I have been coming here for years. This place saved my life. I was lucky for so long to have an amazing counselor with Corinna until she left. Still miss her! Then I got to be with Monica for a while until she ended up leaving. Miss her too! And now I am with Juanita and she is also awesome! I have been very lucky with the counselors I have had. Juanita inspires and encourages me every time I talk to her! I am very lucky to have her as my counselor! Although I hope to safely be off eventually I am grateful to this clinic for everything they have done. The employees here have always been kind to me and helpful.

I came to this clinic because of my pain from an accident that broke my back and caused me to need several surgeries in order to partially repair my lower spine. I still need surgery and my pain doctor I was going to retired without much notice (1 week) and I could not find any pain doctors that would keep me on the methadone (I don’t like the loopy feeling the other meds give you) they all wanted to put me on Vicodin which I was on for a few years and hated it because it made me sick and dizzy plus it was damaging my liver so I cannot take that anymore so my Dr put me on methadone because it lasts longer and you take less of it. My pain doctor told me to come to the clinic they treat for pain also not just addiction issues, and I am extremely happy I did because every single person at this clinic is amazing. The staff is caring and very helpful with any issues. I admit I did feel awkward at first going to this clinic because I was not a former drug addict and didn’t have addiction issues so I felt out of place but they made me feel comfortable and not judged. My counselor Roy has been phenomenal and helping me cope with my daily stress and the stresses that my life has brought to me he’s always there for me and always willing to talk to me no matter what and without him, for example today, I don’t know if I could’ve handled it if I hadn’t been able to talk to him today, he was there for me and calmed me down talked me through the issues and made me realize that I just need to relax and stop stressing about things that I cannot change and he is an amazing counselor and I could not ask for anything better. This place is also awesome if you need it for addiction issues, I’ve seen how they treat everybody and everybody is treated the same way with respect and dignity and they help everyone . Thank you Medmark team for everything. Y’all are the bomb!! Thanks so much! PS: Roy you are the man! Always know what to say to make me snap out of my anxiety’s and fears.

So far best place yet i have not been to any other clinic nor pan on too. I did my homework first And this was the flace i choose so far everything going good if it was not for these people i don’t know what id done..
Im also fighting for my kids back to get em home from cps and not cause i tested positive for druggs i was negative i do have a pill problem though to pain pills n xannys thats y im getting help my kids taking cause i was on a manic high from being out of my bipolar meds n my house was horrible 😞😒😞😟😔

My experience here has been great, no complaints! My counselor is Ronnie who understands me and my struggles. Ronnie is always there when I need someone to vent to. I've been clean for over 2 years now which is the longest I've ever been sober and I love every minute of it. I want to also thank all of Baart for the love and support they have given me through my journey. I've been able to turn my life around and become a happy person. I am also working and going to college now since I've been with BAART. It's something I'm very proud of and hope to keep building on my sobriety for the rest of my life!

I am truly grateful for WestCare and the staff while I was there. I want to say that they have a phenomenal program set in place for people who are seeking lifelong sobriety. If you are serious about your recovery and your program, then WestCare in my opinion, is a great place to start! I think west care is a very good place to start if u are struggling with addiction they assign u to a counselor as soon as u arrive and they have classes to teach u so that u may understand how to cope with it. Going into the program u have to surrender yourself to change, they have resources to help u get on your feet to be become a productive member of society. the biggest pluses was the food on occasions and being able to bring my daughter as it is open to mothers and children. The biggest minuses where no social passes so u are not allowed to go out of the facility unless u have an appt & also being in pending ( isolation) for the first 5 days from my understanding these changes occured due to covid so they are trying to keep us safe other then that it's probably one of the best facilities to come too 🤗

New Visions genuinely saved my life.
I went for 29 days in May of 2023, and left cause I thought I could it. I was high again 2 weeks later.
They picked me up the second time I went and welcomed me back with open arms.
I was at my lowest. Lost custody of my kids, my bf was cheating and hitting me. We were both addicts, with no way out.
When I went back they assisted me in addressing every problem I had. The counselor I had was amazing, and she made sure I knew I was heard and mattered. I was there around 5 months which is longer than most, but it was exactly what I needed.
I now have over 2 years sober from IV use of meth. I have my kids weekly with a job, my own place, and a vehicle.
Without New Visions staff and support I can honestly say, I would still be alone, at my lowest.
They provided for me in ways I couldn't provide for myself. ♥️

Edit: I saw that Blenda doesn’t work for the practice anymore. This tells me that they take patients’ concerns very seriously, which is what I am used to from them. Thanks guys for being great!!
Old review: This is a great practice in general with great staff, but I had to give them a one star review because their Psychiatrist has extremely poor listening/comprehension skills and doesn’t listen to what the patient has to say. Go see all their doctors they are the loveliest most professional people, just not their psychiatrist Dr. Blenda.

I loved attending this outpatient program. They have a couches and a big screen TV where you can sit and wait for your group to start. Counselors that really care and know what to say to you. If you're serious about your recovery but don't want the commitment of going to an inpatient program which is what I was dealing with it really was amazing. All the staff is always so nice. Lori Keen was my counselor and she just made a big difference to my recovery. And all the people that attend other people going through similar situations are really cool it's cool to meet new types of people

My experience at the Kaiser dermatology clinic was excellent. I arrived early. The registration clerk was polite and friendly. They actually got me into an exam room 10 minutes before my appointment.. The nurse practitioner was friendly, efficient, and educative.! I highly recommend Kaiser dermatology!

A friend had recommended this dui program. They were also a little cheaper after calling around. Did 6 months course with Lance and honestly it went quick. Classes were engaging and they also work with if you need to reschedule or change your classes around.
