My kiddo spent time at Phoenix Rising in 2025. The staff was attentive and caring and was continually going the extra mile. The rehab home was very nice and comfortable. My kiddos shared that he had the best therapist he has ever had and he’s had quite a few. The drug and alcohol counselor was also outstanding. Highly recommend!

TLC has been nothing but great for me. I’ve been to multiple different rehabs and outpatient centers, but this has by far been a life changing experience for me. Without Michael’s House, and Michael’s House Transitional Living Center I would probably be dead by now. The staff is truly compassionate and knows exactly what it’s like to be in the grasp of addiction. The care they provide is unmatched and truly magical. Andrew the coordinator is very active with all the patients and plans amazing trips for all to in treatment to enjoy. He’s very important to the overall morale to the people there. He is always planning great hikes and activities for all do. It’s very nice to have an activity to do and get all out of the center for some great fun!! Bella Monte is a special place where you heal with the help of caring and highly trained professionals. The staff is remarkable - their empathy and kindness coupled with an array of amazing therapeutic protocol and combined with the resort-like ambience of the facility all add to create a special (almost magical) refuge for the client suffering from substance abuse. I cannot recommend Bella Monte more highly. I was on the precipice and the Bella Monte staff healed me with therapeutic tools and classes, amazing healthcare and diet options, and the fount of ever flowing kindness and empathy. I feel so lucky I choose Bella Monte - again, I cannot recommend it enough.

This place saved my life. Everyone there is like family. The counselor/therapists really help you find out why are using in the first place. The groups are usually pretty in depth as well. Not your typical, triggers and coping skills groups so that’s good. The techs are awesome as well. I know a few people recently stopped working there so it probably isn’t running as smoothly, but still it’s the best place for u or a loved one! Love these guys so much!

I went to Kiloby for 6 months. the work they do at the center is very rewarding and changed my life. With that being said, it is a smaller treatment center with a small number of staff which results in a disorganized feeling to the program and a LOT of repeat groups which got very boring. Plus a lot of time is spent sitting around doing 'self support' because they don't have enough staff to run groups and do one on one sessions at the same time. And don't be fooled when you hear them say this is not a 12 step program; 12 step meetings are MANDATORY. and one last thing: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SOBER LIVING... unless you like sleeping in very cheap bunk beds and tight quarters with upwards of 8-9 people at a time. I am not saying I don't think this is a good program, because it is and I got a lot out of it but I think there is a lot of room for improvement from Kiloby. Give it a try if you want to try something different that really gets to the core of your issues.
Update, 5 years later: After re-reading my review, and the reviews of others who have left a rating, I truly think The Kiloby Center deserves at least a 4-4.5 Star rating. On reflection, the work I did here changed my life more than any of the other programs I've been to. The comments I made about the sober living seem so trivial now.. I can honestly say, for a smaller treatment center, Kiloby did their best and still managed to make a bigger impact on my life than any other 'rehab'/program. I can't say thank you enough. this place gave me an entirely new point of view.

This treatment program is a blessing that I will always cherish!staff at this location is above and beyond perfection when it comes down to everyone and everything thing that has to be addressed to make things work for everyone involved in the treatment program there at casa cecilia.i was kicked out of many different live in rehab and sober living locations in and around southern California was not untill I was sent to this facility "temporary HOME", that I received the help I needed to overcome my downfalls.if this place and people are and where able to help me succeed in life I know they're able to get the help that's needed to others who suffer from crippling addiction. A wonderful place where my friend was receiving treatment. Today, we received disheartening news about the county fabricating an excuse for a delayed document to shut them down. It sounds shady, like county officials taking bribes again and shut this place down because they weren't getting paid under the table.
