Isreal, who works at the Radiology desk is wonderful. Very polite and very diligent. A very pleasant personality and goes the extra mile to really help patients. Gabriela in radiology is an amazing person. In my opinion, she is so good at what she does I'm totally blessed to have found this place. She takes her time to talk to you and explain things. She is a very good communicator, professional and able to help you understand the process. I have seen her help co-workers and other staff and it is always a pleasure to see her. I feel the x-rays she takes for me are top-notch. She really tries to get the very best done for you. Coming here to this radiology department in Gilroy is actually a very pleasant experience. The Truth 5 months ago I think this is a wonderful rehab, the facilities are beautiful, the food is amazing (I have never even had food this good at a restaurant), and above all they have really helped my husband. Obviously anyone that first goes to rehab isn’t happy with their situation but in just two short months he was a changed person. The work they have them do on themselves got him to finally see why drugs and alcohol are no way of life. He’s finally sober and actually enjoying it! This rehab helped him so much he actually chose to stay LONGER, and I am for once excited for what the future can bring. My body was failing and mental state was terrible. Every part of the program touches on every aspect of the addicts life. Now that I have finished the program and started living daily life with all of the gains I got throughout the program, failure isn’t an option. I know I can truly be happy sober now. I finally gained back the love and support from my life partner and best friend I always knew was still there. My mom also believes in me again which is so important to me. I came here severely addicted and further traumatized by what I put myself and my family through. I needed a place where I would be treated with dignity, individually recognized for what has been ailing me and personally encouraged. This what I found here, and with a genuine compassion I have never seen or felt as an addict. There is an exceptional quality here, from checkng-in through medical treatment, group processing, education, abundance of nutrition, therapy excercise, wellness and technical assistance. With a maximum of five other clients to go through the recovery process with, the Directors of the program and even the CEO rolled up their sleeves personally caring for my recovery process. For the first time in my life since I was introduced to substances I don't hate life without them. It has been almost five months since I left wellness Retreat and I still go back on Monday afternoons to join the dance classes that gave me so much hope and happiness when I was feeling so low and dark in the beginning. I read the reviews and expressed my concerns upon admission. My experience was overall positive. I didn't have trouble getting in contact with the facility using the unit phone number provided. My son felt safe. He didn't have any complaints about the staff. He said the food was pretty good. I didn't give 5 stars because some of his personal belongings weren't returned including a hat, glitter paper, and cards and letters written by loved ones that he was never given or allowed to see. Also because I don't think it was time for him to be released yet and he was readmitted to another facility within 72 hrs.
