I spoke to a Mrs D.she was so understanding and nice .just a mom trying to save her child help me Dear God (thanks).
I moved down this way a couple of years ago. I've seen a couple of doctors in Mississippi, everyone there is SO rude. So I'm from Little Rock, so instead of dealing with poor customer service I chose to go back to LR when I get sick, until yesterday. I was feeling so bad so I googled walk in clinics near me and this clinic popped up. The Geoffrey place I always go to is reviews all I saw was 5 stars. I sad this is the spot. I was called and was seen the same day and now I have a local PCP. All stay was polite, polite, and very professional. Emily was even willing to work with the specialist in LR to make we all in one accord. Thank you for your exceptional customer service❣️ I also witnessed the go above and beyond to help a patient on the phone with directons to PB. #sinusinfectioninremission

I, haven't made a complete turnaround since receiving treatment due to the complications of my illness. However, my overall experience has been a delight since the first visit. My therapist is a great listener and gives solutions on how to overcome my illness. The front desk employees, and nurses are exceptional, and transcend above their job duties to ensure I receive treatment.
I am sorry to see them leave Vicksburg. Wonderful place. People that temporarily lose themselves had a place to go. The peeps that don't belong in jail.

This place saved my life! It’s beautiful location and therapeutic atmosphere is magical and the staff there is so special. They make you feel loved and deeply care about every person there. I would like to share as a parent who had a family member in treatment at Defining Wellness. My son was very well cared for here and I highly recommend this facility. Addiction affects the entire family, and, thanks to the amazing staff at DW, we also began to heal as a family.
I am impressed with every aspect of this program.

My experience at Palmetto was really good. The counselors and staff were amazing—so caring, supportive, and always willing to help whenever I needed it. They truly care about your recovery and make you feel comfortable and understood.
What I really liked is that it’s not like you’re confined. You have freedom and responsibility—they take you to the store, you do your own shopping and cooking, and you live in a cabin with other females. It really feels more like a community than a program. If there’s ever an issue between clients or if someone feels uncomfortable, the staff is great about rearranging cabins so everyone feels safe and supported.
Overall, Palmetto is a great place that helps you grow, learn, and get the support you need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s ready to make a positive change in their life.
I want to take a moment to thank all of the staff at Palmetto who made such a big impact on my life. Macy, my counselor—thank you for helping me see things in myself that I didn’t see before. You truly opened my eyes and helped me grow in so many ways.

I had to make a special call to give a personal "Thank You" to Executive Director, Dedria D. Black for her wonderful staff at the Harbor House Chemical Dependency Center in Jackson Mississippi. The staff there are Professionals, Supportive, Compassionate, Caring etc. Their treatment philosophy goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients get the very best care for their recovery. Whenever I would call they gave me updates on my family member and their recovery. I've had over 40 years experience managing and working hands on in customer service. Finding the perfect team isn't easy but they've managed to do just that at the Harbor House. I would also like to send a special "Thank You" to Mission Specialist, Mrs. Shirley, Intake Coordinator, Mrs. Kayla, Nurse Manager, Mrs. Morenik and Counselor, Mrs. Kim Curtis for going above and beyond. We had a good group of guys coming in, however and moreover, the absolute best rehab facility. Besides the fact that they lost a $25 Slime brand bicycle tire air pump still unopened that they wouldn't replace.

I attended Pecan Haven several times over the past 2 years. I have struggled with the disease of addiction since I was 18 and I'm currently 29. Each and every time I arrived I was broken and scared for my life in drug induced phycosis from methamphetamine I was treated with the upmost care from the staff to the clients the atmosphere is amazing there. Loving and caring. The staff is a notch above the rest because they have been there too. They know both sides addiction and recovery. I've had three counselors from my multiple times there from Ms.Cassie to Mr.Brad to Ms.Brooke and each one of them gave me tools that I use in recovery today. The last time I went there I was in a prison of my own demons locked in a hotel by myself smoking meth scared to death. I reached out and Mr.Shadley Powell personally came and picked me up and got me in the same night within a hour. They got me placed in awesome sober living where I'm currently doing well and I will always be grateful for my experience with Pecan Haven 5 out 5 stars

After reading other posted reviews, I must admit I have experienced most of them. However, if I have the time to complain, I have the time for applause. Everyone does not have the privilege of receiving treatment from the Pink Clinic. Therefore, I must bring attention to one of their brightest stars, Nurse of the Year, LPN Jeanette Adams. Amazing staff! I cant say enough great things about the methodist's staff! Ive been helping my brother in law through a traumatizing illness. Ultimately ending in an above the knee amputation and the death of my sister. The staff has been amazing! My only complaint is their signage. If you are visiting the facility in Flowwood, do yourself a favor....CALL and ask for directions! Its a large facility with multiple buildings and entrances. The signage needs an improvement!
