I have to admit I felt quite nervous about my stay at Serenity Springs Specialty Hospital. It was the first employee that changed everything for me. That lady at the front desk was extremely professional, well-groomed, and her warm demeanor calmed my nerves as she assured me this marked the start of my recovery process. I was beside myself. Everyday she checked in on me because she wanted me to feel safe and secure The staff demonstrated a generally pleasant attitude, with the recognition that every organization can benefit from continuous improvement. While I had some reservations about the food, a counselor's kindness and support were truly exceptional. These two experiences were particularly memorable, and I felt better once I left. I don’t always have a lot of confidence in myself. I was ready to give up. Now i feel better about why i was struggling and I’m not alone. I’m going to trust the process.

I had previously went for the suboxone treatment a long time ago in the past. Sadly it's wasn't a choice I made for myself. Now that I'm currently taking the treatment again and this time because I personally hit my rock bottom, I go to my therapy sessions anytime I can and listen as well as talk and those sessions have greatly helped me deal with my problems I have that pertains to my addiction. The Dr. Is always been kind and respectful and helpful towards me. I can say that every person that works there has a heart of gold because they don't have to care about any of us, yet they choose to. That shows amd tells me it's more that just a job to them it's actually a calling to be there for us. I have to update my review just to say I can honestly say I feel better about life, myself, belief in myself and many other stones that gor in my way for so many years . The staff here in eldorado wants you to succeed and believes in you than I did myself in the beginning I'm sure others k ow where I'm coming from. I wanted to express my gratitude to SARH for the care my mom received while there. I will probably forget a few people but wanted to thank Angel and her team on the 3rd floor for the exceptional care. Mom was later transferred to rehab on the 2nd floor where she also had exceptional care. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to some of her care team, Ms Kim and Mr Gene - YOU TWO were angels and honestly made each day the best! Mom still talks about you both. Thank you to OT and PT for also taking such good care of mom. Everyone was very compassionate and for that I’m grateful. We just completed one a few days ago on how great Dr Christopher Bernaise and his staff are and how much Angel loves him. Dr Bernaise’s rating is not just good, he is great. His rating is excellent on everything and my Down Syndrome daughter Angel loves him and looks forward to her visits with him.He really helps her on her everyday life and what she should do at home and when she has to go out. She has never had a psychiatrist that comes anywhere close to competing with Dr Christopher Bernaise. Please give him all of the praise and of course a great raise on what he does for Glenwood and his patients.
