There are not words to describe the care and compassion I have experienced.. I recently called to discuss treatment for a dear friend of mine who is struggling with alcohol use. Haley is the outreach coordinator I spoke with and she was so caring and kind. She talked with me about all the options and listened to everything I said. We then worked with heather who was also amazing and not pushy in any way. We ended up going another direction with his care but know in our hearts that they will be our GO TO if or when he is ready for this journey. As someone who works in the field I know this can be such a difficult time for people and now having watched my absolute best friend struggle I can honestly say they handled everything with such grace. Thank you for your care and compassion New Dawn. I truly appreciate it.

Amazing facility. The therapists and counselors were very attentive and caring. Going to treatment is one of the hardest things a person will have to do in their life and they made my stat much easier than they had to.
The variety of classes they expose you to makes it a lot easier to understand that there is no one right way to get better, and that you have to find what works for you.
Thank you to staff for everything. Big big 5 stars

New Dawn and Kyle were a Godsend! Most of the staff during my stay in Orangevale residential was extremely caring and could relate to where I was coming from. I especially looked forward to Kyle’s weekly groups where he often took us out into nature and provided the opportunity to connect with myself and my environment on a deeper level. After completing treatment I look forward to Kyle’s weekly alumni groups where he continues to support and encourage me like no other!
This place is the place to go if you need help. I was addicted to opiates and I wanted some where that wasn't going to give me suboxone or methadone. They give you the tools to have when you get out to stay sober. The staff was very supportive and even though I did detox program I feel my life is better and I will stay clean and sober

What an incredible experience. After 35 years of alcohol abuse I came here a broken shell of myself. I am 85 days sober today and will graduate in a few days and this my first rehabilitation center ever. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about drugs and alcohol addiction. They are kind and caring!!

A place I would totally recommend. It's a place where people from all walks of life can face their addictions and not be embarrassed. The staff, owners, and the other 97% of affiliates that you encounter are all in recovery which makes it even better. Cause how can a person understand your fight who has never fought themselves. And the gourmet chef who cooks all your meals is even more of a plus. Swimming in the summer, volleyball, and your family can also come to visit. Your not overwhelmed with meetings constantly. You actually learn about addiction and what your going through while working the steps at your own pace without the pressure of expectations. It's an experience to remember truly.
