I like this place. And all the staff. The counselor actually care and WANT to help you. I’m not sure why it has 3 stars, because this is a location trying to help recoverin addicts like myself. Only down fall is the wait, for certain things, but thats only at the beginning when you register as a PT there because of all the paperwork and stuff you have to do. Also they provide lots of help. Counseling. Help getting a primary doctor. They care about you and your needs and I love that about them. They are awesome. 10/10

I have been to 3 different methadone clinics and this one is by far the best. Great and super friendly staff. I just showed up one morning at 6am because my suboxone was making me feel violently nauseous all the sudden and I needed help, this place saved my life. Do yourself a favor and if you are struggling with dependence just show up and they will take care of you.

C. O. R. E. Medical Clinic was the first clinic of it's kind here in Sacramento. The level of compassionate care starts with it's founder Dr.Stinson and reverberates throughout the rest of the staff. I cannot say enough about how this clinic places Harm Reduction above all else. This has enabled myself and countless others a safe haven to begin the often long and arduous road back to a healthier lifestyle.

It was A nice rehabilitation center. I had family around me which made it a little more comfortable. I thought that A month would be enough for me. I missed my kids. I made every excuse why I did not need more time in recovery. Truth is you do. Stay with it. It is a great place.

While many facilities offer similar services, the staff at this clinic truly stand out for their genuine care and commitment to each client’s well-being—an area where other locations often fall short. I make a two-hour round trip to come here, and while there are several reasons for my choice, the knowledge that I’m receiving care from people who truly care about helping me makes every mile worth it.

This clinic and staff saved my life. So much more of a personal experience than with or any other clinic. They truly care. I had to hitch hike from Chico everyday to get to ATS for treatment, and with there help we were able have the clinic use there own vehicle to go all the way to Oroville to pick up 6 patients at a time everyday there and back for treatment. Like I said that truly care.

This place does not have employees; it has angels from heaven. Robin and the other staff were attentive, caring, and lovely beings who help many people come out of a difficult place stronger. As I drove into a sunset recently, this song that I had added to my playlist thanks to Robin came on, and it rang true.

The Promise House was exactly what I needed. I have been in out -patient programs but never residential. The woman counselors and support staff were amazing. They all helped me break through some barriers that I had in my recovery. The woman who were other residents were kind, loving and helpful. Diamond House Detox is absolutely an excellent and amazing recovery house and program! I have tried several different rehab facilities but Diamond House is by far the best! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The curriculum and groups are very balanced and engaging. Diamond House has literally saved my life! The owner Vicky isn’t just doing this for the money, she is also very compassionate about each and every patient. They also do art therapy, music therapy, meditation and sound bowls. A workout trainer come out five days a week to do cross fit, weightlifting, boxing, and yoga. They also have cinema therapy every Sunday and every Saturday they take us for an outing either bowling, dance class, pool tables and ping-pong and Equine therapy with horses. The food is so delicious with phenomenal chefs!
I cannot give a more high recommendation for rehab than Diamond House! The alumni program is also wonderful with weekly Friday night speaker meetings and fun events every month like the sober bowl party , rollerskating, silent disco party And much more! If you need help with the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction, you need to go to Diamond House! They also have a fabulous PHP partial hospitalization and IOP intensive outpatient program. I love this place!

Amazing program with a lot of really amazing staff members who are extremely caring and understanding I took advantage of the anger management classes as well as parenting classes my favorite and most helpful education course they provided when I was a resident that I use in my daily life was the communication a d boundaries class, it helps me build stronger healthier relationships and put and end to any toxic one that would potentially be hazardous to my recovery, I showed up there with nothing. Within 8 months of successfully completing the program without deviating I was able to clear up my out standing court cases, got my license back! a steady job! A vehicle! My teeth fixed! They took my to my dental appointments. I now have a beautiful smile and my confidence back as well as my self respect and able to get past my barriers and start accomplishing my goals, and building my relationships I ruined and repairing the bridges I burned.
