This place has gone to hell in a basket. Their higher ups have no idea what they're doing and the team here have no empathy for their patients. Been 3 months since I asked for my medical files and still nothing (even after they charged me $20)!

I sent a letter over for my son to be able to take his meds for school. I sent over two weeks ago still no letter and not a soul can do anything for me. Front desk Plano location, call center I been calling for days. Then now today my son with going without meds because letter was never sent to the school. Its sad that not a soul seems to care about getting the job done. It really sucks that this phone is run this way and nobody know anything. The best part the dr wont be back until next week to sign the form so.now my son is without meds until next week. And good luck with a NP heling they are very rude as well I really iam upset because my child deserves better.

My experience was really good, I was a bit disoriented and they managed me well without me or any staff getting harmed. The head nurse Ms. Cynthia was really great, I appreciate every staff member there. I definitely recommend Physicians over other hospitals in Louisiana.

I entered CADA March 30, 2017, I was completely out of hope, and full of despair, the only solution I thought I had was suicide. My drinking, and drug use took me to a place of desperation. I could not stay sober, but I could not quit using. I went 20 plus years of suffering. The only coping mechanism I had, for every emotion, was to change the was I felt with drugs, and alcohol. When I was sad, I used, when I was happy, I used. My life revolved around when I would get my next bottle, or find my next high. I lied, cheated, and stole, whatever it took to get my drug of choice. I destroyed my family, and friends. I was like a hurricane in people I loved lives. I saw only darkness.
In CADA, I learned tools, coping mechanisms, of how to deal with life, on life's terms, without alcohol, and drugs. I gained a new sense of self worth. I started to recover from a disease that had already taken so many I loved, including my mother.
CADA took another chance on me 6 months into my recovery. I was hired as part of the support staff. I continued to learn and grow, in the place that saved my life. Three, and half years later, I am now part of the Peer Support Team, giving back, what was given to me.
One of my favorite quotes is, "It is always darkest before the dawn." CADA gave me my dawn.

CADA offers a treatment solution for almost anyone! It is affordable and very comprehensive in its therapy. My favorite programs at CADA are the adolescent treatment facility, which includes a full time teacher, and the Family program. Women who are pregnant, or have children are welcomed in the family hall. Their children attend public school. Infants and toddlers are cared for while the ladies participate in their groups or counseling sessions. CADA has been a LIFESAVER for hundreds of recovering people!

I arrived at the mission on November 30, 2018 broken and lost, an addict with no sense of direction and 17 years of self medicating. I joined the one year program then graduated to the internship program for another year. Once I completed my internship I became a staff member which lead to another four years. What the mission gave I could never repay. I found christ and letting him into my life as been the best and most rewarding experience. I now have a relationship with christ and first put God first in every decision I make. Now God is restoring family back into my life, Thanks to all the donor that makes it possible to help people in need. I will always be so grateful for what the mission has done for me . I wanted to express my gratitude to SARH for the care my mom received while there. I will probably forget a few people but wanted to thank Angel and her team on the 3rd floor for the exceptional care. Mom was later transferred to rehab on the 2nd floor where she also had exceptional care. Three months ago, my dad was very sick and was ordered to go the nearest hospital and so I drove him . We were immediately checked in and the Doctor immediately went to work on him. They explained everything that was going on and treated him well. He was admitted to icu, where he spent the next five days. Dr. Miller ( who I can’t say enough good things about ) was awesome from beginning to end. Unfortunately after three months passes, my dad is having issues, because of the care he received we took him back to this hospital. Again, they had him checked in, the nursing staff treated him with great care. The Doctor on duty was not what I had experienced at the previous visit so I can’t say I was happy with her. She only came in the room once and stuck her head in once. She didn’t explain anything to us. Never knew what was happening. Later he was admitted which would be around 4 am the next morning. Dr. Miller was with my dad by 6 am. The nurses took very good care of dad. He loves Ms. Dorsey. From that 4 am admit until today when we left, every single person we came in contact with was educated, I caring and super friendly. I am happy that our hospital is making some good changes. I pray that it continues to strive. We need this place in our town. Thank you Dr. Miller and staff for helping my dad live a little longer, thank you for caring about not just him but his children too. Keep up the good work.

If you are looking for a safe place to come to get help for your self or someone you love, to overcome an addiction problem, then the Wilderness Deliverance Camp is the place for you. The Wilderness Deliverance Camp is a faith based organization that helps you to overcome addictions and address the needs of the client. After a 30 day review to see if both the client and the organization is a fit for one another, the client enters into a one year contract where they live and work on the ranch. They are provided housing and food at no charge. While working on the ranch, they learn certain skills in dealing with animals and they learn to work together as a team. You are expected to attend all Bible studies and attend all church functions on site. There is a beautiful fully functional church on site. You will be taught first of all to love yourself and then how to love others in a Christ like manner. I personally have seen how successful this program is and would strongly encourage you to check them out. You won't regret it!

I've been going to the VA clinic for a little over a year I've gone through physical therapy to havin my blood drawing my blood pressure was way out of whack in all I was a mess my team of doctors and nurses are awesome they got me put back together im feeling much better now thank to doctor steagel and team 7

Loved this clinic when I went there. Staff was amazing my counselor Caroline was someone I enjoyed meeting with. I miss this clinic the one I am at now in Tennessee is terrible I’d do anything to be back there. Great place all around definitely suggest to anyone seeking outpatient treatment.

Mercy Ministries is a Christian based Girls-Home for abandoned, abused, and runaway girls.
They have showers, bedrooms, a huge kitchen. And plenty of space for any young girl who is in need. Bless this house and bless these people.

My son is currently a residential patient here, and I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the care and support he’s received. I adopted my son from foster care in 2021, after fostering him for some time. From the very beginning, it was clear that he carried a significant amount of trauma from his early childhood experiences. Over the years, we’ve faced many challenges together, and he has spent time in and out of several local facilities across Idaho in an effort to find the support he needed.
This is the second residential treatment center he’s been placed in, and the difference we’ve seen has been remarkable. For the first time in a long time, my son is truly thriving. His confidence is growing, he’s finding stability, and he’s beginning to rediscover joy—and for that, I am beyond thankful. The work your team does may not always be easy or fully seen, but please know it matters deeply. You’ve given my son more than care—you’ve helped give him a foundation for a better future.

Hi, my name is Raya Lewis I am from West Virginia and was a past patient at mill creek behavioral health, my cottage was flamingo hall. I was admitted 3/16/23 I discharged 6/16/23. Some of these reviews are interesting to read but everyone’s opinion is respected. Mill creek being my first facility ever wasn’t as bad as it seemed. Some staff have their own personalities like every human would, but some staff really did care for me in this facility. I put my head down did my treatment and learned some things and was discharged on my 3rd month mark while being an out of state kid. It’s not so much that the staff are jus upfront rude to you, it’s are you being respectful? If you really jus focus on yourself and don’t worry about other kids opinions it’ll make your stay 10x better my therapist ms deedra was awesome as well as my case manager ms brittney this place was difficult sometimes being distracted by home life and the 19 girls I had on my unit, but it also made me realize there is alot more good in life than being caged inside of 4 walls everyday. Overall the education system was great the teachers were willing to help. The days were scheduled accordingly. The place was fairly clean and staff tried their hardest to find activities for us kids to do. This was just my experience, I’m aware everyone’s is different. Shoutout to Ms Leslie brown, ms Mona, Ms Zee, Ms nia, ms Kimberly dawn, and ms Christina. Y’all staff most definitely made my stay 100% better.

I was a patient here and I was almost raped by another patient in the mental health unit. They refused to release me afterwards and kept the man on the unit and did not call the police to file a report until 7 hours later. I am completely traumatized and I will be contacting a lawyer and following up with law enforcement.

I brought my husband into the emergency room I told them his history with autoimmune encephalitis and that he was in a very confused state. the 1st nurse that came in made it sound like he was on drugs. I informed the nurse that it was not the case and tried to explain his disease they were very rude to us until the drug screen came back negative ,their attitude toward us changed .Whether he had been on drugs or not their Job is to have compassion not judge
