Ever since I found Bart program, my life has changed so significantly. It's gotten better. I'm with my children more and everything. I have actually got money to do things with now. The BART program is amazing program and I I really really do recommend you guys to everybody I come across that needs help. I think it wasn't for this program. I'd probably be dead already. BAART programs has literally saved my life. I was in shambles prior to BAART no self respect, lost my family and their respect, did not have a home or decent vehicle my entire life was up in the air I had absolutely no direction. Needless to say after meeting the extremely professional staff with their respectful down to earth attitude they made me feel right at home. Counseling was and is amazing I love being able to speak to someone who understands my struggles. Through the program I was taught to hold my self accountable for my actions among many other well needed life lessons. BAART has been the beginning to my journey but most definitely not the end so I say THANK YOU BAART Porterville 🙏 you are one of the main reasons I am here today. Also please keep in mind BAART just like any other place is closed for most holidays on google It Will say for instance today is (Insert Holiday Name Here) and it may alter the hours that are posted. So if in doubt call ahead to make sure they are open. The staff is and will forever be there to HELP.

I highly recommend this clinic for those seeking treatment from opioid addiction. While I believe there are those who do take advantage of what this program has to offer, THE HELP IS THERE FOR THOSE WHO TRULY WANT IT, BAART helped me get my life back.

New Visions genuinely saved my life. I went for 29 days in May of 2023, and left cause I thought I could it. I was high again 2 weeks later. They picked me up the second time I went and welcomed me back with open arms. I was at my lowest. Lost custody of my kids, my bf was cheating and hitting me. We were both addicts, with no way out. When I went back they assisted me in addressing every problem I had. The counselor I had was amazing, and she made sure I knew I was heard and mattered. I was there around 5 months which is longer than most, but it was exactly what I needed. I now have over 2 years sober from IV use of meth. I have my kids weekly with a job, my own place, and a vehicle. Without New Visions staff and support I can honestly say, I would still be alone, at my lowest. They provided for me in ways I couldn't provide for myself. ♥️

Has sober women there....Staff is awesome...allows their patient to talk whenever I call and come say hi when I happen to stop off there...Like the first sentence.....Has sober women there...

Best place in the world saved my life

I am so thankful for the VA and especially the Tulare Clinic. We live in a country that takes care of it's veterans and, yes, there are some miscues, I've made a few myself, but I am still very thankful and the staff and doctors have given me the care I have needed. There are options, you can always go wait at a non-VA Dr. and wait there and pay for it out of your pocket. I've used my Tri-Care with some success but in the end I prefer my VA, both in Tulare and Fresno.

I don't have any problems with them and everyone I've met is great...........But hey I'm easy.

Good service for all of need it

I loved attending this outpatient program. They have a couches and a big screen TV where you can sit and wait for your group to start. Counselors that really care and know what to say to you. If you're serious about your recovery but don't want the commitment of going to an inpatient program which is what I was dealing with it really was amazing. All the staff is always so nice. Lori Keen was my counselor and she just made a big difference to my recovery. And all the people that attend other people going through similar situations are really cool it's cool to meet new types of people

At this time I currently have a 16 year old daughter and a 3month grandson as well that is special to all. She is a intelligent young lady that has a future... At this time she has been beaten up and hurt and is fighting against all other youths that is locally gang up against eachother as gang violience and I feel as a mother that it doesn't have licensed professionals that have licenses, and school college or so,e type of knowledge and wisom with experiences as well. youth training youths as well and manager director administration is the worest.... I havce no allegations and donrt make any allegations unless if its not a safe environment and surroundings to saend to that home....I have so much more things but will b a topic with suggestions and community needs to come together and start a support group,,,and better the youth program from the trajdy that past history started with and changed but has gotten worse in same area but gotten worse in all othe rarea,,,, Please help... But very grateful of supporting in areas like nutrition and supply water and electric needs....
