I felt lost, anxious, confused, and ashamed. But as soon as I stepped into DEDICATO they treated me with compassion and empathy, I wasn't judged at all. I felt so at ease and comfortable. Dr. Marshall is very understanding he knows where I was coming from and he felt my pain. The staff treated me like family. The first person to greet you is Lilly with a smile and helps with any questions you might have, Kalen a staff member and a physical trainer is their by your side step by step. I call them the three wise men again Dr. Marshall keeps it real with me, that's what I wanted honestly, by my side during my journey on recovery. I have David an awesome person has great group zoom meetings. Charles keeps it real also honest and humble, very understanding. I recommend this place to everyone and everybody who wants to change their lives and recover from any addiction. HANDS DOWN the BEST program I've ever been to.I went there a few years back and I've been to several programs, and this one genuinely cares and IS NOT in it for the money. Dr.marshall is very professional and doesn't just sit behind a desk + poures his heart out!

Dr. Marshall is a prime example of fighting the odds and changing his life in a complete 180, inspirational in so many ways. I'm lucky to have the privilege to attend his classes at The Salvation Army and every time it is an exceptional lesson I learn. His story from having nothing to being successful in school, attaining multiple degrees in college, and opening up rehabs of his own shows his determination and will power to want change and better for himself and still try to help others. He has shown great resources and ways to be successful and it is extremely helpful to have a source like him to listen to and learn from. This smart, encouraging, and helpful human being, Dr. Marshall, has helped and is still helping lives daily by sharing his life story with passion and honesty and teaching lessons to help the ones still struggling in addiction. 10 acre ranch is an incredible program. I came here in February for my second time and I couldn t have asked for better support. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and does their best to go above and beyond to meet the clients needs. That extra mile makes a huge difference when you re trying to find the footing to ground yourself again. 10/10 thank you guys for everything.

The 10 Acres Ranch staff made it a extremely easy process to get admitted really quickly. The staff were very knowledgeable and had excellent past experience. The food was great with Chef Mike on grounds. Dienna and Alejandra always went out of their way and stepped up anytime I needed help with Court and Work. It was also very nice to have two outings per week and LA Fitness gym daily. Sobriety has been the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I would give 10 acre ranch five stars, and I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking to change their life.

I have been on MMT for several years (mainly do to me being stubborn and still using despite literally not feeling a thing). I can thankfully say that today I am 5.5 years clean, and I have tapered down ~50% of my original peak dose. The doctors, front desk staff, nurses, and manager(s) are very nice, and understanding. The service provided at this Aegis Treatment Centers location by their amazing staff is excellent, and I am thankful everyday for the work they do, and continue to do.They have to put up with some of the worst people often, and for that they have my utmost respect.Thank you for being amazing, patient, and understanding.Thank you for giving me a chance at having a decent life again.

I've been clean nearly seven years and finished the program three years this May. Best thing ever. Great staff if you're doing what you're supposed to be doing. Saved my life and will be eternally grateful.

My experience with this institution has been great, staff members come an go quite often, especially in your counseling sector. Otherwise, the treatments your facility offers for opiated causes, have been very well conducted. The cost per month, rose significantly, just in one month alone, their was an increase of $60.00, which is a sufficient amount to some folks like myself. Your manager in your El Monte facility, is fantastic an kind an very caring gentleman, an so are both doctor, an the women Maria who works in your dispensary sector, all counselors that I know are great individuals also, this El Monte facility I would recommend/reference too anyone that s in need of help , in all aspects! I wish you all the best in health, and the best in the business of mental an physical help , to us all that are in need of your utilization, I personally want to thank you all , w/ all sincerity, you ve helped mi out tremendously an I m sure I speak for alota folks that attend your great services! :) May God Bless all your hearts an souls , your entire staff are tremendously great folks, an very helpful an most of all very very kind!!!

Let me preface this by saying I am a big reviewer. I read reviews and I leave reviews. Having said that, this is probably the most significant review I have ever and will ever leave in my life.That is for one reason. This place did not change my life, it saved my life.I was a resident at The Prado house for 90 days, from the end of May until the end of August 2024.Nothing I could write, no eloquent words could ever do justice to this program and the amazing staff. Each one is so committed to the well-being of each resident. Johnny, my case manager, is without a doubt top three favorite men in my life. His genuine desire to provide empathetic support is second to none. I cannot sing his praises enough. Kim is amazing and Maggie has to be one of my favorite human beings on this planet. ALL the staff is beyond dedicated.I came in with an 8-year heroin addiction, and a 10-year meth addiction. Among other things. I expected to leave this facility with 90 days clean. And I did that. I never would have imagined those 90 days would now be at the bottom of the list of what I gained in my time there. 90 days sober while you're in "a bubble" is not all that hard to accomplish. Being filled with the confidence, the desire, the faith and given not only a toolbox FULL of tools but the tricks to applying those tools the second you walk out the door, now that's what gives you a fighting chance. I received that in the His House / New Creation program.They carefully transition you at the end of your time there to wherever you and your case manager decide is best. There are MANY options.And their alumni! The HHNC Alumni is second to none! The continual support of like-minded people who are committed to their sobriety and working a solid program of recovery is priceless!I HIGHLY recommend this program to anyone suffering from any type of substance abuse disorder.If you are willing to put in the work and pursue recovery as hard as you pursued your addiction, please, call this program. They have mens homes, a womens home as well as co-ed homes. They accept medi-cal. Even OC medi-cal. As well as private pay.I hope this helps anyone on here looking for information and HOPE. There IS hope! ~~~I'm happy to answer any specific questions about the program, the Prado house etc. I know going into a program can be scary and I know I had a LOT of questions I wish I'd had answers to while researching places. I went to New Creation back in January 23,2024 and graduated on May 6, 2024. Staff there was amazing. When I first got to Encanto Brianna always talked to me and helped me overcome a lot of situations. Especially with my mental health

My sister went to this house, and it truly changed her life. I am so grateful to His House (specifically Prado house) for helping my sister recover from her addiction and develop an amazing support system AMEN!
