I was a recent patient at oceans Longview they had no therapist on staff they are very slow to contain outburst from other patient and have bullying behavior on some patient who were loud and disruptive the shower leaked there was black mold where the water ran out on the floor there wasn't enough hot water for everyone to have a shower other than cold the house keeping was great but that didn't make up for the lack of theraputic environent staff was laughing when a patient with ad and started grimming in pain it brought me too tears watching it it took 15 min for him to get any help

Its a good place to go if your wanting help sometimes certain people make it hard but the other ones want to help and see u doing good when u go you can tell the difference from the fake people and real people that want to see u better yourself and they have some really good counselors but it just almost seems like there is a lot of chaos but it's almost like they don't have communication with each other but I wouldn't trade it for nothing I love going there they've helped me so much and the counselors the one in Houston also I went to I've been clean for 8 years now and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this place and my husband my husband gets more credit though cuz he's the one that wanted us to go there to get it the help so we been doing really good....

I entered CADA March 30, 2017, I was completely out of hope, and full of despair, the only solution I thought I had was suicide. My drinking, and drug use took me to a place of desperation. I could not stay sober, but I could not quit using. I went 20 plus years of suffering. The only coping mechanism I had, for every emotion, was to change the was I felt with drugs, and alcohol. When I was sad, I used, when I was happy, I used. My life revolved around when I would get my next bottle, or find my next high. I lied, cheated, and stole, whatever it took to get my drug of choice. I destroyed my family, and friends. I was like a hurricane in people I loved lives. I saw only darkness. In CADA, I learned tools, coping mechanisms, of how to deal with life, on life's terms, without alcohol, and drugs. I gained a new sense of self worth. I started to recover from a disease that had already taken so many I loved, including my mother. CADA took another chance on me 6 months into my recovery. I was hired as part of the support staff. I continued to learn and grow, in the place that saved my life. Three, and half years later, I am now part of the Peer Support Team, giving back, what was given to me. One of my favorite quotes is, "It is always darkest before the dawn." CADA gave me my dawn.

CADA offers a treatment solution for almost anyone! It is affordable and very comprehensive in its therapy. My favorite programs at CADA are the adolescent treatment facility, which includes a full time teacher, and the Family program. Women who are pregnant, or have children are welcomed in the family hall. Their children attend public school. Infants and toddlers are cared for while the ladies participate in their groups or counseling sessions. CADA has been a LIFESAVER for hundreds of recovering people!

My stay at Physicians was nothing short of amazing. I received adequate care and understanding. Mrs. V SHOWED SO MUCH COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING. She went above and beyond to meet all my needs. If she didn't know it rest assure she pushed forward to find the answer. In a mental health facility sometimes care is not adequately provided, but I did not have that issue. Every facility has pros and cons and rest assure there's more pros at Physicians than cons. I l ike the fact that some employees has had similar issues and understand. Mrs. V pushed me to have a better understanding and was very encouraging. I recommend Physicians Behavioral to anyone battling mental health/addiction.

There is no place on Earth like 12 Way. This place saved my life and I will forever be grateful for it and for the staff. I highly recommend it to anyone who has an addiction and would like a change for the best. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

I moved to the area year ago, finding a dentist has been very stressful for me; I have implants, a fixed bridge, crowns and suffer from dry mouth. Because I hadn't had an exam in over a year I was worried about bone loss. After asking friends and random people what dentist they use and doing research online I finally decided to use Wellness Pointe; mainly because the providers on the website looked kind and friendly; also the office is in my insurance network. Anna, was very patient, gentle and kind while taking my xrays. Dr. Jennifer Smith along with Anna are so nice and put me at ease. This may be the first time I have had an examination where I didn't feel like my mouth had been ravaged by a bulldozer. Dr. Jennifer examined my whole mouth for bone loss, went over my list of medications and assured me that everything looks good and recommended a toothpaste that should help with dry mouth. I was very surprised to be offered a dental cleaning right after my exam. Because of time constraints, I will be returning next month for my dental cleaning. This is a very clean dental office. This is a great place for seeking help with mental health. I've seen some one star reviews. Unfortunately, there will be those who don't like you. And those are the ones super motivated to post a review. You may have 98% satisfaction rating. But if only unhappy people give a review, it doesn't reflect the true quality of a place. I have gotten to know the CEO, and he has a true heart for helping those struggling with mental health. He sets the bar high at Ocean's. I highly recommend this facility.

Loved this clinic when I went there. Staff was amazing my counselor Caroline was someone I enjoyed meeting with. I miss this clinic the one I am at now in Tennessee is terrible I’d do anything to be back there. Great place all around definitely suggest to anyone seeking outpatient treatment.

I've had contact with some of their missionaries in the past, and was impressed. I'm thankful to get this man to a place that he can safely gather his thoughts and life together. I had traveled out of state and the evening I arrived home, I began feeling bad. The next morning I was still feeling bad and had some episodes where I like light headed with blurry vision and felt like I could pass out. I decided to just go on in and get checked out. I was greeted upon entry by the kind lady at the registrar window. I explained to her what was going on and completed my check in. I was brought back quickly to a room in the ED. Bailey was my nurse and she was amazing. She was so kind a caring. They gave me an IV for fluids and collected some blood for lab. Dr. Exum next came in to check on me. He was wonderful. He was great about listening to me. I was then greeted by Tracie in radiology. She was amazing and so caring. Everyone was top notch and was so attentive to my needs and focused on helping me feel better. We did come to a conclusion and had me follow up with my endocrinologist. But that day I did leave with answers and feeling better. I also received a visit from Shelby the CEO to check on me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend!
