The staff seems to genuinely care about it's patients. Even the really loud ones or the ones I myself would have a hard time dealing with or listining to while doing paperwork. The facility itself is pretty nice. Memory foam beds I think and there is a door you can close. Two Tvs are available. One in the main day room or dining room and one in another room with books and magazines available. Both are Netflix and YouTube capable. The doctors and councilors are more than understanding and will jump through hoops to make the right call. The receptionist are super friendly and make you feel welcomed and belonged, extreamly friendly. They are there for you and it was very apparent. I was recently transitioned from suboxone to methadone, the doctor took her time and did everything right. I could not be more relieved to have such an amazing team of people surrounding me. If you or know anyone struggling with opioid dependency, I highly recommend this clinic. Under there care, you will be heard and treated as someone who matters. I did 90 days and was treated with respect and empathy. The staff were more than attentive to my needs. USMC OIF vet with PTSD & Substance Abuse Disorder. I was able to develop a rapport with my counselor and therapist and finally address the issues that have been holding me back. The environment is clean, comfortable and safe. The food is the best I have had in any treatment. I was able to work out in the gym daily and swim occasionally, which helped lower my anxiety and help me focus. While I was there I attended 2 meetings a week and church on Sundays which were vital in helping me progress through the steps. I gained confidence in my abilities by completing 2 projects in the woodshop. Unlike at VA treatment, I was able to vape in designated areas. Whenever I had downtime I could kick back and relax in the rec area, which has two big tv's and some games. In my opinion, this program is like anything else- you get out what you put in. If you are willing to put in the work and be responsible the staff will bend over backwards for you. They even have a VA liaison. They only have the goal in mind to draw each girl closer to Christ and get to the roots of their issues through an amazing curriculum. But once you realize that they're actually really trying to help you and they care then it starts to work. After 7 months of being there I left and stayed sober for about 22 months. I relapsed because I went back into the same environment I came from I thought I could handle being around certain people in places but I was wrong. I have quit on and off since then sometimes 1 years sometimes 90 days. I am currently on day number 577 and I apply every single thing that I've learned in that rehab on a daily basis now so if I had to say anything about this place I would say that I learned a lot and if you go there pay attention listen to what they're saying it will help you in the long run with your sobriety. Don't be hard-headed and listen is my advice. And yes some of the staff there were not my favorite type of people I would hang out with, but they did the job and it helped me. Thanks to this amazing treatment center, I’ve been in recovery for over three years now. This location is absolutely beautiful and feels luxurious! I was a client at the Fair Oaks location, but at the time the Loomis location (this location) was co-ed, and we often got to come here for group sessions, acupuncture, nutrition classes, and even to swim in their beautiful pool. The staff was always extremely welcoming, compassionate, and knowledgeable. You could feel that they genuinely cared about us clients, our long-term recovery, and our experience while we were under their care, no matter which site we were at. The combination of individual therapy and counseling, group sessions, and experiential activities creates an environment where real change is possible while also allowing clients to enjoy the comfort and luxury of the facility, which makes being away from home a little easier. But my absolute favorite is my counselor Shay she is fabulous, she is always open to listening and guiding and helping as much as she can, and I truly feel she has my best interest and recovery at the forefront I never feel rushed or like I’m a burden and she is incredibly relatable and nonjudgmental which is huge when your trying to be honest with yourself and them about your recovery, your everyday life struggles and everything else that contributes to success when in recovery!
