I went to New life recovery center when I was 19 and 20 and had a really really bad habit. I’m now 14 years sober and I truly have NLR To thank for that. They would go out of their way for me in ways that I’ve never seen a recovery center go out of their waiver addicts, and it made me believe in recovery again. Although this was not my last stop on the recovery train, it was my favorite stop, and I truly cherish everybody who was there. RIP Terri She gave me so much valuable knowledge that I could never forget. The staff always made me feel like family. All I have to say is I could not have gotten clean with NLR! This place is amazing all the staff are excellent make you feel good about being there. Walking in to the gates I had so many emotions but seeing everyone smile and say hello gave me some ease. If you are looking to sleep all day and think you’re on vacation this definitely ain’t the place for you. You’re busy all day. The classes you take a lot from them Mitch and Rob man they really pump knowledge that will have like shit was it really that bad that I needed to be out there doing x y z. The chief Shilpa ABSOLUTELY AMAZING L!!! Meals amazing 5 star and she is just the sweetest. Lupe chief Shiloh’s assistant absolutely amazing!!! All the clinical techs all so cool very friendly they too started their journey with new life so they know exactly what you’re going through cause they come from the same life styles. I recommend new life too everyone in the addiction. Today I have 90 days clean by the grace of god and new life.

I had a really positive experience at New Life Recovery Center. From day one, everyone made me feel welcome and not judged. It’s a calm, supportive place where you can actually focus on getting better and figuring things out. What makes this place different is the staff. Every person I met has been through addiction themselves, so they truly get it. You’re not talking to people reading from a book. You’re talking to people who have lived it and come out the other side. That shows in the way they listen, the way they talk to you, and the patience and compassion they bring every day. The groups were helpful and real. People share honestly and support each other. The counselors and techs are down to earth and always willing to talk if you’re having a rough day. You can tell they care and want you to succeed. If you’re looking for a place where people understand recovery on a personal level and treat you with respect and kindness, I’d recommend New Life Recovery Center. It’s a solid, supportive community for anyone trying to get their life back on track.

The Summit Estate Recovery Center is outstanding in every respect. The staff is top notch, highly qualified, professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Client needs, both medical and otherwise, are addressed promptly and appropriately. The facility and grounds are beautiful and comfortable. Both are maintained in excellent condition. All meals are prepared by professional chefs skilled in preparing healthy food that supports the special needs of the human body in recovery. The treatment is holistic and includes nutrition, education, group and private therapy, as well as yoga, meditation, and fitness training. After a 28 day stay in the Summit residential treatment facility, I feel confidant and motivated in my continued abstinence and sobriety. The word from my peers in treatment who have experience with other facilities is that Summit is two cuts above the nearest competition. I am very grateful for my stay at summit and the loving care I received there.

Summit Estates has been a lifesaver for my family. I would describe the staff, counseling services, patient commitment and facility with every superlative term in the dictionary. Our family member received inpatient treatment, PHP and IOP through Summit over the course of a year, and we owe Summit a huge debt of gratitude. The staff members are outstanding: Roshin, Judy, Jon, Annee, to name a few. Addiction is a terrible, lonely disease, and the bright spot has been availing ourselves of the support, tools and community offered by Summit. This, coupled with top-notch clinical care, enables their clients to recover physically, mentally, and emotionally while attending the program at Summit Estate.

The techs here are super cool, everyone treated me with so much respect, the classes and groups actually felt useful. I've done rehab 5 times and this spot has been the most effective so far. Love that they started taking medi cal only way I was able to go.

I had been losing my battle with recovery for almost fifteen years when Wellness Retreat was recommended to me. I came here severely addicted and further traumatized by what I put myself and my family through. I needed a place where I would be treated with dignity, individually recognized for what has been ailing me and personally encouraged. This what I found here, and with a genuine compassion I have never seen or felt as an addict. There is an exceptional quality here, from checkng-in through medical treatment, group processing, education, abundance of nutrition, therapy excercise, wellness and technical assistance. With a maximum of five other clients to go through the recovery process with, the Directors of the program and even the CEO rolled up their sleeves personally caring for my recovery process. For the first time in my life since I was introduced to substances I don't hate life without them. It has been almost five months since I left wellness Retreat and I still go back on Monday afternoons to join the dance classes that gave me so much hope and happiness when I was feeling so low and dark in the beginning. This is more than a Rehab, this is a Wellness Center. If you want a life worth living without drugs and alcohol, start here.

I want to Thank the emergency department at this hospital ! Last night I had to bring a client in about 6:30 PM from the time we came through emergency department till the time she was put in a room. Everyone acknowledged the client. Everyone was very professional kind and gentle. Yes, it may have been a long process, but I would rather wait there for however amount of time I needed to be there to find out what was going on with her.. From the doctor to the nurses to the security, it was perfect thank you so much 💕🦋💕🦋💕🦋💕🦋💕🦋💕🦋💕

El Camino hospital Los Gatos has remarkable professional courteous and efficient staff I ever had… I praise that the excellent services will continue to keep up the way they are including the office of Physical Therapy next door.

This hospital has been amazing! The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating they make sure that you are 100% confident and comfortable during your procedure. I recently completed my 9 week program at The Camp - Campbell and I’m really grateful for the experience. It wasn’t always easy, but it was absolutely worth it. The support, structure, and accountability made a huge difference for me. A special thank you to Tim, the counselor — he was patient, understanding, and genuinely invested in everyone’s progress. His guidance and encouragement helped me stay focused and believe in the process. Truly a great guy! If you’re considering taking this step, I highly recommend it. It’s challenging, but it can truly help change your life.

The camp recovery center change my life !! Keith my IOP counselor helped me through a very hard time in my life and taught me healthy coping skills. From day one I felt supported and encouraged to work towards living a sober life style. Keith's group really helped me process my feelings and emotions and in turn taught me that there was a better way to live life free from substances. I was an angry and broken person when I entered the program and after serval months of the program I learned how to let things go and learned so many tools to dealing with my substance abuse issues. I can proudly say that I have 6months free from alcohol now and so much more happier and have a much more positive outlook on life now . Shout out to Keith for being so kind and compassionate! It's been a wonderful journey with the camp and Keith and the camp will always have a very special place in my heart !!Thank you once again Keith for everything !!

The communication was not so good as this was my family’s first experience addressing this delicate matter . I was blessed to have connected with an outstanding BHA by the name of Moffaiee. She is a gem of a BHA . She is a true godsend for my family and I . She was very attentive not only to my family but other families in crisis waiting in the lobby to visit as well as inside the visiting room . Her natural ability to connect is unmatched . I connected with her during a visit . She reached inside my struggling loved one , my precious child and helped her return to herself and mind ; little by little . She gave me the security in just 30 minutes initially meeting her that my precious child was in safe hands . She went over and beyond to ensure what we brought to my child was received and appropriately given to her . Thank you again Moffaiee ! It's a place where as a parent we never want to step foot in but had no choice. The level of service we all encouter was world class. Moffaie, David, Sherry, Dora, and Kassandra went above and beyond to help us from day one all the way to the last day. From the minute I arrived at New Life I felt like I was home. The staff are kind and compassionate, emitting a loving & encouraging energy that helps relieve the anxieties of abstinence. The clients are awesome too, it’s a very friendly & open atmosphere. Classes are helpful, food is good, and the location is great - 7mins walk to W. Cliff & the beach!

I went here two times and if you want to change your life and get on your feet,..this is the place to go to! i was court ordered the first time for 90 days I ended up graduating after 6 months on my own recognizance. Hit a low point in my sobriety and knew what I needed to do the second time cause I had the 1st time in my tool box. I highly recommend this place to ANYONE who needs help with their life. I made friends there that will be the best and closest I will ever have in that place.
