If you are looking for a safe place to come to get help for your self or someone you love, to overcome an addiction problem, then the Wilderness Deliverance Camp is the place for you. The Wilderness Deliverance Camp is a faith based organization that helps you to overcome addictions and address the needs of the client. After a 30 day review to see if both the client and the organization is a fit for one another, the client enters into a one year contract where they live and work on the ranch. They are provided housing and food at no charge. While working on the ranch, they learn certain skills in dealing with animals and they learn to work together as a team. You are expected to attend all Bible studies and attend all church functions on site. There is a beautiful fully functional church on site. You will be taught first of all to love yourself and then how to love others in a Christ like manner. I personally have seen how successful this program is and would strongly encourage you to check them out. You won't regret it!

Palmetto has been a blessing to my family!!

My experience at Palmetto was really good. The counselors and staff were amazing—so caring, supportive, and always willing to help whenever I needed it. They truly care about your recovery and make you feel comfortable and understood. What I really liked is that it’s not like you’re confined. You have freedom and responsibility—they take you to the store, you do your own shopping and cooking, and you live in a cabin with other females. It really feels more like a community than a program. If there’s ever an issue between clients or if someone feels uncomfortable, the staff is great about rearranging cabins so everyone feels safe and supported. Overall, Palmetto is a great place that helps you grow, learn, and get the support you need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s ready to make a positive change in their life. I want to take a moment to thank all of the staff at Palmetto who made such a big impact on my life. Macy, my counselor—thank you for helping me see things in myself that I didn’t see before. You truly opened my eyes and helped me grow in so many ways. Ms. Denise and Ms. Diane, you are both truly amazing. Ms. Tamika and Kaylee, and all the nurses including Tucker, thank you for being there for me when I wasn’t feeling well and for taking such good care of me. Clint was really cool people and great to talk with. Ms. Liz, thank you so much for giving me rides to my doctor’s appointments, and Ms. Kim, I really appreciate you for doing the same. Every single one of you made a difference in my journey, and I’ll never forget the kindness, support, and encouragement you gave me. And one of my favorite parts was being by the bayou—it was so peaceful and relaxing. Sitting out there, fishing or just enjoying the view, really gave me time to reflect and heal. And having all the cats and dogs around and watching the deers in the woods every day we're very therapeutic . and Mr Stewart spiritual Stewart you are wonderful person to talk to and thank you Chris for setting up my IOP here in Shreveport hope to have money there before too long and thank you for letting us have that Halloween gathering I enjoyed it very much Miss Holly even though I didn't get to meet you you were on a very fine facility and I would definitely recommend it to several people.

Rays of Sonshine is the best community organization in our area. They are doing so much to help save the lives of many people!!!

Best community organization in our area!

Rays of Sonshine is a minimum 6 month Drug/Alcohol treatment facility for women with children up the age of 11 or women without children. It is a Faith based program that provides information to assist in spiritual growth, heathy eating, exercise and a new way of life!!!

The staff is very attentive. It shows that not only are in this place for the money but because they care about the health of others. They do an excellent job with the service they offer and the way they do it!

This is one of the best facilities I have been to. It is new ish. But they got me in and out. Compared to what bi am usually used to.

My husband really likes everyone here. Always treated with respect and good medical care.

The counselors here are compassionate and care about you. Especially Ms. Leigha and Adrianne. Laurie was high as a kite everytime she was there. She should have been in treatment with us.

This center is loving and warm and very empathetic. thanks to them I have my daughter back. They are there during and after treatment. the only way they would be rude is if you were. Or they tell you what you don't want to hear and that is the truth. My daughter owes her sobriety to this center and the lord and her own hard work. If they are strong and serious this is the place of guidance with comfort.

I moved down this way a couple of years ago. I've seen a couple of doctors in Mississippi, everyone there is SO rude. So I'm from Little Rock, so instead of dealing with poor customer service I chose to go back to LR when I get sick, until yesterday. I was feeling so bad so I googled walk in clinics near me and this clinic popped up. The Geoffrey place I always go to is reviews all I saw was 5 stars. I sad this is the spot. I was called and was seen the same day and now I have a local PCP. All stay was polite, polite, and very professional. Emily was even willing to work with the specialist in LR to make we all in one accord. Thank you for your exceptional customer service❣️ I also witnessed the go above and beyond to help a patient on the phone with directons to PB. #sinusinfectioninremission

I was pregnant and 17 and my mom brought me here in 1993 and I made some good friends. I am glad I got to come because now I am connected to God and share my testimony on social media and everywhere I go. This ministry is reaching girls and not judging but accepting them as they are the way Jesus does.

Fantastic group of people. Nicest, most accepting wonderful home you could ask for. Mercy Ministries is a Christian based Girls-Home for abandoned, abused, and runaway girls. They have showers, bedrooms, a huge kitchen. And plenty of space for any young girl who is in need. Bless this house and bless these people.

I have spent a lot of time and trips to several of the VAs of La. A lot with my brother and on my own and with a dear friend of my father. I’ve had one bad experience 40 or more years ago and that was in Jackson Ms. I’ve watched my brother die recently and as I look back l saw only respect and professionalism. I’ve had several visits recently and in years past. I have only complaint and that would be trying to do anything by phone. The Shreveport, Monroe, and Alexandra have been great. On several occasions when asking for directions l would be shown not told how to get to a location . When I thru they maybe waiting to show you the destination. I say THANK YOU for your service ! They sometimes are treated badly and talked down to . I l give them a ##### five star even if you have to deal with the phone cluster!! M

I have been going to the Monroe VA Clinic since it opened around July 2009. Before they moved into the new clinic, I went to the VA Clinic that was out on DeSiard Street near Swartz for about 5-6 years. I have had both good and bad experiences over the years. For the most part, good. I agree that sometimes the wait can be excessive especially when you have a set appointment and are not a walk-in. Some of the doctors take too long with patients, while their other scheduled patients sit and wait on them for hours. Of course, if they are short-staffed the wait is going to be longer, but this is not something that we should take out on them. And alternatively, the employees should not direct the stress that they experience toward Veterans or each other when this happens. It's a hit and miss. I have experienced the best and worst sides of the Monroe VA Clinic, but for the most part my care has been exceptional and most employees I have encountered have been respectful and always thank me for my service. There is always room for improvement not only in this particular clinic, but with some of the employees and also within ourselves. After all, no one is perfect and neither is the VA System. It's about adjusting and adapting to any situation and making the best of it. I will add that sometimes I may get upset about the wait time, but, my health is much more important than the wait time and my doctor is extremely thorough when it comes to my care.

I had previously went for the suboxone treatment a long time ago in the past. Sadly it's wasn't a choice I made for myself. Now that I'm currently taking the treatment again and this time because I personally hit my rock bottom, I go to my therapy sessions anytime I can and listen as well as talk and those sessions have greatly helped me deal with my problems I have that pertains to my addiction. The Dr. Is always been kind and respectful and helpful towards me. I can say that every person that works there has a heart of gold because they don't have to care about any of us, yet they choose to. That shows amd tells me it's more that just a job to them it's actually a calling to be there for us. I have to update my review just to say I can honestly say I feel better about life, myself, belief in myself and many other stones that gor in my way for so many years . The staff here in eldorado wants you to succeed and believes in you than I did myself in the beginning I'm sure others k ow where I'm coming from. I know there is still work to be done and always will be work that needs to be done. THANK YOU ALL JESSE C. P.S. YALL HAVE SAVED MY LIFE IN MORE WAYS THAT COULD EVER BE EXPLAINED.

My daughter loved the treatment she received here. She is strong and will tell you sometimes they will tell you what you don't want to hear and that is the truth. Stay with it and listen and she is clean clean clean. With gods guidance she continues to be. This is a warm and loving center with true empathy. They are there for you during and after treatment.

Good doctors

I was born here. Props to the doctors and nurses for helping me leave my mother's womb after 3 hours. Heavens, I didn't even know this place was doing so bad. Still. Bless the hearts of the staff.

I wanted to express my gratitude to SARH for the care my mom received while there. I will probably forget a few people but wanted to thank Angel and her team on the 3rd floor for the exceptional care. Mom was later transferred to rehab on the 2nd floor where she also had exceptional care. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to some of her care team, Ms Kim and Mr Gene - YOU TWO were angels and honestly made each day the best! Mom still talks about you both. Thank you to OT and PT for also taking such good care of mom. Everyone was very compassionate and for that I’m grateful. Last but definitely not least I want to thank Dr Smart for his compassion and care he gave mom while in his care, you are the best and appreciated. Thank you again SARH for taking such good care of my mom!
