Judee is a life saver! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! She got my son approved for outpatient and in patient treatment within days! She was genuine and cared about our son’s safety, health and empathized with us as parents going through this for the first time! This program is amazing and made such a huge impact on my sobriety. I participated in the outpatient program and attended a few of the in person sessions, but mainly attended the online sessions due to my work schedule.
Derek’s online sessions created a safe space and not once did I ever feel judged. He gives so much grace, encouragement, education, and experience. Addiction is not a one size fits all model and he really took the time to understand everyone’s individual needs and met us all where we were at in our journey.
Taking the first step and asking for help was the hardest part for me and the only regret I have is not starting sooner.
Vanessa and Derek have two completely different styles, but they are both phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend Ranch Creek. My life is forever changed and I am truly so grateful.

The place itself doesn't look the most beautiful, but the staff here are friendly . just a shout out to Joecyln and tatiana sorry if I misspelled your names, they are the sweetest person/nurses ,always makes me feel welcomed there are no days they're not themselves and smile and acknowledges me . the intake is long be prepared to sit for 3 hours the first day with a counselor. after that you are in and out for dosing. i wont be here long but I will never forget this place and I'm on my healing journey just like everyone else that goes in.Tracy is my counselor and she is also amazing. only recommendation for the doctor is to maybe hire someone to clean the trash in the parking lot.

Really enjoyed my stay, i completed CPR a few months ago and it was difficult being away from my home in NC but it turned out to be the best thing that happened to me. I now have 6 months of sobriety and I'm enjoying being back with my family and living this new way of life. When I think of California Prime it instantly fills me with so much peace! I came into the program a couple years ago I was a lost, scared, insecure broken woman with addiction issues that were ruining my life. . Through out my stay I learned so many skills to change my life. The facilitators and staff are genuine, caring, compassionate, and informative. Today I have my life back! I'm a mother involved in my kids life, I manage a hair salon, I have a strong relationship with God, and thanks to Cali Prime i have coping skills to work through life's hard times that I will use the rest of my life.
