I landed in Texarkana regional ICU Tuesday after a weird ordeal, the care I received was extraordinary!!! I can't say enough good things about 4th floor ICU! Everyone was professional, courteous, and went way above for me, there aren't enough thanks to share the gratitude I have for these folks. I had an amazing experience. Check in was easy, the lady at the desk was extremely nice and got me admitted very quickly I wasn’t able to catch her name. Nurse Robert was spectacular!! I don’t like hospitals but he made my visit very quick and pleasant. I dont remember my doctors name but he was hilarious and definitely helped lighten then mood!!! I highly recommend coming here the staff is knowledged and efficient you can tell they care about their patients.

Its a good place to go if your wanting help sometimes certain people make it hard but the other ones want to help and see u doing good when u go you can tell the difference from the fake people and real people that want to see u better yourself and they have some really good counselors but it just almost seems like there is a lot of chaos but it's almost like they don't have communication with each other but I wouldn't trade it for nothing I love going there they've helped me so much and the counselors the one in Houston also I went to I've been clean for 8 years now and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this place and my husband my husband gets more credit though cuz he's the one that wanted us to go there to get it the help so we been doing really good....

Me and my mom came here every morning at 4-5:30 am she would be close to the front of the line her name was DEL LANGHELD SHE started around year 2000 or 2001 until she passed away in 2015 this clinic was amazing to he if sick they would dose at car if she couldn't come in or something we were there for a long time i hope they continue to do great work even though i live in Denver now and go to Denver methadone clinic my self i still miss coming there every morning

I had previously went for the suboxone treatment a long time ago in the past. Sadly it's wasn't a choice I made for myself. Now that I'm currently taking the treatment again and this time because I personally hit my rock bottom, I go to my therapy sessions anytime I can and listen as well as talk and those sessions have greatly helped me deal with my problems I have that pertains to my addiction. The Dr. Is always been kind and respectful and helpful towards me. I can say that every person that works there has a heart of gold because they don't have to care about any of us, yet they choose to. That shows amd tells me it's more that just a job to them it's actually a calling to be there for us. I have to update my review just to say I can honestly say I feel better about life, myself, belief in myself and many other stones that gor in my way for so many years . The staff here in eldorado wants you to succeed and believes in you than I did myself in the beginning I'm sure others k ow where I'm coming from. I know there is still work to be done and always will be work that needs to be done. THANK YOU ALL JESSE C. P.S. YALL HAVE SAVED MY LIFE IN MORE WAYS THAT COULD EVER BE EXPLAINED.

The best! Compassionate, professional, and experienced. I have been receiving mental health and substance abuse services since 2015 from at least 7 different places in the area. I have been here at SBH since 2020 and this is by far the best. They helped me recover from 6 months of debilitating depression where I couldn't even get out of bed. I thought I was broken and in some ways I was. I had eyes but couldn't see. A heart but couldn't feel. A brain but couldn't think properly. Dr. Bosmia and the staff cared enough to try new things when I wasn't getting better. If you are reading this and you or someone you love needs help please don't give up. Pick up the phone. Make the call. Get help because it's available and there are those willing to help, I promise. I'm proof.

I am giving a 5 star review. My husband James was in need of a Texas address as we live out of the great state of Texas. I called at least 10 to 15 other places, private and state run halfway house facilities. Some facilities wanted a high dollar amount of money to stay there. Some would not even call me back. I called Restoration of Hope after reading reviews and I spoke with Bryan. Bryan gave me information and hope that my husband would be in a safe faith based environment. My husband completed his application and was accepted in a very timely manner. While there my husband stayed sober and followed his parole instructions. He received a bed, clothes, shoes. The best part of his stay was he was fed the word of God. His faith grew stronger and his relationship with our savior Jesus Christ grew stronger. I recommend that if any man wanting to break the chains of addiction and incarceration and grow a strong relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Restoration of Hope is the place to go.. we are so grateful for my husband’s stay at Restoration of Hope and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Absolute amazing place, great and helpful therapists, lots of interactive stuff like the OWL (outdoor wilderness learning center) and they brought us to playgrounds and stuff, the rooms were alright, I must say, some of the best food ever. Really really good flipping peach cobbler and blueberry pie.. And were extremely helpful and caring in a crisis.
