New Visions genuinely saved my life. I went for 29 days in May of 2023, and left cause I thought I could it. I was high again 2 weeks later. They picked me up the second time I went and welcomed me back with open arms. I was at my lowest. Lost custody of my kids, my bf was cheating and hitting me. We were both addicts, with no way out. When I went back they assisted me in addressing every problem I had. The counselor I had was amazing, and she made sure I knew I was heard and mattered. I was there around 5 months which is longer than most, but it was exactly what I needed. I now have over 2 years sober from IV use of meth. I have my kids weekly with a job, my own place, and a vehicle. Without New Visions staff and support I can honestly say, I would still be alone, at my lowest. They provided for me in ways I couldn't provide for myself. ♥️

Has sober women there....Staff is awesome...allows their patient to talk whenever I call and come say hi when I happen to stop off there...Like the first sentence.....Has sober women there...

Good service for all of need it

I loved attending this outpatient program. They have a couches and a big screen TV where you can sit and wait for your group to start. Counselors that really care and know what to say to you. If you're serious about your recovery but don't want the commitment of going to an inpatient program which is what I was dealing with it really was amazing. All the staff is always so nice. Lori Keen was my counselor and she just made a big difference to my recovery. And all the people that attend other people going through similar situations are really cool it's cool to meet new types of people

Excellent staff; RNs, MH staff, including Guards. I only had one bad experience with an RN during my 8 or so days, and perhaps she was just having a bad day. (Very understandable with some of the patients there, WOW!!) One of the other RNs liked to compare opinions on various shows on Netflixs and other films and tv shows we had seen, plus recommendations to each other, on the one rare day of her 3 day shift she had a little time to breathe. She also had never had an opportunity to talk to anyone who had experienced Electric Shock Therapy or some time back changed with Shock replaced by Convulsive. I understand perfectly why it is policy not to allow any mental health staff to meet, etc. with any former patients with MH issues. However, is it possible to meet in the safety of the hospital, at the discretion of the RN in this case of course. There are some very dangerous men there, some of which i met there. In fact, while I was there, a every loud female scream was heard throughout a large section of the hospital from a small room there. Obviously, a male patient did something very wrong to one of the female MH staff. Immediately, all the MH staff plus guards who heard the scream instantly dropped whatever they were doing and ran as fast as they could to her aid. Don't know any details, of course, but we patients in the area across from the activity sure we're surprised and curious about it. Also, locked in, perhaps. Anyway, the Bing map i was given befóre going to my new housing was very flawed.

Very caring and very professional. Nurses are caring and efficient. Doctors also caring and continued to adjust medications till they got the right combination to effectively control my server depression. Thank you.

Family HealthCare Network has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the medical field. From the moment you walk into the building, you are greeted with a warm smile and guided to the right department. The facility is clean, the staff are respectful and professional, and Dr. Rivera has excellent bedside manners. They are also excellent with follow-up appointments, referrals, and quick prescription refills right at their facility.

Okay so I was so nervous calling because my last providers were very rude, but whenever I called a worker named Michelle really helped me out. She was very sweet to me and assured me that it was OK for me to ask questions and help us help us as customers of family healthcare. She was very, very sweet and not only did. She reassure me that it’s all OK. She helped me out tons and reached out to the doctor for me. I think she should get a raise. Thank you, Michelle for giving family healthcare a good name for itself

In all honesty this is heaven on earth I feel loved and respected and my mental health is valued here if turning point wasn't available I'd be on the streets doing fentanyl still this place should be a place where family isn't worried or concerned for their family member in recovery compared to pine and Robertson they both will never compare to how amazing turning point is the true elite recovery home and I'm speaking from experience 😊 the staff actually care about you and the new director Sam is important and truly cares about all the residents here 🙏 thank you for having me here

It has helped me tremendously

The Visalia Re-Entry Center gives men a great chance at a fresh start in life. Additionally, it gives connections to job training organizations and it provides the essential resources for re-entry to be possible.

At this time I currently have a 16 year old daughter and a 3month grandson as well that is special to all. She is a intelligent young lady that has a future... At this time she has been beaten up and hurt and is fighting against all other youths that is locally gang up against eachother as gang violience and I feel as a mother that it doesn't have licensed professionals that have licenses, and school college or so,e type of knowledge and wisom with experiences as well. youth training youths as well and manager director administration is the worest.... I havce no allegations and donrt make any allegations unless if its not a safe environment and surroundings to saend to that home....I have so much more things but will b a topic with suggestions and community needs to come together and start a support group,,,and better the youth program from the trajdy that past history started with and changed but has gotten worse in same area but gotten worse in all othe rarea,,,, Please help... But very grateful of supporting in areas like nutrition and supply water and electric needs....
