Where do I begin Before I came to Elevate I thought I had reached rock bottom in life but shortly after coming here I realized they saved me from ever getting there. I came for an alcohol addiction which became a secondary objective to my stay. I learned to love myself and gained confidence in being me. I found a way to finally be happy in life, in the current moment without contingencies. To know I was never broken and that I have more control over my perspective than I ever thought was possible. My sobriety came as a byproduct of discovering my own self worth and I often lay awake at night filled with gratitude for having the opportunity to go through this program. The amount of understanding and support offered to me was outstanding and I felt as if I was amongst family. The care and love from the staff inspires the clients to care for each other in the same fashion. If at any point you need a shoulder to lean on or just someone to listen, every face you see is there for you. I can t find the words to formulate a sentence that will truly express my thanks and love for Elevate. All I can do is let others know if your suffering and need the help, this is where you will find it.

I am so grateful for the founders and all the staff at Elevate. From the very first introduction to the incredible program they have to offer throughout the entire time my loved one spent there, we were kept informed and encouraged. The setting is lovely, the commitment to helping each person succeed and get thru the hard things and the amazing food they serve as a part of the healing process. I really can't say enough good things about this program, staff and facility. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and may God bless all of you and keep you going strong for many others to reclaim the lives they were meant to live!

Thank you for giving my loved one a second chance at being the best man he can be for his family. Your facility and staff surpassed all of our expectations. Every time I would call I was greeted by a friendly voice on the other end of the line with a very detailed report of how he was doing. You can rest assured your loved one will be taken care of and you will have peace of mind that they are getting the best care possible. He was given the tools to help him be successful when returning home.

Before putting myself into a 30-Day Intensive Inpatient Program at Bright Future Recovery (BFR), I was a lost, hopeless soul addicted to alcohol. After 32 years of heavy, heavy drinking, I had finally hit my rock bottom, and I felt that I was quickly on my way to drinking myself to death. Upon arriving at BFR, I was greeted with open, caring and loving arms, and my path towards recovery from alcohol addiction began. BFR Staff--Darlene, Amanda, Larissa, Danae, "Mama D," Grammy, Papa, Chef Carlo, Mariah, Rachel, and I am sure I am forgetting a few names at the moment--all of them treated me like Family, and I came to look at them as Family. Each and every staff member played a critical role in my recovery program--a 10-day detox followed by a 20-day residential stay. The treatment center at 1000 Fairview Road in Hollister, CA, is a beautiful ranch style home in the middle of beautiful, rural Hollister. With fresh, clean air, rolling hills, mountain views, your path to recovery begins in a beautiful house with large rooms, plenty of natural sunlight coming through windows galore. The bedrooms, and living spaces are very roomy and comfortable, filled with comfy beds and furniture.I cannot say enough positive things about my time at BFR. 53 days sober now, thanks solely to the tools and resources I learned about at BFR, and now an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous, I was once so lost, living in the deepest throws of alcoholism, once not wanting to wake up anymore, BFR helped me find my way. Thanks to Bright Future Recovery, I was lost, but now I am found.

Before I began the intense outpatient care program, I had reached a point in my life where everything felt like it was falling apart. My relationships were strained, my patience with my children and family had all but vanished, and I carried around a sense of emptiness that seemed impossible to fill. I vividly remember feeling isolated and uncertain terrified that I d never become the kind of father, son, or brother I always believed I could be. It was as if I were drifting without an anchor, while those who depended on me watched me struggle from the shore.Enrolling in the intense outpatient program wasn t a simple step for me. It required admitting that I needed help and trusting that others had the tools to guide me when I couldn t guide myself. From the very first session, I was struck by the sense of understanding and compassion I encountered. The structure of the program was rigorous enough to challenge me, but flexible enough to respect the pace of my healing. It incorporated deeply reflective therapy sessions, skill-building workshops, and group dialogues that helped me recognize my own patterns of behavior, the root of my emotional pain, and the ways I could address it all without shutting down.As the weeks passed, I learned techniques for managing the overwhelming feelings that once controlled me. I practiced active listening and boundary-setting, found healthier ways to cope with stress, and redefined what it meant to show strength and vulnerability in front of those I love. Over time, I came to understand that my anger, my fatigue, and my moments of detachment didn t make me a bad person; they were signs I was struggling with something deeper. With the support of therapists and fellow participants, I learned to forgive myself, to treat my own emotions with kindness, and to ask for help before things reached a breaking point. This shift inside me had profound effects on my relationships. My children began to see a more patient and present father someone who could sit calmly with them, help with homework, or just listen to their stories at the end of the day without distraction. My interactions with my parents softened. Instead of feeling ashamed that I was a disappointment, I started to appreciate their concern and love. I learned how to communicate honestly with my siblings, no longer letting pride or fear prevent me from being there for them as much as they were there for me.The program didn t just help me survive it showed me how to live more fully and authentically. I no longer feel like I m just holding on by my fingertips, waiting for the next moment to implode. Now, I m engaged in my own growth, taking responsibility for my emotions, and actively working on being the stable, caring presence my family needs. I m gentler in my words, more consistent in my actions, and more truthful about my feelings.Intense outpatient care didn t merely fix something temporarily; it set me on a new path toward becoming a better father, a more understanding son, and a more supportive brother. The change wasn t immediate or easy, but it was deeply meaningful. I m not the same man I was before I walked through those doors and I m so grateful for that.

I just want to thank everyone there. I got frustrated at one point because I thought I was getting a Tb shot. I heard the girl wrong. She was just doing a test. My mistake. She was a sweetheart. Everyone there including security guard was great. Dr. Was one of the best Dr's I've ever spoke with. I have a back injury that got me hooked on vics. 100.00 a day nightmare. If your on anything don't go another day without calling them. Get in there and get your life back. Trust me on this. And don't worry who knows. Who cares. Its your life. Don't be ashamed. Everyone makes mistakes. Security guard was on a power trip tho. he was not its in inside joke. He was a great great person. And I need him to just ride safe. He has a beautiful road glide... we definitely will ride together soon. Again this is the best place to get clean and you're life back.

Greatful for the treatment New Hope gave my husband. This is not a rest and relaxation recovery program, it s an actual treatment program. The staff to patient ratio is great. If you're looking to get clean and sober, this is the place for you. It is a very intense treatment program. 6 hours of groups a day. That is what people with addictions need. Other treatment centers are just a 30-90 day vacation without any beneficial knowledge for your recovery. They allow you to go to outside meetings and Church. All of the case managers are very knowledgeable and care about your recovery. I highly recommend New Hope.

I don't know what people expect from the staff. I've been going there for years and I have not seen the problems that people are complaining about. People need to relax and give the employees credit for what they are doing and realize that there other patients patients being seen. Sometimes it takes them a little longer to finsh with some patients than others. I prefer that they take their time to make sure each person gets the proper care. So put away your stop watch and relax

I was sent here against my own will, I didn't even know what that place was, it was single-handedly one of the worst experiences of my life. But it helped me a lot. Never have gone back. The council I saw, suggested I go here, didn't explain to be what it was. Just left me there, I was scared. I didn't know hat was going on, but I left there after the longest 9 hours of my life. Shaking, scared, unaware... but I decided I wanted my life back. Since then I've fought daily to keep who I am, to be who I want to be, and not never go back. Staff was nice, but they thought I'd harm someone which I'd never do, I guess that's how things work inside that place.
