Judee is a life saver! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! She got my son approved for outpatient and in patient treatment within days! She was genuine and cared about our son’s safety, health and empathized with us as parents going through this for the first time! She never gave up and gave us so many options to help him every step of the way! Everyone at IOP and the Ranch were welcoming and made a huge difference and impact in my son’s life. I have been working on the operations side with Shelly, Katie and Ian for years and their facilities and staff are the best. This program is amazing and made such a huge impact on my sobriety. I participated in the outpatient program and attended a few of the in person sessions, but mainly attended the online sessions due to my work schedule.
Derek’s online sessions created a safe space and not once did I ever feel judged. He gives so much grace, encouragement, education, and experience. Addiction is not a one size fits all model and he really took the time to understand everyone’s individual needs and met us all where we were at in our journey.
Taking the first step and asking for help was the hardest part for me and the only regret I have is not starting sooner.
Vanessa and Derek have two completely different styles, but they are both phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend Ranch Creek. My life is forever changed and I am truly so grateful.
