Within 8 months of successfully completing the program without deviating I was able to clear up my out standing court cases, got my license back! a steady job! A vehicle! My teeth fixed! I was here in August for 33 days. I gained so much knowledge of many coping skills, relapse prevention, what to do upon graduating. ...I unfortunately relapsed, consumed more alcohol than I ever have in my life for 7 days. It's like I went from 0 to 60. ...The problem was: I NEVER UTILIZED THOSE COPING SKILLS. I NEVER GOT A SPONSOR. I NEVER WENT TO OUTSIDE MEETINGS. I DID NOT PROGRAM. Granted, I attended their incredible aftercare program of 30 hours a week, once I left the 6 hour a day class - I DIDN'T PROGRAM! Upon graduating today, by the grace of God and CRC, I already have a sponsor, I've actually opened & read some of the Big Book, they are personally transferring me door to door to their aftercare. They are so many wonderful and grateful words that I could go on and on and about CRC. Without the dedication & guidance & sincere concern and knowledge from management, counselors and medical staff, I honestly don't believe I'd be here to write this. I will not give up. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The curriculum and groups are very balanced and engaging. Diamond House has literally saved my life! The owner Vicky isn’t just doing this for the money, she is also very compassionate about each and every patient. They also do art therapy, music therapy, meditation and sound bowls. A workout trainer come out five days a week to do cross fit, weightlifting, boxing, and yoga. They also have cinema therapy every Sunday and every Saturday they take us for an outing either bowling, dance class, pool tables and ping-pong and Equine therapy with horses. The food is so delicious with phenomenal chefs! I cannot give a more high recommendation for rehab than Diamond House! The alumni program is also wonderful with weekly Friday night speaker meetings and fun events every month like the sober bowl party , rollerskating, silent disco party And much more! If you need help with the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction, you need to go to Diamond House! They also have a fabulous PHP partial hospitalization and IOP intensive outpatient program. I was referred to F.O.R.C after insurance complications with another facility, and I thank God that I was. This truly is an incredible program. From the general and medical staff to the clinical and leadership teams, every person I had the opportunity to work with was genuinely kind, caring, and truly invested in their effort to improve the lives of those they touch. I am now happy, healthy, and sober and would never have gotten back to where I am without the daily care and support of the facility. I recently called to discuss treatment for a dear friend of mine who is struggling with alcohol use. Haley is the outreach coordinator I spoke with and she was so caring and kind. She talked with me about all the options and listened to everything I said. We then worked with heather who was also amazing and not pushy in any way. We ended up going another direction with his care but know in our hearts that they will be our GO TO if or when he is ready for this journey. As someone who works in the field I know this can be such a difficult time for people and now having watched my absolute best friend struggle I can honestly say they handled everything with such grace. I came here a few years ago and while staying in the program, Dr. Towns, Heather and all of my Counselors have never left my side and always gave me guidance with no judgments through not only my addiction, but through true hardships, trials and tribulations. I’m truly thankful to have a great Doctor. Heather has been there through some of my hardest moments freshly in the program unwell and family who couldn’t understand but she became mine right away. From day one she always gave me the realest advice with honesty, love, and no judgments. My counselor Tammy is the best Tammy I’ve ever known. She has guided me with the love and care while fighting in court, battling with ptsd, trama, and fighting for the Job of my dreams. She always gave me so much hope and believed in me. My counselor Rhonda has been amazing more than I could ask for in a counselor. She feels like family to me and she is truly someone that hasn’t only guided me but has done it with love fully and open heartedly. She’s honest with me and does it with so much care. She helped me dealing with my health having pancreatitis, the loss of my best friend, while finding out I was facing prison. I truly don’t believe I would have been able to stay alive or get through any of this without her. She truly goes above and beyond. My counselor Andre is like a brother to me he has helped me through my emotions, learning how anger isn’t a primary emotion. Anger management has been so helpful with him and he’s taught me how to handle life situations assertively with care. He supported me 100% while battling in court, and continues to till this day. I couldn’t have asked for better counselors. While facing prison I truly have had the best Guidance Counselors. That have helped me through the hardest times of my life. Learning how to deal with addiction, my health, grief, trauma, court systems, and how to fight for my life. While losing my Best Friend and friends along the way due to this addiction and life circumstances, fighting to remain sober and with emotional relapses. I am truly blessed to have each and every person here at Towns Health by my side guiding, helping me learn and understand how to continue to stay sober, having support and serving my community, heal my mind, body, and soul, with no cravings. I am blessed to be the one in my family breaking these generational curses with depression and addiction because of the family I have here at Towns Health. My life has truly changed here and I continue my journey with my Towns Health family by my side. I would more than recommend you to come here, not only for addiction, but to help you learn how to deal with life circumstances the healthy way, from trauma, hurt, and for overall healing because everyone here has experienced it and that is something that can’t be taught from a book. I did almost 14 months in treatment with him as a primary counselor and the amount of compassion and genuine support he put into my treatment made all of the difference for me. I've been in a couple other treatments before but none of them compare to the level of kindness, respect, and care he brought to the table every session!!!! There are many other amazing counselors there to fit many different personalities and recovery needs as well!!! Also dr.towns always makes himself available to help with any medical recovery/addiction supports that may be needed which really makes this facility top tier !!!!
