Went through the residential 28 day program in Ruston last year, had a great experience, my counselor, Nate, was absolutely great and helped me tremendously to see my character flaws and issues which kept me in my addiction. It really helped pave the way on the road of recovery I've been on for almost 14 months! Also the food was deliciously good, feed me as well as my own grandmother would! Highly recommend Lincoln Nova if you are serious about changing your life. After graduating inpatient, I started the intensive outpatient program in Shreveport, my counselor, Layne, is very educated and knowledgeable about addiction and recovery! The entire staff at inpatient and intensive outpatient will do their best to help you if you are serious about your recovery!! They have been a great blessing in my life and I'm extremely grateful to have gone through the program!

This place saved my life and the food was good. I had an amazing counselor Nate, and Morgan helped a lot too. The techs, the nurses, everyone were amazing. And Jennifer, the Marketer did everything she could to get me in. Hands down, the best place to go for treatment

Love Dr Isherwood, Laura and each person there!! It’s hard finding a Dr or place in general for help when there is so many who have no bed side manner. They truly are a gift and doing the work of God. It’s very rare to find someone you can be totally transparent with , without feeling judged. Or waiting for the “shoe to drop”. ** staff on 3 Tower** Mariah — Mariah is simply the best. I told her I wasn’t feeling well, and without me even having to ask, she advocated for me and got me bed rest from the doctor. She was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cared about how I was doing. She made me feel seen and taken care of when I really needed it. I’m incredibly grateful for her. Twaill — Twaill was there for me through some really hard and dark moments. She has such a great sense of humor and knew exactly when I needed someone to make me laugh or bring a little light into a difficult situation. She was able to balance humor with genuine compassion and support, and that made such a difference for me. She helped make some incredibly difficult days feel a little lighter, and I’ll always appreciate her for that. Nicole — Nicole was absolutely hilarious and made me feel safe and comfortable. She didn’t treat us like we were just “mental health patients”—she treated us like actual people. She would participate in games with us, joke around with us, and genuinely engage with us instead of simply standing on the sidelines. She brought a sense of normalcy and humanity to an environment where it can be really easy to feel like you’ve lost your identity. I felt safe around her, and that meant more to me than she probably realizes. She was professional while still being real and approachable, and I’m so grateful for that. Ashley — Ashley went above and beyond, even after I was discharged. She contacted my new psychiatrist at my outpatient clinic on a Sunday so that I could speak with the doctor first thing Monday morning. That level of dedication and follow-through is something I will never forget. She continued to advocate for me even after I was no longer a patient at Brentwood, and that speaks volumes about the kind of person and professional she is. I’m so grateful for these four women and the role each of them played during a very difficult chapter of my life. They each supported me in completely different ways, and I will never forget the kindness, compassion, humor, and genuine humanity they showed me. Brentwood is lucky to have them. ❤️

My stay at Physicians was nothing short of amazing. I received adequate care and understanding. Mrs. V SHOWED SO MUCH COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING. She went above and beyond to meet all my needs. If she didn't know it rest assure she pushed forward to find the answer. In a mental health facility sometimes care is not adequately provided, but I did not have that issue. Every facility has pros and cons and rest assure there's more pros at Physicians than cons. I l ike the fact that some employees has had similar issues and understand. Mrs. V pushed me to have a better understanding and was very encouraging. I recommend Physicians Behavioral to anyone battling mental health/addiction.

I entered CADA March 30, 2017, I was completely out of hope, and full of despair, the only solution I thought I had was suicide. My drinking, and drug use took me to a place of desperation. I could not stay sober, but I could not quit using. I went 20 plus years of suffering. The only coping mechanism I had, for every emotion, was to change the was I felt with drugs, and alcohol. When I was sad, I used, when I was happy, I used. My life revolved around when I would get my next bottle, or find my next high. I lied, cheated, and stole, whatever it took to get my drug of choice. I destroyed my family, and friends. I was like a hurricane in people I loved lives. I saw only darkness. In CADA, I learned tools, coping mechanisms, of how to deal with life, on life's terms, without alcohol, and drugs. I gained a new sense of self worth. I started to recover from a disease that had already taken so many I loved, including my mother. CADA took another chance on me 6 months into my recovery. I was hired as part of the support staff. I continued to learn and grow, in the place that saved my life. Three, and half years later, I am now part of the Peer Support Team, giving back, what was given to me. One of my favorite quotes is, "It is always darkest before the dawn." CADA gave me my dawn.

CADA offers a treatment solution for almost anyone! It is affordable and very comprehensive in its therapy. My favorite programs at CADA are the adolescent treatment facility, which includes a full time teacher, and the Family program. Women who are pregnant, or have children are welcomed in the family hall. Their children attend public school. Infants and toddlers are cared for while the ladies participate in their groups or counseling sessions. CADA has been a LIFESAVER for hundreds of recovering people!

Its a good place to go if your wanting help sometimes certain people make it hard but the other ones want to help and see u doing good when u go you can tell the difference from the fake people and real people that want to see u better yourself and they have some really good counselors but it just almost seems like there is a lot of chaos but it's almost like they don't have communication with each other but I wouldn't trade it for nothing I love going there they've helped me so much and the counselors the one in Houston also I went to I've been clean for 8 years now and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this place and my husband my husband gets more credit though cuz he's the one that wanted us to go there to get it the help so we been doing really good....

My Native American friend, Brenda, and I rushed together from the Hiway 80 Rescue Mission on Marshall Avenue in Longview, TX where we endured extreme prejudice, and even physical abuse at the hands of one of the directors, specifically Rhonda. Brenda and I were bunk mates, along with 2 other wonderful women that were down on their luck and wanting to get closer to God, pleading for help and guidance in quiet desperation. Working together, sharing the same dream, and both natives of Louisiana, Brenda and I made a calculated dash for the Shreveport Bossier Rescue Mission, just 40 minutes across the Texas/Louisiana Border. There we found, food, shelter, music, spiritual enlightenment and most of all LOVE, until evil, discrimination and injustice once again infiltrated the very walls meant to protect us. Divided we fall, together we stand. This is not the end of the world, but is the end of my post. Thanks for listening/reading.

The best! Compassionate, professional, and experienced. I have been receiving mental health and substance abuse services since 2015 from at least 7 different places in the area. I have been here at SBH since 2020 and this is by far the best. They helped me recover from 6 months of debilitating depression where I couldn't even get out of bed. Everybody is so nice ! You have to treat them nice in order for you get the same back . I went there not willing to take medication but you have to in order to go home so I took my medicine and I been on it since . My attitude is much better and I thank them everyday I wish I can go be around them every day AND GO HOME EVERYDAY ! But I can’t so I choose keep in check so I don’t have to go back to a place like that again . I was away from my baby for at least 10 days and I didn’t like that so the help was gave and kindness was gave but a place to go back to after treatment is a no 🫶🏾. & for a future patient don’t put your heart to far in it after you leave because they not going follow your social media to keep up with you or nun and their not suppose to so if they tell you don’t take it seriously 🫶🏾

Absolute amazing place, great and helpful therapists, lots of interactive stuff like the OWL (outdoor wilderness learning center) and they brought us to playgrounds and stuff, the rooms were alright, I must say, some of the best food ever. I moved to the area year ago, finding a dentist has been very stressful for me; I have implants, a fixed bridge, crowns and suffer from dry mouth. Because I hadn't had an exam in over a year I was worried about bone loss. After asking friends and random people what dentist they use and doing research online I finally decided to use Wellness Pointe; mainly because the providers on the website looked kind and friendly; also the office is in my insurance network. Anna, was very patient, gentle and kind while taking my xrays. Dr. Jennifer Smith along with Anna are so nice and put me at ease. This may be the first time I have had an examination where I didn't feel like my mouth had been ravaged by a bulldozer. Dr. Jennifer examined my whole mouth for bone loss, went over my list of medications and assured me that everything looks good and recommended a toothpaste that should help with dry mouth. I was very surprised to be offered a dental cleaning right after my exam. Because of time constraints, I will be returning next month for my dental cleaning. This is a very clean dental office.
