This VA facility is pretty good. It's just a satellite it helps you avoid going to little rock. If you have larger issues in your health you should expect to go to little rock. People here are friendly and helpful.

The best! Compassionate, professional, and experienced. I have been receiving mental health and substance abuse services since 2015 from at least 7 different places in the area. I have been here at SBH since 2020 and this is by far the best. They helped me recover from 6 months of debilitating depression where I couldn't even get out of bed. I thought I was broken and in some ways I was. I had eyes but couldn't see. A heart but couldn't feel. A brain but couldn't think properly. Dr. Bosmia and the staff cared enough to try new things when I wasn't getting better. If you are reading this and you or someone you love needs help please don't give up. Pick up the phone. Make the call. Get help because it's available and there are those willing to help, I promise. I'm proof.

I have been to so many places but I never felt heard like this before. Meds working but you're having annoying side effects? They'll listen to you and they'll let you try everything until you find what you like! They do it right too! They check in with you to make sure you're okay, you can call anytime if you need help with anything, and they have soooo many resources to help you. Addiction, medicine, therapy, if you want to get help, this is the place you should go. They understand you. Too busy? They do over the phone appointments sometimes too! Not to mention how personable everyone is. The ladies up front will remember you, the doctors and nurses are spectacular human beings! They're all a little goofy but they're also wonderful listeners. If you are reading this, just go. What's the worse that could happen? They won't let you get worse and stay that way. It's worth the effort.

Absolute amazing place, great and helpful therapists, lots of interactive stuff like the OWL (outdoor wilderness learning center) and they brought us to playgrounds and stuff, the rooms were alright, I must say, some of the best food ever. Our son is currently enrolled at Capstone. It's difficult to put into words how amazing this place is. The level of excellence, from the therapists to the support staff, is second to none. Be advised, they do not mess around. The commitment level they require from the family is high, and for good reason. I've never experienced "tough love" like they put forth. This is a blessed place and we are grateful God led us to Capstone.

The group sessions are always a useful and helpful tool for any type of recovery. As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.
