I've been going to Salud Clinic for about 1 year now. I really enjoy the appointments I have with Dr. Ghonasgi because she's very attentive and very nice. The staff at the Safe Care Clinic have all been nice to me as well. However, there can be long wait times depending on the day and it can take several weeks to be seen by your preferred provider.

I had a great experience at their inpatient and outpatient programs. They have an In house chef and the food is outstanding. The rooms are comfortable. The counselors are caring and have deep knowledge about the recovery process and provide great classes daily. CRC saved my life once again. I was here in August for 33 days. I gained so much knowledge of many coping skills, relapse prevention, what to do upon graduating. ...I unfortunately relapsed, consumed more alcohol than I ever have in my life for 7 days. It's like I went from 0 to 60. ...The problem was: I NEVER UTILIZED THOSE COPING SKILLS. I NEVER GOT A SPONSOR. I NEVER WENT TO OUTSIDE MEETINGS. I DID NOT PROGRAM. Granted, I attended their incredible aftercare program of 30 hours a week, once I left the 6 hour a day class - I DIDN'T PROGRAM! Upon graduating today, by the grace of God and CRC, I already have a sponsor, I've actually opened & read some of the Big Book, they are personally transferring me door to door to their aftercare. They are so many wonderful and grateful words that I could go on and on and about CRC. Without the dedication & guidance & sincere concern and knowledge from management, counselors and medical staff, I honestly don't believe I'd be here to write this. I will not give up. I'm happy today. And most importantly, I'm SOBER!

Diamond House Detox is absolutely an excellent and amazing recovery house and program! I have tried several different rehab facilities but Diamond House is by far the best! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The curriculum and groups are very balanced and engaging. Diamond House has literally saved my life! The owner Vicky isn’t just doing this for the money, she is also very compassionate about each and every patient. They also do art therapy, music therapy, meditation and sound bowls. A workout trainer come out five days a week to do cross fit, weightlifting, boxing, and yoga. They also have cinema therapy every Sunday and every Saturday they take us for an outing either bowling, dance class, pool tables and ping-pong and Equine therapy with horses. The food is so delicious with phenomenal chefs!
I cannot give a more high recommendation for rehab than Diamond House! The alumni program is also wonderful with weekly Friday night speaker meetings and fun events every month like the sober bowl party , rollerskating, silent disco party And much more! If you need help with the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction, you need to go to Diamond House! They also have a fabulous PHP partial hospitalization and IOP intensive outpatient program. I love this place!

Today is my "clean date" and as of TODAY I have 1 year clean and sober. This Facility saved my life! I've made several attempts at sobriety before stepping into New Dawn, but none of them approached the disease of addiction like New Dawn. They have such a different approach at treating addiction. Reiki, massage therapy, equine therapy, ECT. The staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. These people truly are there to help people. If you're considering getting sober New Dawn is, in my opinion, the best treatment center in the state of California. Possibly the country.

Starla, who was assigned as his counselor, has been nothing short of amazing. She goes out of her way to make sure he feels comfortable, and she truly takes the time to connect with her patients in a meaningful way. Her dedication and empathy have made a world of difference.
D has also been incredible, except her being a Cowboys fan, she is very supportive, kind, and always present. And the doctor caring for my friend has provided outstanding attention and compassion throughout his treatment.
It is clear that everyone at your facility truly cares. It shows in the way they listen, support, and treat each individual with dignity and respect. I was referred to F.O.R.C after insurance complications with another facility, and I thank God that I was. This truly is an incredible program. From the general and medical staff to the clinical and leadership teams, every person I had the opportunity to work with was genuinely kind, caring, and truly invested in their effort to improve the lives of those they touch. I am now happy, healthy, and sober and would never have gotten back to where I am without the daily care and support of the facility.

Great bunch of people working there. From Mikey at the front desk on weekends, to Janean, Shay, Kirk, and of course the beloved and beautiful Kaleen who does everyone's job. Administrative people also consists of quality people, their names escape me.
Each of them compassionate, conscientious and kind, choosing to help others attain their individual goals in sobriety. The clinic seems to be populated on most days by people who are experienced at using drugs, sobriety, and generally being run over by life. Not one of them have I ever heard come lain that a counselor didn't see them, or want to speak with them. Truly a cool bunch. I've heard horror stories of other clinics treatment of clients, that doesn't exist here.

There are not words to describe the care and compassion I have experienced.. I recently called to discuss treatment for a dear friend of mine who is struggling with alcohol use. Haley is the outreach coordinator I spoke with and she was so caring and kind. She talked with me about all the options and listened to everything I said. We then worked with heather who was also amazing and not pushy in any way. We ended up going another direction with his care but know in our hearts that they will be our GO TO if or when he is ready for this journey. As someone who works in the field I know this can be such a difficult time for people and now having watched my absolute best friend struggle I can honestly say they handled everything with such grace. After I got out of residential, I went straight to IOP . The support I received was amazing! Counselors took their time to get to know you and your situation . With the tools I learned in the recommendations of the counselors , I was ready to start a new life for myself. The whole New dawn experience literally saved my life! A chance to have this new life I thought was out of reach. But I have been sober for almost two years now .

I have been to 3 different methadone clinics and this one is by far the best. Great and super friendly staff. I just showed up one morning at 6am because my suboxone was making me feel violently nauseous all the sudden and I needed help, this place saved my life. Do yourself a favor and if you are struggling with dependence just show up and they will take care of you.

C. O. R. E. Medical Clinic was the first clinic of it's kind here in Sacramento. The level of compassionate care starts with it's founder Dr.Stinson and reverberates throughout the rest of the staff. I cannot say enough about how this clinic places Harm Reduction above all else. This has enabled myself and countless others a safe haven to begin the often long and arduous road back to a healthier lifestyle.

I did an intake on 8/16/23 & was unsure what to expect. The facility is very clean and homelike. I looked for every reason to leave and regain my freedom although I was not ready. My advice is to stay an follow through with the program it's a phenomenal program. Not to mention they feed the residents really well. 🙂

The Pathway Program saved my daughter's life. She was completely out of control and abusing drugs and alcohol. She was getting in trouble and hanging out with the wrong crowd.
The first time I brought her to the shop, all of the counselors and kids welcomed her with open arms. She instantly had clean and sober friends her age that she could relate to and have fun with. The kids hold each other accountable and are a huge support to each other. They are together almost every day and provide the vital friendship needed to succeed in recovery.
The Pathway Program is not the typical outpatient program where you attend during the day, but then are alone at night and on the weekends. Two week nights a week the kids are together doing recovery related groups. On the weekends the kids do all kinds of different activities and learn how to have fun being sober in real life. This is part of the aftercare part of the program.
There is an excellent parent support group once a week with parents that have been through it all. The parents are so supportive and I was able to call them anytime of the day or night with any questions. The counselors are extremely knowledgeable about addiction and connect with the kids extremely well. They were also available anytime to help with crisis situations and offer support.
I feel so blessed to have been able to get my daughter the help she needed through The Pathway Program. It has changed both of our lives for the better and offered us hope for the future. I would highly recommend this program for any teens or young adults that are struggling with addiction.

We are so grateful to have found Pathways! When we finally realized our 17 year old daughter had a drug and alcohol problem we had no idea where to turn. There didn’t seem to be many options for young people. We reached out to Pathways and found a welcoming program that instantly felt like family! It was a slow start for our daughter to want to be sober, but with the tools the program provided and the love and support of the group, she is almost 8 months clean and sober. Her entire outlook has changed. She’s living her life from a place of honesty and being of service to others. She has like-minded friends in the program that support her in enthusiastic sobriety. We are so thankful to have found a place that helped her make these things happen!
Another aspect of Pathways that we appreciate is the parent support group. This was key as it helped us to make the right moves to help our daughter heal and move forward. It provided support, tools, and encouragement.
I wish every city had a great place like this for teens and young adults to heal and find happiness! If you are looking for a place to help your kid (and you) through the challenge of addiction this is it!

Pathways saved my life. I went there broken physically and mentally and left with hope and tools. The medical team was fantastic. Thank you to all of the nurses and staff. The leadership was present and accessible. The case managers were consistent, caring and knowledgeable. The food was great. Although cold, the pool served as a great wake up call in the morning and nightcap. The jacuzzi and outdoor shower were used consistently. The program works if you work it. I would recommend pathways to anybody close to me. The gym and breath work classes are great. Just a really well run, organized and caring environment.

Pathways Recovery Gave Us Our Daughter Back
When my daughter showed up at Pathways Recovery, she was drinking 10 Fireballs a day—plus gin. She was completely broken, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking to watch your child spiral like that and feel powerless to help. We were desperate for something or someone who could reach her.
From the very first phone call, Jennifer in admissions was amazing. She treated us with kindness and compassion, and she made us feel like there was still hope. Getting our daughter admitted felt like the first step toward saving her life.
The team at Pathways took her in, detoxed her safely, and showed her a new way to live—a life that doesn’t include alcohol. They didn’t just help her stop drinking; they helped her rediscover herself. They gave her tools, structure, and support to start healing from the inside out.
What meant so much to us was how responsive and communicative the staff was. They kept us informed, answered every question, and genuinely cared about our daughter’s well-being. We could feel that she wasn’t just another client—she was someone they truly wanted to help.
The facility itself is peaceful and comfortable—a large, beautiful home tucked into the foothills outside Roseville, with a pool and a calm, healing atmosphere. It was the perfect place for her to start over.
