I went into FSR Outpatient treatment not knowing what to expect, as I was going because I wanted to quit lying to my husband and be available for my elderly parents sober. What I found was a very caring, kind and empathetic group of people dedicated to my success, teaching me the tools necessary to live life on life's terms sober. All of the case managers and counselors were knowledgeable and they cared about helping me and those in recovery. However my case manager Sara was above and beyond amazing, I came into FSR for everyone in my family but me. Through Sara I not only learned the valuable tools necessary for my recovery, but Sara helped me love myself through this incredible journey. I am forever grateful that I made the decision of choosing FSR and working with such a wonderful team. Through Sara and the Team at FSR, I feel I have a strong foundation with the tools I need for a successful path forward in my recovery. Thank you FSR, Michelle

I think west care is a very good place to start if u are struggling with addiction. They assign u to a counselor as soon as u arrive and they have classes to help teach u and understand how to cope with it. Going into the program u have to surrender yourself to change, they have resources to help u get on your feet & become a productive member of society. the biggest plus was the food on occasion and being able to bring my daughter as it is open to mothers and children. The biggest minus where no social passes so u are not allowed to go out of the facility unless u have an appt & also being in pending ( isolation) for the first 5 days from my understanding these changes occured due to covid so they are trying to keep us safe other then that it's probably one of the best facilities to come too. 🤗

I am truly grateful for WestCare and the staff while I was there. I want to say that they have a phenomenal program set in place for people who are seeking lifelong sobriety. If you are serious about your recovery and your program, then WestCare in my opinion, is a great place to start! I completed my program in December of 2023 and because of the guidance and tools I was given at WestCare, I remain clean today. I have 20 months and am an active member of the NA program. Thank you WestCare!!

I have never received therapy before going to this office. Starting from the front desk to everyone I have worked with has been above and beyond with me. I met Erin, Julieanna, and Valerie and it’s so sad for me that I'm moving to a different city and not be able to continue receiving services from these amazing people I have met who have always welcomed me and supported me no matter how right or wrong I was. I received services for about 1.5 years here and I am walking out a completely different person from the version of me that walked in 1.5 years ago. I have been a stronger and wiser version of myself (still need improvement on the wisdom part lol) over these 1.5 years. Thanks to everyone who has helped me improve my journey to wellness and recovery and helped me believe more in myself for the rest of my life ❤️

I had a good experience here. Most of the staff were nice. Daniel, one of the newer therapists, is honestly the best part of this place. He runs groups and also does one-on-one therapy. He helps people worry less by using the idea of an upward spiral vs a downward spiral, and asks practical questions like how long we actually want to worry about something and whether the worry makes sense for that amount of time. He also does something called “check the facts,” where we break down an activating event, how it made us feel, the thoughts we had, the interpretations and stories we told ourselves, and the roles we placed on ourselves and others. Then we look at what actually happened versus our interpretation, decide how we want to feel, what need would be met by feeling that way, and then check in with our feelings again afterward. He also talks a lot about noticing emotions in the body, which was really helpful. We were invited to the gym and rec room daily. The gym had basketball, ping pong, bowling, tennis, exercise equipment, and more. The rec room had paint, coloring pages, word searches, nail polish, and bracelet making. Once a week they did karaoke, and another day they did bingo — the prizes were things like deodorant and socks, which honestly made me laugh. We weren’t allowed to go outside, and there was almost no music except for about an hour once a week. The food was actually really good — healthy, veggie-filled, and they accommodated vegan diets. The vegan meals were healthy too, which I really appreciated. Overall, this stay was a positive experience for me, especially because of the therapy and activities offered. David, Kelley, Savannah, Daniel are other notable mentions of staff members and the other therapist who's name I forgot You may also respect to speak to a Chaplin if you wish
