It was the best decision I ever made and often wish I could put life on pause again and go back! please do not listen to the hate. I have seen lives changed forever with the girls I was there with. California recovery center literally saved my life. There are very few times In your life when you can say this with absolute conviction, and this is one of them. The Intake process was handled with absolute care and concern for my circumstance. The staff took care of my insurance and was able to get in the day after I made contact. I called other facilities and the first thing that they wanted to talk about was money, which was a huge turn off. CRC Isn t a giant facility with tons of people where you can get lost in the shuffle and that was exactly what I was looking for. All of the counselors at CRC Know what it s like to go through addiction and as a person trying to recover that made all the difference. It wasn t theory to them. Meals were prepared by an on-site chef who actually got me to eat my veggies Which is a miracle in itself. The senior staff were also wonderful In making sure everything ran smoothly. After looking into 6-7 different places to take my mother I was getting frustrated. When I contacted California Recovery Center what first caught my attention was how understanding and helpful Rachel was. She was the woman that assisted me with finding help for my mom. It s never easy being In the situation of getting help for yourself or others, so when it feels like a person wholeheartedly wants to help yourself and your family it makes all the difference. That s my experience with CRC. I felt like from the start they wanted to help and my mom felt the same way after talking to them. I highly recommend you give them the chance to help you as well

I've been going to this clinic for several years now. I love in Roseville and there is a clinic 5 mins from me. I love this clinic because of the counselors and person who work there. They listen to your problems and also talk with you concerning all your issues and what's on your mind. I started at Ageus it was a joke. The told me that they don't take in patients that are homeless or not dressed well, because it makes their clinic look bad. I was furious when I heard this. Today is my "clean date" and as of TODAY I have 1 year clean and sober. This Facility saved my life! I've made several attempts at sobriety before stepping into New Dawn, but none of them approached the disease of addiction like New Dawn. They have such a different approach at treating addiction. It’s hard to put into words the gratitude I have for Hotel California and its staff and treatment programs. It took me a couple tries, but I finally decided to participate and take the help I was being offered and in a month I will celebrate 4 years clean. The combination of substance abuse education, mental physical and emotional health therapy they provide is top tier. My life has changed in ways I never imagined and it all started with the love, personal care and faith that the staff at Hotel California so graciously offered to me. I like this place. And all the staff. The counselor actually care and WANT to help you. I m not sure why it has 3 stars, because this is a location trying to help recoverin addicts like myself. Only down fall is the wait, for certain things, but thats only at the beginning when you register as a PT there because of all the paperwork and stuff you have to do. Also they provide lots of help. There is currently a really solid group of people at this clinic....from the counselors, to the nurses, and the management. Everyone is always friendly and that can be difficult at times when your work day starts at 5am. 2 people specifically really stand out and make this experience easier. Katrina (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who works in the front, and Dan who works security. Katrina is hilarious and treats everyone with respect and doesn't make you feel bad about yourself. Sometimes is hard accepting the fact you have to be at a methadone clinic. But when the staff treats you so well and make you smile, it really helps. Dan is an amazing person as well. He has to deal with so many ridiculous people who act like children and yet he always has a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing him daily. I'm not sure how many of the staff at the clinic read these reviews...if any, but I would like to say thank you to all of them for making this journey a lot easier and on a daily basis I have positive, sometimes hilarious interactions and starting your day in a positive way really helps you throughout your day. I hope to join this staff as a counselor once I complete my recovery. I know I only mentioned 2 names, but thank you again to all of you. I'll throw one more name out there and a big thank you to Carl who is part of the management team. He's an extremely nice person and I feel, genuinely cares about the patients at this clinic. if it wasn t for by valley now, BAART METHADONE treatment I would be dead. Unfortunately, I ve had to stay on the treatment plan longer than I wanted to cause I started in 1996. But just in my many surgeries and severe osteoporosis and spinal problems. I m still in a lot of pain and this is the only thing that helps me. I like most of the people here. Especially like a receptionist.

After many years of trying to get sober I entered the New Dawn program In Orangevale in November of 2023 for alcoholism. And like many alcoholics, I had very little hope that I would ever be able to get sober and stay sober. My life was an absolute wreck and I was out of options. New Dawn was willing to take me in so I reluctantly went. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed in by compassionate and caring staff. During my stay I I took part in all of the classes that were lead by fantastic and well experienced counselors. The housing was great and felt like home with all the amenities after a short bit. With an in house chef I enjoyed every meal to the fullest. I tremendously benefited from the one on one therapy sessions and outside AA meetings. Every step of the way I was helped with my disease, internal pain and trauma. Today I have a life I never thought was possible with a loving relationship with myself , the world I live in and the people in it. I m an active member of AA and enjoy being sober and of sound mind. I highly recommend New Dawn to anyone seeking help or for your loved ones in need. I wouldn t be the man I am today or have the wonderful life I live without the fresh start I got from New Dawn treatment center.

I did an intake on 8/16/23 & was unsure what to expect. The facility is very clean and homelike. I looked for every reason to leave and regain my freedom although I was not ready. My advice is to stay an follow through with the program it's a phenomenal program. Not to mention they feed the residents really well.

Overall pleasant excellent caring compassionate staff. Communication on appointments and reminders is excellent. I get a text and notice in the mail. Most complaints I read are from those not familiar with how VA healthcare works. The Auburn Clinic is not an urgent care facility.

The Pathway Program saved my daughter's life. She was completely out of control and abusing drugs and alcohol. She was getting in trouble and hanging out with the wrong crowd.The first time I brought her to the shop, all of the counselors and kids welcomed her with open arms. She instantly had clean and sober friends her age that she could relate to and have fun with. The kids hold each other accountable and are a huge support to each other. They are together almost every day and provide the vital friendship needed to succeed in recovery.The Pathway Program is not the typical outpatient program where you attend during the day, but then are alone at night and on the weekends. Two week nights a week the kids are together doing recovery related groups. On the weekends the kids do all kinds of different activities and learn how to have fun being sober in real life. This is part of the aftercare part of the program.There is an excellent parent support group once a week with parents that have been through it all. The parents are so supportive and I was able to call them anytime of the day or night with any questions. The counselors are extremely knowledgeable about addiction and connect with the kids extremely well. They were also available anytime to help with crisis situations and offer support.I feel so blessed to have been able to get my daughter the help she needed through The Pathway Program. It has changed both of our lives for the better and offered us hope for the future. I would highly recommend this program for any teens or young adults that are struggling with addiction.

We are so grateful to have found Pathways! When we finally realized our 17 year old daughter had a drug and alcohol problem we had no idea where to turn. There didn t seem to be many options for young people. We reached out to Pathways and found a welcoming program that instantly felt like family! It was a slow start for our daughter to want to be sober, but with the tools the program provided and the love and support of the group, she is almost 8 months clean and sober. Her entire outlook has changed. She s living her life from a place of honesty and being of service to others. She has like-minded friends in the program that support her in enthusiastic sobriety. We are so thankful to have found a place that helped her make these things happen!Another aspect of Pathways that we appreciate is the parent support group. This was key as it helped us to make the right moves to help our daughter heal and move forward. It provided support, tools, and encouragement.I wish every city had a great place like this for teens and young adults to heal and find happiness! I spent 37 days at this incredible house. Beginning with the inquiry process to the Discharge Plan everyone was helpful and efficient. The staff: Shelli, Kristin, Tyan and Allie were so invested in each of our(8 women) recovery. The daily schedule included pertinent therapy ( both individual and group sessions) exercise, self-care, meditation and reflection time. Again, all aspects of the program including the nutritious food were EXCELLENT! The medical staff: Michelle, Mia, and Pam and Lynasia were kind and efficient. I cannot say enough about this facility. I came in with low self esteem and not much self-love. Through the loving guidance of the staff and clients here, I left a different person: confident, knowledgeable of coping techniques, full of self respect and love. I highly recommend this program for anyone with an addiction to drugs/alcohol seeking treatment. They love you until you can love yourself
