I just want just want to say I'm ever so grateful for Banyan. My first rehab. Loved the classes, group therapy sessions with Richard. And my case manager Ebony is the shit. She gave me the strength to push thru. She always says advocate advocate advocate. She's been my rock I love her for keeping it real. From day one she believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. I have so much respect and adoration for her. I'll miss her for sure. That's what I needed. My Therapist Richard is the most amazing human I've ever met. He showed me how to stay calm, breathe and meditate. His group sessions were the best thing for me. It gave me the confidence I didn't see within me. He taught me to love myself and hold on tight to my sobriety. I will miss him dearly. He taught me so much more I will forever be grateful. And Dr. Ross! She's efficient with what she does for. She also taught me from her group sessions self love. She's a beautiful person who cares for her clients. John one of the case managers talked at groups and he always had a powerful voice that it got right through you. He taught us how to turn our weaknesses to strength. He was inspirational and and motivational. Beth therapist has classes also and she was fun and. Most importantly she taught us how our brain works with use of drugs. It's incredible. BHT's Adriana is another one who does her work efficiently. Always on the go. Victor is very nice and calm. He does his job with a smile. Elise was helpful and helped me when I want to leave Banyan. Lisa was very caring to she met my needs right away. The food was delicious. It's was than we can ask for. Now the housekeepers were amazing and they get their job done and very nice. If I needed something they were so helpful. I'm going to miss most the staff. What helped me more is my peers. Now they had my back and took care of me when I wanted to leave and when I was down and out they were there. Monique the provider listened to my needs and helped me. I'm thankful for her. The nurses Julie, Tammy, Crystal, Jacque, Christina were good to me too. This place was the right decision for me. Thank you Banyan and thanks to my sister who chose this place.

This place saved my life! I’ve been in 2 other outpatient rehabs and eventually relapsed. If you’re suffering from addiction and are ready, truly ready to be clean and sober, Banyan is the place to come. The staff are professional and have firsthand experience with addiction. You are truly not alone on your sober journey. It is a healing environment, and you will detox and recover seamlessly! The next time I visit Banyan, I will be there as an alumnus, speaking on a panel!
My Case Manager, Ebony, was OUTSTANDING. She put me at ease, helping me through the process of applying for and obtaining State Disability and Short Disability through my job. She was kind, caring, empathetic, and an active listener.
All of the Nurses were great and put up with me trying not to be a nurse, but I couldn't turn it off, LOL. The therapists, John, Mark, Elise, Swami, Richard, Tracy, and Beth, were phenomenal. Richard was my personal therapist, and he is skilled in challenging your thought process and gently redirecting those thoughts into positive ones.
The Behavioral Health Techs kept us in line and loved us throughout our time in a residential treatment center. The food was AMAZING! Our Environment Services staff maintained the facility and ensured it remained clean. Dr. Ross's vision of hiring staff who understand what the clients are experiencing is absolute genius. Jesse was instrumental in convincing me to step down to the next level of aftercare (outpatient therapy).
This treatment center is a true community; we all took care of each other.
Outings to the local AA, NA, and CMA meetings were constructive and helped me get accustomed to attending these meetings as part of my lifelong recovery. I left with a toolbox of life skills to help keep me sober. Thank you ALL AGAIN for helping me get back to sanity.

Banyan almost saved my life. I am so happy that I was able to find this place and admit myself the best care ever and I will definitely recommend the residential to anyone that’s struggling with addiction.. Amazing experience at cbh, they did dress code me a ridiculous amount of times but after I communicated they were dress coding me for my body they were receptive and stopped. Food is amazing, nursing staff are really cool, the group I was with had some amazing ppl. The phone time is 30 minutes-1hour for 3 days out of the week. The groups were very helpful and the therapists were amazing. This is a truly one of a kind place and I would highly recommend. They will not let you play cards against humanity and also failed to return two expansion packs that I bought and REQUESTED back (not cool Paul and Melissa 😒) but thank you for having me here!!! It was amazing and truly inspiring and helped me in my recovery a ton.

Michael’s House changed my life in matter of weeks. I did things that I never have thought I could and hearing from family members as much of a glow they see within me. I know at times I struggled tremendously with doubting myself but knowing the strong support system I had with the team members kept me afloat. First off I came back here for a reason, I initially came to Michael’s House in April on 22. Obviously I didn’t listen to their recommendations and tried it my way. This time around I was lucky they even took me being that I was on 200mg of methadone. But they had the knowledge and means to detox me safely! I was scared but the whole staff At inpatient to IOP to TLC was exemplary in their approach to help me. I could not have done it with out them, thank you to everyone that helped me on my journey, to many names to name!! I will forever hold Michael’s house deep in my heart! I love this place like home! It feels impossible for me to adequately put into words what Phoenix Rising and their staff means to me. It’s been 9 months since I arrived there, totally broken, hopeless, scared, sick, sad, and ashamed. I was on the verge of death, either by suicide or my failing health due to my addiction and total breakdown. And now, I have hope, I have sobriety, and my life back.
Their program is so special and so well rounded. They think outside of the box with their treatment and make mindful accommodations when necessary. Aside from the usual offerings of therapy, trauma work, 12 step meetings and sober fun days outside of the facility, there is meditation and sound baths, misc outings (hello mani pedi day and softball) and hiking, beautiful pools to swim in, art therapy, writing therapy, and so much more. You learn the science and psychology of addiction, trauma and recovery. You are fed delicious food. Most importantly, you are surrounded by a staff who cares so much. Whomever is responsible for their hiring has a true gift for choosing the right people.

Bella monte is simply the best and I mean the best rehab I’ve ever attended. My 6th one. From the great staff (people just like me and you, addicts), from the different foods they provide. 3 hot meals a day. And u can make ur own food and munch thru out the day. To the rooms. Amazing clean private so comfy beds. Pillows suck tho. Ain’t gonna lie. It’s literally a 5 start resort rehab. The peace and tranquility it gives your mind is exactly what u need and crave for in the time after drug abuse. Every staff member that was there in the month of April 2025 will forever be In my heart! There part of my recovery and the reason I am sober today still . I love you guys and gals. TLC has been nothing but great for me. I’ve been to multiple different rehabs and outpatient centers, but this has by far been a life changing experience for me. Without Michael’s House, and Michael’s House Transitional Living Center I would probably be dead by now. Been there twice and it took traction during round two back on New Year’s Day 2021. Recovery and Rehab you can get whatever you want. Their curriculum at the Ranch is successful just like at different recovery treatment centers. So surrender and go with their program, or you can’t do anything and figure you “got this” or maybe do shady things even there. Your choice, surrender and take it in and try something new, or loiter with intent and see how it works out for you. First tried AA on 12-01-2007 but never surrendered ( figuring I got this) but when I gave up, surrendered, and wanted it no matter what, I finally got sober, do the math on my sobriety and waisted 13 years trying to do it my way. So in AA, or, NA you can do or get everything you want. I want to be sober and nothing else. I surrendered 100% 01-01-21. Thanks Mike and the rest of team and family from the Ranch for saving me.

I went through this program in 2023, and will forever recommend this place to anyone and everyone I come in contact with that is fighting addiction. The staff genuinely cares and puts their whole hearts in everything they do. When I admitted, my son was in the system, I was facing a joint suspension if I kept doing what I was doing. But, with their help, I just hit my 16 months clean and sober November 19th, I have my son, my CPS case is CLOSED, I successfully completed probation without any violations, and am now in school and dedicating my life to helping others the way this whole facility helped me. Great place to address addiction and mental health. Most recently we went on a spiritual hike in Indian Canyon that was fantastic. The photo is from the top of the trail. The people here are caring and knowledgeable. Your treated with dignity. I came here straight from inpatient treatment at ABC. Definitely has had a great impact on my recovery. I have been to many treatment facilities, and Solution Point is by far the best one. I felt safe to be me, to be vulnerable, to open up and be honest. The staff are very caring and loving and supportive. You feel the genuine compassion they have for all their clients. It’s a smaller community which allows for more time with counselors and better opportunity to develop close bonds with your peers, and to really get to know yourself again. You develop friendships and connections that will help you further your recovery once you leave. You make a family for life once you take that first step through those doors! I commend them for practicing what they preach (most clinics will talk a good game but will DO the bare minimum) It's like having found a hidden treasure. From the reception (Deanna is AMAZING) to the dentist and his assistants, my loved one is 84 years old and she's always talking about how kind she is treated. This is almost unheard of for other clinics! And yet despite having to serve dozens of patients a day, staff does an incredible job of not only providing the services, but also making sure patients feel respected. They have composed a phenomenal team of great people and get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Morongo Indian Health Clinic is the only Indian clinic in southern California that does root Canals. IDK why other clinics do not do root Canals but I am registered Navajo Nation, I pay roughly $250 per crown. Root canal or not, only cost is for the crown. "Dr. D." Is the #1 dentist. He should get approved another Hawaii vacation or better. Dr. D does not understand why ALL dentists do not do root canals, he says that all dentists have to do them to graduate dental school, so why can't they do them at every Indian Health clinic? I live in Barstow but it's worth it to go to Dr. D at morongo for my dental needs.
