Ms. Michelle was/is a natural leader and mediator. Darren, " black counselor", and Mr. Fletcher remained level headed and firm with staff and clients. Mr. Marvin is very considerate and calming on your way to and from rayville. Oan: hope I never need to return (unless it's to take Darren's job😅😁😀) oh, and Ms. Karon is one of the most leveled headed, straight forward, counselors there. I enjoyed her group (even with the coffee restrictions she abides by😌😉)

DW helped transformed me into where I am today..I personally had a spiritual awakening on Dec 17th , 2025. Went through the residential 28 day program in Ruston last year, had a great experience, my counselor, Nate, was absolutely great and helped me tremendously to see my character flaws and issues which kept me in my addiction. It really helped pave the way on the road of recovery I've been on for almost 14 months! Also the food was deliciously good, feed me as well as my own grandmother would! Highly recommend Lincoln Nova if you are serious about changing your life. After graduating inpatient, I started the intensive outpatient program in Shreveport, my counselor, Layne, is very educated and knowledgeable about addiction and recovery! The entire staff at inpatient and intensive outpatient will do their best to help you if you are serious about your recovery!! They have been a great blessing in my life and I'm extremely grateful to have gone through the program!

These folks helped me get back on my feet and returned to productive work when I was 45 with months of therapy for a low back injury. I know medical centers—especially VA facilities—can receive mixed reviews, but I want to take a moment to highlight the amazing work and dedication of the staff at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. I have friends who work here, and I’ve seen firsthand how much they genuinely care about the veterans they serve. Many of the doctors, nurses, and support staff go above and beyond every day, often under challenging circumstances, to make sure veterans are treated with respect, compassion, and dignity. The staff works hard to listen, advocate, and provide the best care possible, and that commitment does not go unnoticed. Our veterans deserve kindness and dedication, and there are many people at this facility who truly deliver that. I attended Harbor House in Jackson in 2014. Pam Moore was my counselor. I am still clean today. It took me 5 rehabs until I was ready. I came to the area and spent the whole summer. I had to make a special call to give a personal "Thank You" to Executive Director, Dedria D. Black for her wonderful staff at the Harbor House Chemical Dependency Center in Jackson Mississippi. The staff there are Professionals, Supportive, Compassionate, Caring etc. Their treatment philosophy goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients get the very best care for their recovery. Whenever I would call they gave me updates on my family member and their recovery. I've had over 40 years experience managing and working hands on in customer service. Finding the perfect team isn't easy but they've managed to do just that at the Harbor House. I would also like to send a special "Thank You" to Mission Specialist, Mrs. Shirley, Intake Coordinator, Mrs. Kayla, Nurse Manager, Mrs. Morenik and Counselor, Mrs. Kim Curtis for going above and beyond. The Centers is a great small facility that has helped my kid. The staff and counselors are great and very understanding. I like him going here compared to bigger facilities. This is the place to send your kid when they need the help we as parents can't give.

I recommend this place. The Community Laiason helped us so much with the admission. She answered any questions and was available whenever we needed her. She gave us peace in a troubled time and we felt like she genuinely cared about our whole family. The Counselor and nursing staff worked with us to help our child. The Centers at Monticello showed us they cared by their actions.

After having a horrible experience at Bolivar Medical I decided to drive up the road to NSMC and had a wonderful experience. Everybody who I came across was extremely sweet and compassionate from the moment I walked in. Dr Roberts in the ER took time to hear my concerns and was actually able to give me the correct medication to help me. Will only come here from now on.
