I was at my lowest. Lost custody of my kids, my bf was cheating and hitting me. We were both addicts, with no way out. When I went back they assisted me in addressing every problem I had. The counselor I had was amazing, and she made sure I knew I was heard and mattered. I was there around 5 months which is longer than most, but it was exactly what I needed. I now have over 2 years sober from IV use of meth. I have my kids weekly with a job, my own place, and a vehicle. Without New Visions staff and support I can honestly say, I would still be alone, at my lowest. They have a couches and a big screen TV where you can sit and wait for your group to start. Counselors that really care and know what to say to you. If you're serious about your recovery but don't want the commitment of going to an inpatient program which is what I was dealing with it really was amazing. All the staff is always so nice.
