Great bunch of people working there. From Mikey at the front desk on weekends, to Janean, Shay, Kirk, and of course the beloved and beautiful Kaleen who does everyone's job. Administrative people also consists of quality people, their names escape me.
Each of them compassionate, conscientious and kind, choosing to help others attain their individual goals in sobriety. The clinic seems to be populated on most days by people who are experienced at using drugs, sobriety, and generally being run over by life. Not one of them have I ever heard come lain that a counselor didn't see them, or want to speak with them. Truly a cool bunch. I've heard horror stories of other clinics treatment of clients, that doesn't exist here.

if it wasn’t for by valley now, BAART METHADONE treatment I would be dead. Unfortunately, I’ve had to stay on the treatment plan longer than I wanted to cause I started in 1996. But just in my many surgeries and severe osteoporosis and spinal problems. I’m still in a lot of pain and this is the only thing that helps me. I like most of the people here. Especially like a receptionist.

The worst customer service .
On my last 2 visits one was to be tela health but lady demanded i come in so dr could examine me. Ok. He didn't. Just went over blood work did nothing g else. Then next vist receptionist was less than customer service friendly rolled her eyes because I don't know the name of the dr I have seen once 6 months ago. Felt like I was interfering in her day and it went down hill from there.

Update just got a call about my form that needed Dr signature That I dropped off over a month ago. Just got call to pick it up. I said wow its been over a month " I don't know what that's about but it was signed on the 5th) REALLY ! then I'm told to pick it up. I said I checked off for it to be mailed (it's an hour round trip) I'm told I didn't . she then reads form oh yah you did. Maybe a ohh Im sorry for the delay ill get that in the mail today.. NOPE "it will get mailed" It is obvious customer service means nothing to this VA clinic. I guess we Arnt customers we are inconveniences.

This VA clinic is highly irresponsible and should be looked into by the OIG. I have made appointments a year in advance three years in a row, and every year, they cancel my appointed due to some scheduling isshue, after I wated a year to be seen for a health isshue. The manager is very condensing and basically tells you to get lost if you ask why your appointments are being canceled. This place desperately needs new management!!!

Where to start, getting lab results should be easy but it takes two months plus. I go in for labs, low t, they say take it again in 6 weeks to confirm, 6 weeks later still low but it takes a month and a half later until they go over labs finally. They make a referral to endocrinologist he rejects it. Another 6 weeks for labs, followed by a month to hear about results. The staff and nurses are overall pretty rude if you express any dissatisfaction even when you arent saying anything verbally and are just put off by the chaos here. I had so much going on this last week, wife in the hospital, taking care of a house alone, two kids, work, vet appointments, upcoming surgery and the death of another veteran I served with via suicide but hey being slightly irritated but cordial is way too much for them to deal with... they take an hour and a half to fill zofran and then give me attitude about not wanting to wear a mask because I have a breathing problem. I'm not contagious and the labs have to do with my nausea which has been ongoing since 2017 but they didn't care to hear an explanation and then act like they are so put off by my demeanor and not even wanting to hear my words. Must be nice to have such a sheltered little life that you are put off by someones demeanor that you become rude because you find that so hard to deal with. I miss the Visalia Clinic and at this point am just at a loss for words. Patient advocate is a nice lady, she tries, doc tries but beauracracy is a nightmare, Hizen is a good dude too but getting call backs or scheduling to reach out or the front desk to not have an attitude is unreal. The lab techs are sweet too. Some of the staff needs to work on how they treat veterans. I changed my rating, they are pretty decent overall since it seems as if their staff have turned around and are doing much better.

The secretaries were having a personal conversation I left me standing there waiting for them to finish their personal conversation instead of assisting me. Then when she finally called on me she just asked me like I was a child and waitlisted me to see a dentist . Like to punish me or something. I have serious health issues and Sears dental issues both of which are being swept under the rug and I'm being stonewalled with my health care with Hansen dental and Hansen clinic as well.The doctor was yawning and showing unconcerned for my health problems. Didn't seem like you really had any interest in solving my health problems. If you can go somewhere else go somewhere else.

I cannot say enough about this place, I’ve been to other methadone clinics before but this one surpasses them all! The Doctor is absolutely amazing she’s so smart and compassionate. Ceola is my counselor and she is so smart and so capable, She’s one of the best problem solver I’ve ever met. She’s super responsible and has helped me in my journey tremendously. I can honestly say that I have never had a counselor that has been so educated and knowledgeable! Having her as my counselor and having this particular Doctor has helped me get my life back and my children back. The extent that my counselor has gone for me To help get my life back in order is just absolutely Amazing they should literally get paid triple!I normally don’t write reviews but I think it was so necessary to let people know how great they are. Sandra was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about the new diabetes sensor process and walked me through the process and showed me how to use the app and enter info. She helped me insert and attach the sensor and even show me products that I can purchase to make my sensor more secured. Very helpful and professional.
