The staff was compassionate and supportive every step of the way, and the treatment truly helped him turn his life around. Janus Rehab Center has been a life-changing place for my close friend, and I can’t say enough good things about the incredible care they received. Co-ed; Shared rooms. Three meals a day provided. All residents have to pass a screening process before coming in. Reminded me of Janus, but it's a house instead of a building. Program typically is three months to complete. No detox available on-site. Have alot of healing I was blessed to go through here.

I've read a few reviews that had some incorrect information for people reading. I have been there for 1 year. Someone said they lower your does if you miss a day and kicked out after 3 no-shows. If you miss 3 your dose gets lowered not for 1 day and you are nowhere near kicked out for 3. I would have been booted way back. Also someone said you can't start same day. May be true but you can in 2. As far as making it there by 12:30. I don't make it every day but you can if you want to . It's not that hard. I've been to clinics like that though and it's tough. Dirty uas do not lower your dose either. Not even. I gave it 5 stars for the people working there It's a clinic so as I give it 3 stars but the people are cool.

I've been going there as a patient and even worked there off and on since it was named "Triad" back in the late 90s and it's a great clinic for MMT/MAT. At times it's definitely been less than perfect, particularly in the past (2003 to 2005). But since Janus has taken over they're far more consistent and reliable now. Counselors can be a mixed bag, but that's true anywhere and the vast majority of the time they're great. It's a good program, you just have to be willing to work it. Do that and you have a very high chance that you'll succeed.

Best outpatient in Santa Cruz. The staff is wonderful and the vibe is amazing.

I called and someone returned my call the same day; provided helpful information. I recommend calling for information and ignore the review from 3 years ago (who said no one returned their call).

Very kind and even did follow up calls a week later to see that I was able to find a therapist.
