I moved down this way a couple of years ago. I've seen a couple of doctors in Mississippi, everyone there is SO rude. So I'm from Little Rock, so instead of dealing with poor customer service I chose to go back to LR when I get sick, until yesterday. I was feeling so bad so I googled walk in clinics near me and this clinic popped up. The Geoffrey place I always go to is reviews all I saw was 5 stars. I sad this is the spot. I was called and was seen the same day and now I have a local PCP. All stay was polite, polite, and very professional. Emily was even willing to work with the specialist in LR to make we all in one accord. Thank you for your exceptional customer service❣️ I also witnessed the go above and beyond to help a patient on the phone with directons to PB. #sinusinfectioninremission

I feel it ever so appropriate to send a HUGE shout to the amazing staff at North Sunflower Medical Center and its affiliates. Over the past few months, I had been experiencing something that just wasn’t quite right in my chest and upper body. My sister Leigh Ann, spoke with Dr. Ryan Gary, cardiologist, and was able to get me in as a new patient. After my evaluation, Dr. Gary decided it best to conduct cardiac testing. Once he reviewed the results, he gave me a call. Not his nurse, or his staff, him, the doctor, to give me the results. The Jackson Heart Clinic-Ruleville, is amazing.
The day following the communication of the results, I was having chest pains again, so I decided to go to Sunflower Rural Health Clinic. I saw Dr. Rothin Reddy. His staff performed tests and discovered that I was actually having a heart attack (He found very elevated levels of cardiac enzymes). Dr. Reddy then sent me over the North Sunflower Medical Center Emergency Room. Dr. Lamberto Cosue and his staff, including Ruth Ann Luciano, wasted no time attending to my needs. They were nothing short of amazing. They made me feel very calm even though the situation was pretty serious and they all knew I was pretty nervous. Dr. Cosue was able to get my vitals stabilized and wasted no time sending me by ambulance to St. Dominic’s in Jackson. This isn’t my opinion, this is a fact when I say North Sunflower Medical Center is top notch, I am living proof. I am forever grateful to everyone that came to my aid. Bless all of you and keep doing what you’re doing.

Circle of Life Adult Daycare has truly changed my mom’s life. Before attending, she struggled with mood swings, limited mobility, and rarely communicated with others. Since becoming a part of this program, we’ve seen a complete transformation. She now has a burst of energy, looks forward to going every Tuesday and Thursday, and comes home with a smile on her face.
The staff is kind, patient, and dedicated, creating an environment that is safe, welcoming, and full of joy. It’s such a relief knowing she is engaged, cared for, and happy while she’s there.

I, haven't made a complete turnaround since receiving treatment due to the complications of my illness. However, my overall experience has been a delight since the first visit. My therapist is a great listener and gives solutions on how to overcome my illness. The front desk employees, and nurses are exceptional, and transcend above their job duties to ensure I receive treatment.

This place saved my life! It’s beautiful location and therapeutic atmosphere is magical and the staff there is so special. They make you feel loved and deeply care about every person there. I would like to share as a parent who had a family member in treatment at Defining Wellness. My son was very well cared for here and I highly recommend this facility. Addiction affects the entire family, and, thanks to the amazing staff at DW, we also began to heal as a family.
I am impressed with every aspect of this program.

My son spent 3 months at Stonewater a year and a half ago and had a fantastic experience. He thanked us for sending him and credited Stonewater with saving his life. After he came home he was able to participate in ongoing alumni support calls, and was doing well until recently when due to a couple of traumatic events in his life he fell back into old coping skills. I reached back out to Stonewater and received help in finding a great place for him to return to recovery, now as an adult, and Stonewater has continued to work with the staff at the new facility to make his care as seamless as possible. Even his counselor - whom he says is the best counselor he ever had - reached out to me by email immediately and is working with his new counselor and with him as he moves forward. Stonewater is an amazing place with amazing people who see their job as a mission. Do not hesitate to let them treat your son and trust them in the process!

We can’t praise Stonewater enough! Our son, our home was in need of intervention. Today I’m happy to report our son is over 1 year clean and our family trio is learning to listen and to be accountable to one another. It is a journey and process. With the continued support for not only the boys but the parents/families as well, it truly sets this place apart from other recovery centers.
Our backstory, Kaleb was 14 years old and on a path of destruction which ultimately landed him in juvenile detention. When facing the judge we pleaded with him to give him yet another chance, but this time was to be sent to Stonewater. After a lot of research including reading the many stories that sounded like ours, we felt like we had hope. A 90 program seemed like forever but it was worth every moment.

I gained the life skills and emotional regulation I needed to succeed, along with the tools to begin a new, happy, sober life. My experience at Palmetto was really good. The counselors and staff were amazing—so caring, supportive, and always willing to help whenever I needed it. They truly care about your recovery and make you feel comfortable and understood.
What I really liked is that it’s not like you’re confined. You have freedom and responsibility—they take you to the store, you do your own shopping and cooking, and you live in a cabin with other females. It really feels more like a community than a program. If there’s ever an issue between clients or if someone feels uncomfortable, the staff is great about rearranging cabins so everyone feels safe and supported.
Overall, Palmetto is a great place that helps you grow, learn, and get the support you need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s ready to make a positive change in their life.
I want to take a moment to thank all of the staff at Palmetto who made such a big impact on my life. Macy, my counselor—thank you for helping me see things in myself that I didn’t see before. You truly opened my eyes and helped me grow in so many ways.
