I attended the IOP program for depression and anxiety. It was very enlightening and helpful. The staff are all very compassionate and knowledgeable. I was very resistant to this program but I'm so glad I did it. I still go to counseling two days a week and I'm finding it very helpful. I recommend the IOP program to anyone who is struggling with anxiety and depression. Just do it. Your mental health is very important.

This is an absolutely wonderful facility for detox programs. The staff is kind and incredibly attentive and the food is amazing. Heartwood provides a very relaxed environment for you to undergo a medically assisted detox taper program that I personally found highly affective. My withdrawal symptoms were minimal and the taper itself wasn’t challenging at all. One of the nurses, Meredith, is absolutely incredible in her attention to your specific needs and feelings. She is very empathetic and understanding in addition to being friendly and easy to talk to casually while receiving your treatment. She is an absolute professional and excels at what she does. In my opinion she made the difference in bumping the review from four stars up to five. My girlfriend landed at Heartwood after a relapse and she was in bad shape. She said that every single person who works there was incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating. They do everything they can to make your detox as painless as possible. To her, it wasn’t just a place to dry out - she had many insightful conversations about recovery with the staff there (probably every interaction). Unfortunately, she had been to a couple of other detoxes and nothing compares to this place. Very nice & clean house, nourishing & delicious food, and she couldn’t say enough kind words about the people who work there.

CRC saved my life; there is no denying that. I reached out on a Friday morning and the intake team connected to me within 30 minutes. From that moment forward I have been in their care from detox through IOP and soon into alumni! Every step of the way the CRC staff - counselors, case managers, chef (yes there is a chef and he is AMAZING!!!!), billing, therapists, and leadership - were and are still around to support my recovery. I came in thinking that I only had a substance issue, but through the careful, methodical, and diligent work I came to understand the hopelessness which I was in as well as the sweet possibilities of my future in long term recovery. They connected me external resources and even helped me find a place to live after residential. When I say I love this organization and everything they do I mean it. I was blessed with the care and love of people who wanted no more for me then to help. Supported by people who lived to the tell tale and pass on their knowledge as all great humans do.
My goal in entering recovery for my first time was to marry my recovery and sobriety. I was nervous and scared because I thought I wouldn’t have fun nor be fun anymore - I was wrong. The man I am today forward took his first steps out of this facility with the strength, knowledge, belief, and love that he never knew existed because of CRC. I’ve been coming to PCC for 3 or 4 years now and am highly satisfied with the care I’ve received other than talk therapy. I think their therapy program needs to be revamped and taken over by someone who truly cares and can handle the position.
I see Cynthia and she is amazing! She literally finishes my sentences some times. I also loved when I had Rebecca she got too busy so I switched. I also go to PCC for their Spravato program ran by Leah.
That girl is amazing and such a good multi tasker! She’s got her alarms set for vitals on everyone and she’s efficient, and has incredible attention to detail; all while wearing the biggest genuine smile. I look forward to seeing her at my appts.
Omg AND she has a little puppy she brings in named Olive and she is so calming and anxiety reducing she may as well be a therapy dog.

It was A nice rehabilitation center. I had family around me which made it a little more comfortable. I thought that A month would be enough for me. I missed my kids. I made every excuse why I did not need more time in recovery. Truth is you do. Stay with it. It is a great place.

Saved my life in 2000. I was the 2nd set of.women to ever go through. Lynn Skaggs, Lynda...Fred cooked and Rod did the TL and Theresa was a counselor there then. I spent some time above the office as for a short time it was TL. Most of the rules were written because of me haha. Anyway, it was like heaven for me. Some women claimed to see angels in the rooms.
