Love Dr Isherwood, Laura and each person there!! It’s hard finding a Dr or place in general for help when there is so many who have no bed side manner. My stay at Physicians was nothing short of amazing. I received adequate care and understanding. Mrs. V SHOWED SO MUCH COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING. She went above and beyond to meet all my needs. If she didn't know it rest assure she pushed forward to find the answer. In a mental health facility sometimes care is not adequately provided, but I did not have that issue. Every facility has pros and cons and rest assure there's more pros at Physicians than cons. I l ike the fact that some employees has had similar issues and understand. Mrs. V pushed me to have a better understanding and was very encouraging. I recommend Physicians Behavioral to anyone battling mental health/addiction.

I entered CADA March 30, 2017, I was completely out of hope, and full of despair, the only solution I thought I had was suicide. My drinking, and drug use took me to a place of desperation. I could not stay sober, but I could not quit using. I went 20 plus years of suffering. The only coping mechanism I had, for every emotion, was to change the was I felt with drugs, and alcohol. When I was sad, I used, when I was happy, I used. My life revolved around when I would get my next bottle, or find my next high. I lied, cheated, and stole, whatever it took to get my drug of choice. I destroyed my family, and friends. I was like a hurricane in people I loved lives. I saw only darkness. In CADA, I learned tools, coping mechanisms, of how to deal with life, on life's terms, without alcohol, and drugs. I gained a new sense of self worth. I started to recover from a disease that had already taken so many I loved, including my mother. CADA took another chance on me 6 months into my recovery. I was hired as part of the support staff. I continued to learn and grow, in the place that saved my life. Three, and half years later, I am now part of the Peer Support Team, giving back, what was given to me. One of my favorite quotes is, "It is always darkest before the dawn." CADA gave me my dawn.

CADA offers a treatment solution for almost anyone! It is affordable and very comprehensive in its therapy. My favorite programs at CADA are the adolescent treatment facility, which includes a full time teacher, and the Family program. Women who are pregnant, or have children are welcomed in the family hall. Their children attend public school. Infants and toddlers are cared for while the ladies participate in their groups or counseling sessions. CADA has been a LIFESAVER for hundreds of recovering people!

Its a good place to go if your wanting help sometimes certain people make it hard but the other ones want to help and see u doing good when u go you can tell the difference from the fake people and real people that want to see u better yourself and they have some really good counselors but it just almost seems like there is a lot of chaos but it's almost like they don't have communication with each other but I wouldn't trade it for nothing I love going there they've helped me so much and the counselors the one in Houston also I went to I've been clean for 8 years now and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this place and my husband my husband gets more credit though cuz he's the one that wanted us to go there to get it the help so we been doing really good....

Me and my mom came here every morning at 4-5:30 am she would be close to the front of the line her name was DEL LANGHELD SHE started around year 2000 or 2001 until she passed away in 2015 this clinic was amazing to he if sick they would dose at car if she couldn't come in or something we were there for a long time i hope they continue to do great work even though i live in Denver now and go to Denver methadone clinic my self i still miss coming there every morning

My Native American friend, Brenda, and I rushed together from the Hiway 80 Rescue Mission on Marshall Avenue in Longview, TX where we endured extreme prejudice, and even physical abuse at the hands of one of the directors, specifically Rhonda. Brenda and I were bunk mates, along with 2 other wonderful women that were down on their luck and wanting to get closer to God, pleading for help and guidance in quiet desperation. Working together, sharing the same dream, and both natives of Louisiana, Brenda and I made a calculated dash for the Shreveport Bossier Rescue Mission, just 40 minutes across the Texas/Louisiana Border. There we found, food, shelter, music, spiritual enlightenment and most of all LOVE, until evil, discrimination and injustice once again infiltrated the very walls meant to protect us. Divided we fall, together we stand. This is not the end of the world, but is the end of my post. Thanks for listening/reading.

The best! Compassionate, professional, and experienced. I have been receiving mental health and substance abuse services since 2015 from at least 7 different places in the area. I have been here at SBH since 2020 and this is by far the best. They helped me recover from 6 months of debilitating depression where I couldn't even get out of bed. I thought I was broken and in some ways I was. I had eyes but couldn't see. A heart but couldn't feel. A brain but couldn't think properly. Dr. Bosmia and the staff cared enough to try new things when I wasn't getting better. If you are reading this and you or someone you love needs help please don't give up. Pick up the phone. Make the call. Get help because it's available and there are those willing to help, I promise. I'm proof.

Absolute amazing place, great and helpful therapists, lots of interactive stuff like the OWL (outdoor wilderness learning center) and they brought us to playgrounds and stuff, the rooms were alright, I must say, some of the best food ever. And those are the ones super motivated to post a review. You may have 98% satisfaction rating. But if only unhappy people give a review, it doesn't reflect the true quality of a place. I've been searching for a place like Community Healthcore since I was 16. I'm 66 now. We all have things happening in our lives. Putting our own mental and health wellbeing on the back burner.
