When I walked in here I was welcomed with open arms. I felt the empathy, compassion and care I was going to receive here. Located in the in the outer Hollister area, The facility has a great open space were there is plenty of space to walk around and stretch your feet. I never felt trapped or suffocate, and most importantly , alone or abandoned. If you have any medical needs, urgent care or Mental anguish they will provide services and even take you to the clinic/hospital. Also very helpful with filling out documents. With a healthy maximum of 12 people any given time, the attention you need is well provide. this facility is co-ed The staff is compiled with a variety of professionals, therapist and counselor that are not only highly skilled and qualified in their field but are experienced with substance abuse and mental health. Medication is well distributed, monitored and supervised by doctors and nurses. 24 hr around the clock staff is willing to help and cater to any needs you may have. Store runs and family visitations weekly. A great variety of classes and activities scheduled daily. phone calls allowed after a 5 day blackout period for several minutes. Breakfast , lunch and dinner provide Monday through Friday; Facility always is well stocked with plenty of food.Take out is provided on the weekends. Very clean and well maintained and safe facility If needing help and you want to stay in the area I highly recommend BFR and their outstanding staff.

The team at Bright Future were professional and thorough from the first phone calls inquiring about the facility, intake process, what to expect, and check-in, through the detox phase, explaining the process, communicating progress to the very end of what to expect after the 30 program. I was uncomfortable with some of the facilities we had looked into and were very happy with this choice and would recommend their program and facility to others looking for a safe and effective program with a welcoming environment and team. Well rounded activities and recovery work. I believe I brought home someone with the tools to be successful in their sobriety after years of alcohol addiction, and tools to establish boundaries and a healthy life for themselves.

BFR is a very professional facility but yet the staff treats you as a friend and always have smiles on there faces which i feel gives a positive environment would refer them to anyone who needs help

I had been losing my battle with recovery for almost fifteen years when Wellness Retreat was recommended to me. I came here severely addicted and further traumatized by what I put myself and my family through. I needed a place where I would be treated with dignity, individually recognized for what has been ailing me and personally encouraged. This what I found here, and with a genuine compassion I have never seen or felt as an addict. There is an exceptional quality here, from checkng-in through medical treatment, group processing, education, abundance of nutrition, therapy excercise, wellness and technical assistance. With a maximum of five other clients to go through the recovery process with, the Directors of the program and even the CEO rolled up their sleeves personally caring for my recovery process. For the first time in my life since I was introduced to substances I don't hate life without them. It has been almost five months since I left wellness Retreat and I still go back on Monday afternoons to join the dance classes that gave me so much hope and happiness when I was feeling so low and dark in the beginning. This is more than a Rehab, this is a Wellness Center. If you want a life worth living without drugs and alcohol, start here.

The communication was not so good as this was my family’s first experience addressing this delicate matter . I was blessed to have connected with an outstanding BHA by the name of Moffaiee. She is a gem of a BHA . She is a true godsend for my family and I . She was very attentive not only to my family but other families in crisis waiting in the lobby to visit as well as inside the visiting room . Her natural ability to connect is unmatched . I connected with her during a visit . She reached inside my struggling loved one , my precious child and helped her return to herself and mind ; little by little . She gave me the security in just 30 minutes initially meeting her that my precious child was in safe hands . She went over and beyond to ensure what we brought to my child was received and appropriately given to her . Thank you again Moffaiee ! It's a place where as a parent we never want to step foot in but had no choice. The level of service we all encouter was world class. Moffaie, David, Sherry, Dora, and Kassandra went above and beyond to help us from day one all the way to the last day. Thank you so much to them and for all the other personell whom we didn't not get the chance to know them a little more but still played a very special and outstanding role in helping us. Have faith and believe in the process.
