Drugs and alcohol were how I coped with the emotional distress I had been long experiencing and during my time at IVRS the staff, the structure, and the atmosphere provided me with an atmosphere that I could make a lasting change. Today, I am not just sober; I am at happy & at peace. I don't miss the days I used to abuse drugs/alcohol and that is an absolute miracle. I am so grateful for the staff that dedicated their lives and careers to being of service to those struggling with addiction. I hope that the staff knows how much of a difference that they are making in the lives of those that enter treatment.

I was very satisfied with everlast recovery, there much different from other facilities such as not feeling like a hospital setting or feeling like a 5150 facility. Everlast treated me like family and so did the rest of the patients in there. Everlast gave me the tools to cope with my struggles of addiction and showed me how the sober life is the better life. Shane the counselor is awesome super good dude. Would highly recommend everlast recovery 💯

I spent 30 days at the Turrell house, and although it was my first time in treatment I believe I was meant to come to this place specifically. They did such a wonderful job welcoming me, the staff and residents really helped me settle in to the routines of the program. I loved every single group session we did throughout my stay, and i loved all of the outside meetings we went to every week, I learned so much, and I actually found my sponsor because of this program. They really care about every client individually and are very attentive to specific needs. I loved working with Katie as my case manager, she did an amazing job. Thank you so much Everlast, I’ll definitely be back to visit!

If you’re really serious about changing your life around then this place is where you need to be.
You can bring your pets and they accept couples. The staff here are all amazing and willing to help whenever you ask for help. The chefs: Tiffany and Mike really get down and make some really delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. The nurses Michelle and Amy make sure you take your meds whenever needed and also make check in with you every morning to see if your having withdrawal symptoms such as night terrors, using dreams, tremors, anxiety, depression, all that stuff that you don’t want to feel when you’re withdrawing and they make sure you are prescribed the right meds to prevent all those things. The case workers Alejandra and Angela work above and beyond to make sure everything you need is taken care of. Angela is also the educator and teaches some really informative group classes that help you understand your disease. And the rest of the staff are all amazing and I’m really going to miss all of you! Claudia and Valerie are really sweet and kind and funny. I always looked forward to seeing them at the facility. Dan and RayRay and Joe are all very personable and will give you some of the best advice and it’s only up to you to decide if you wanna take it and run with it. Steve thank you for bringing my partner and I to court on your day off. Banchi is the sweetest person in the entire universe and you made me smile so much and being sober made me appreciate any smiles I got from the staff here. Tiffany thank you for all the meaningful talks we had every morning, I always looked forward to seeing you during the weekdays! And Mike thank you for making sure we eat good everyday ! You’re the man! To all the clients that were in the program while me and my partner were there, Thank you! you guys made this process so much more smoother and comfortable and I had a blast with all of you. MFI Outpatient and Medical saved my life! I came in through the Cares Line right off the streets of Lake Elsinore and was able to connect with MFI at the sober living, IOP and MAT services stage after 93 days of treatment at a different facility. I was welcomed and encouraged and set right in the middle of their Outpatient program. I was given Case Mgr Natalie, Group facilitator Jessica, House Mgr Alex and then BJ and her awesome team in Medical. I was truly set up for success! I felt thoroughly cared for, loved and spoiled. I will never forget my time at MFI! I’m 4 years clean and sober in June. I entered this program on 4/18/25, and I spent 31 days here, successfully completing the program. This place was my saving grace, and gave me a second chance in life. I lost my kids due to drugs, and because of GHW, I was able to get on the right track back to having them home with me again. Gibson House for Women gave me my life back! My counselor, Danielle, was and will always be my angel. She had my back from day 1, and was always on top of things. All of the counselors are amazing - they all really do care and most have been down the same roads so they know what you're going through. I was housed with 30 other woman here, and every single one of them became my sober sisters - the most incredible group of women I've ever met iny life. We all had each other to lean on during those times of hardship, and comfort was always there. This place truly is magical, and I can't thank GHW, and the women I went through treatment with enough for everything they've done for me. It was a miracle I ended up here, and the program wasn't exactly easy, but I needed their strict structure at the time, and am so grateful for it. My advice to anyone reading this is STICK WITH IT! IT'S SO WORTH THE REWARDS IN THE END. Don't let anyone take you out of character and destroy the peace you so much deserve.

I just wanted to adjust my rating of this place the Blaine Street adult clinic has been instrumental and influential in my life so of course it deserves five stars all of the people there in the clinicians and therapists are awesome. They offer multiple groups and tomorrow even though having pizza you know but I've also found in order to make any type of recovery or progress you have to find someone to hold you accountable you have to actually be accountable to yourself if you hold yourself accountable you can always see improvement but you won't actually make improvement and tell you have someone hold you accountable. Often times I've blamed others for not seeing the perception of things are potential in them and also once happiness can only be determined by one's self if you respond to another's actions with happiness or sadness they are in control of your emotions that would be insane so that's one good thing I've learned and also if you put in the time and the work and hold yourself accountable you always make improvements hope it's the first time also you should check out the groups and I don't know if I can actually mention any of the therapist my hand but they're all awesome everyone knows that thank you Blaine clinic and I'm sorry that I've always been in pain

Great place , I really received a lot of help with my mental health and substance abuse issues! The group therapy was something I really needed the most. I had been to a few programs out here and this place by far was the best .The therapist is amazing and the group facilitator really cared about me as an individual!! Man… Puente House 444. I loved it. I hated it. But I needed it. Looking back, I wouldn’t trade those six months for anything.
When I arrived, I was needy, hungry, angry, stubborn, and convinced I had it all figured out (I didn’t). 😤 I hated the rules, the structure, but knew it is something I needed.
But little by little, I started to understand. Puente isn’t just about sobriety—it’s about becoming someone you can respect. The staff didn’t sugarcoat anything. They called me out, pushed me, and supported me in ways I didn’t know I needed. ❤️
I came to love the community—the kitchen laughs, the raw group talks, the late-night convos with guys who most likely did not make it. Some days I couldn’t stand facing myself, or even shower. Other days, I felt more alive than I had in years.
What makes 444 special is how it sticks with you. Shouting “444” during meetings or hearing it from someone picking up a chip gave me something I’d been missing: belonging. That alone killed off my loneliness.
Today, I’ve got over 9 months sober. I now understand: sobriety comes first—everything else follows.

I like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Crossroads Recovery Centers and its top notch nursing Department, comprised of a hard working committed staff as follows: Danielle, Shirley, Arianna and Kyle.
Upon my arrival to Crossroads Recovery Centers, I was suffering from major depression and 27 year addiction to opiates, I never received any long term treatment before and to my good fortune I was introduced to Mr. Edgar Villa. He gave me a tour of the facility and he also became my therapist, he helped me to look within myself to find my co-occurring condition meaning my mental health was a factor in my addiction as well. I went through some really difficult times, but the Nursing Staff was right there with me during my anger outburt, PTSD flash backs they were there through it all and I'm so thankful. Crossroads Recovery Centers has given me a second chance to a better quality of life. I also would like to thank my counselor Edmond who always was honest and straight forward with me and taught me to be true to myself and change my addictive behavior.
Special thanks to Edgar and Vanessa for caring for me when I didn't care about myself. Crossroads Recovery Centers has given me new lease on life and I can't you enough!!!!!!

I'd give them 5 stars but the lady's that are in charge of enrolling people for the DUI program are extremely rude. Especially ANGELICA, (sits on the far left) as soon as clients walk out I hear her talking bad about them. I've watched her give people disgusting looks, and makes them feel dumb. She loves the toxicity from what I heard her say. (Smh) She is the face of this company and honestly makes people feel less than. Other than that The counselors are amazing for group and outpatient programs!!!! Their receptionist is also a sweet heart unlike the other ladies.

The Tay Center is a welcoming space for young adults aged 16 to 25, offering a wide range of support services. Whether you need case management, therapy, or a consultation with our psychiatrist who visits once a week, we're here to help.
Our Drop-In Center provides services without requiring you to be a client—just be between 16 and 25 years old! We serve lunch from Monday to Friday, and you can also wash your clothes, take a shower, and join various groups happening throughout the day.
Above all, the Tay Center is a safe and supportive environment for young adults to find the help they need.

Best client was Edgar Orozco been going there since 2018 originally from Rancho Tay Center since 2013. They helped me alot with my basic life needs. I love all the field trips we went with and I still have all the pictures we took. We had alot of fun events and holidays to celebrate. My favorite holiday we celebrated was Fathers Day and Christmas. I made so many memories and friends there. I will never forget them all. My case manager was Steven. They gave me a ride home every Wednesday and Thursdays. They helped me look for jobs and basic needs. They also served daily medication for us to take. All the people there felt like a family to me. I will never forget the first day I joined Tay. I transfered when I was 26. Went to Tay when I was around 19. I loved everyone. I will come back one day. (Ps they also had Tay Bucks almost like real money)
