If you are looking for a safe place to come to get help for your self or someone you love, to overcome an addiction problem, then the Wilderness Deliverance Camp is the place for you. The Wilderness Deliverance Camp is a faith based organization that helps you to overcome addictions and address the needs of the client. After a 30 day review to see if both the client and the organization is a fit for one another, the client enters into a one year contract where they live and work on the ranch. They are provided housing and food at no charge. While working on the ranch, they learn certain skills in dealing with animals and they learn to work together as a team. You are expected to attend all Bible studies and attend all church functions on site. There is a beautiful fully functional church on site. You will be taught first of all to love yourself and then how to love others in a Christ like manner. I personally have seen how successful this program is and would strongly encourage you to check them out. You won't regret it!

I had previously went for the suboxone treatment a long time ago in the past. Sadly it's wasn't a choice I made for myself. Now that I'm currently taking the treatment again and this time because I personally hit my rock bottom, I go to my therapy sessions anytime I can and listen as well as talk and those sessions have greatly helped me deal with my problems I have that pertains to my addiction. The Dr. Is always been kind and respectful and helpful towards me. I can say that every person that works there has a heart of gold because they don't have to care about any of us, yet they choose to. That shows amd tells me it's more that just a job to them it's actually a calling to be there for us. I have to update my review just to say I can honestly say I feel better about life, myself, belief in myself and many other stones that gor in my way for so many years . The staff here in eldorado wants you to succeed and believes in you than I did myself in the beginning I'm sure others k ow where I'm coming from. I’ve been treated for SBO two separate times. Er was great as well as 3rd floor staff Dr.Jones,McDonald and Deluca were great. Keke RN on third floor was professional and personable and treated me very well. CT staff Kelly and Judy were great. Overall great experience.

I wanted to express my gratitude to SARH for the care my mom received while there. I will probably forget a few people but wanted to thank Angel and her team on the 3rd floor for the exceptional care. Mom was later transferred to rehab on the 2nd floor where she also had exceptional care. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to some of her care team, Ms Kim and Mr Gene - YOU TWO were angels and honestly made each day the best! Mom still talks about you both. Thank you to OT and PT for also taking such good care of mom. Everyone was very compassionate and for that I’m grateful. Last but definitely not least I want to thank Dr Smart for his compassion and care he gave mom while in his care, you are the best and appreciated. Thank you again SARH for taking such good care of my mom!

The program at Millcreek was exactly what my family member needed. The staff took data every few minutes, fine tuning the skills being taught and supported. They accentuated the positive behaviors. When I visited, I noticed genuine care. Each time a staff member passed by and my family member addressed them, they stopped what they were doing, looked her in the eye with a smile on their face, and conversed with her. They addressed her with love and respect. I truly appreciated the support they extended to me, as well. The skills she learned there from her therapist have stuck with her. She blossomed at Millcreek leaps and bounds more than any other place she has been. I highly recommend this place!

My son is currently a residential patient here, and I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the care and support he’s received. I adopted my son from foster care in 2021, after fostering him for some time. From the very beginning, it was clear that he carried a significant amount of trauma from his early childhood experiences. Over the years, we’ve faced many challenges together, and he has spent time in and out of several local facilities across Idaho in an effort to find the support he needed. This is the second residential treatment center he’s been placed in, and the difference we’ve seen has been remarkable. For the first time in a long time, my son is truly thriving. His confidence is growing, he’s finding stability, and he’s beginning to rediscover joy—and for that, I am beyond thankful. The work your team does may not always be easy or fully seen, but please know it matters deeply. You’ve given my son more than care—you’ve helped give him a foundation for a better future. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being there for him and for families like ours. I landed in Texarkana regional ICU Tuesday after a weird ordeal, the care I received was extraordinary!!! I can't say enough good things about 4th floor ICU! Everyone was professional, courteous, and went way above for me, there aren't enough thanks to share the gratitude I have for these folks. I had an amazing experience. Check in was easy, the lady at the desk was extremely nice and got me admitted very quickly I wasn’t able to catch her name. Nurse Robert was spectacular!! I don’t like hospitals but he made my visit very quick and pleasant. I dont remember my doctors name but he was hilarious and definitely helped lighten then mood!!! I highly recommend coming here the staff is knowledged and efficient you can tell they care about their patients.

The Centers is a great small facility that has helped my kid. The staff and counselors are great and very understanding. I like him going here compared to bigger facilities. This is the place to send your kid when they need the help we as parents can't give.

I recommend this place. The Community Laiason helped us so much with the admission. She answered any questions and was available whenever we needed her. She gave us peace in a troubled time and we felt like she genuinely cared about our whole family. The Counselor and nursing staff worked with us to help our child. The Centers at Monticello showed us they cared by their actions.
