Mr. Fletcher remained level headed and firm with staff and clients. Mr. Marvin is very considerate and calming on your way to and from rayville. Oan: hope I never need to return (unless it's to take Darren's job😅😁😀) oh, and Ms. Karon is one of the most leveled headed, straight forward, counselors there. I enjoyed her group (even with the coffee restrictions she abides by😌😉)

I loved being up there, and I appreciate this facility and the staff a lot! 1 year sober feels great and looking back I appreciate the rayville recovery community as a whole not just this center!

I cannot say enough about this place. Everything was great. The counselors were awesome!!!! I give a big shout out to Mrs. Holly. She was the only one that got me to break. Love her little bubbly self. If my insurance would've let me stay more than 28 days I would still be there. I am confident that I will stay sober. If you or someone you know is trying to get clean, this is the place to go.
I have been coming here for all my lab work, X-rays and ultra sounds and have always been treated very kind. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. They make you feel comfortable when you’re at ease. Great place to go!

I spoke to a Mrs D.she was so understanding and nice .just a mom trying to save her child help me Dear God (thanks).
I moved down this way a couple of years ago. I've seen a couple of doctors in Mississippi, everyone there is SO rude. So I'm from Little Rock, so instead of dealing with poor customer service I chose to go back to LR when I get sick, until yesterday. I was feeling so bad so I googled walk in clinics near me and this clinic popped up. The Geoffrey place I always go to is reviews all I saw was 5 stars. I sad this is the spot. I was called and was seen the same day and now I have a local PCP. All stay was polite, polite, and very professional. Emily was even willing to work with the specialist in LR to make we all in one accord. Thank you for your exceptional customer service❣️ I also witnessed the go above and beyond to help a patient on the phone with directons to PB. #sinusinfectioninremission

I, haven't made a complete turnaround since receiving treatment due to the complications of my illness. However, my overall experience has been a delight since the first visit. My therapist is a great listener and gives solutions on how to overcome my illness. The front desk employees, and nurses are exceptional, and transcend above their job duties to ensure I receive treatment.
I am sorry to see them leave Vicksburg. Wonderful place. People that temporarily lose themselves had a place to go. The peeps that don't belong in jail.

This place saved my life! It’s beautiful location and therapeutic atmosphere is magical and the staff there is so special. They make you feel loved and deeply care about every person there. I felt like I was on vacation while I was healing and learning so much about myself. They allow you to be human and not feel like you are a patient and that speaks volumes. I would like to share as a parent who had a family member in treatment at Defining Wellness. My son was very well cared for here and I highly recommend this facility. Addiction affects the entire family, and, thanks to the amazing staff at DW, we also began to heal as a family.
I am impressed with every aspect of this program.
Victoria and Jenna will always be remembered with such gratitude for their excellence at every turn. This is the best experience my family has had with a treatment facility of this type. Forever grateful.

Bridge to Recovery saved my life. The therapists are the best I have ever had—truly the best in the business. They are compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and committed to helping their clients grow in every aspect of life. They genuinely want what’s best for their clients, and it shows through the high level of care they provide. I gained the life skills and emotional regulation I needed to succeed, along with the tools to begin a new, happy, sober life. If you are considering treatment options for yourself or a family member, I cannot recommend Bridge to Recovery highly enough.

Lincoln Nova is a great place for recovery! Excellent care with superior staffing that cares about the clients. The recreation therapist is the best in the business, and so is Ms. Andrea. You don't find many facilities like Lincoln Nova that allows each client to have their own room! WOW! I recommend Lincoln Nova if you're serious about recovery and superior care!💯💯
I had to make a special call to give a personal "Thank You" to Executive Director, Dedria D. Black for her wonderful staff at the Harbor House Chemical Dependency Center in Jackson Mississippi. The staff there are Professionals, Supportive, Compassionate, Caring etc. Their treatment philosophy goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients get the very best care for their recovery. Whenever I would call they gave me updates on my family member and their recovery. I've had over 40 years experience managing and working hands on in customer service. Finding the perfect team isn't easy but they've managed to do just that at the Harbor House. I would also like to send a special "Thank You" to Mission Specialist, Mrs. Shirley, Intake Coordinator, Mrs. Kayla, Nurse Manager, Mrs. Morenik and Counselor, Mrs. Kim Curtis for going above and beyond. I know that my family member is at the right place getting the treatment and tools that they need to be successful in life. Don't change a thing.
